the first crushing shafts 14 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the crushing barrel 13, the first crushing shafts 14 are uniformly distributed in a circumference manner by taking the central axis of the second crushing shaft 15 as the center, and each first crushing shaft 14 is provided with a plurality of first crushing cutters 141; the plurality of first crushing blades 141 and the plurality of second crushing blades 151 are alternately distributed;
one end of the stirring shaft 20 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the disinfection cylinder 22, the other end of the stirring shaft 20 penetrates through the sleeve 21 and extends into the transition bin, and the stirring shaft 20 is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft 19 through another bevel gear set; the first stirring plates 23 are uniformly connected with the peripheral surface of the stirring shaft 20;
when the device is used, the driving device 10 drives the second crushing shafts 15 to rotate, and then drives the first crushing shafts 14, the transmission shafts 19 and the stirring shafts 20 to rotate so as to perform synchronous motion.
In an alternative embodiment, the plurality of first pulverizing shafts 14 rotate in the same direction, and the plurality of first pulverizing shafts 14 rotate in the opposite direction to the second pulverizing shaft 15.
In an alternative embodiment, the transition bin has a cylindrical bin shape; a plurality of second stirring plates are uniformly arranged on the transmission shaft 19;

In an alternative embodiment, the distance value of the first crushing knives 141 far away from the transition bin on the first crushing shafts 14 from the upper end surface of the housing 1 is greater than the distance value of the second crushing knives 151 far away from the transition bin on the second crushing shafts 15 from the upper end surface of the housing 1, so as to improve the efficiency of rapidly crushing the degradable tableware waste.
In an alternative embodiment, a plurality of germicidal lamps 24 are provided on the inner wall of the sterilizing cartridge 22 to enhance the sterilization of the degradable tableware waste particles.
In an optional embodiment, the air supply pipe 7 and the exhaust pipe 8 are further included; the hot air blower 11 is connected with the outer end face of the shell 1; the exhaust hole is positioned on the bottom surface of the collecting box 5; a plurality of drawing drawers 6 are arranged; the plurality of drawing drawers 6 are uniformly distributed along the gas flow direction in the collecting box 5, and the bottom surface of each drawing drawer 6 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes;
an air inlet pipe orifice of the air pipe 7 is connected with an exhaust hole, the other end of the air pipe 7 is connected with the shell 1, and the air pipe 7 is communicated with the inside of the crushing barrel 13;
the exhaust pipe 8 is connected with the shell 1, the interior of the exhaust pipe 8 is communicated with the interior of the crushing barrel 13, and a second filter screen is arranged in the exhaust pipe 8;
when the device is used, hot air exhausted from the collecting box 5 is conveyed into the crushing barrel 13 from the air conveying pipe 7 to dry the degradable tableware waste, so that the subsequent efficiency of sterilizing the degradable tableware waste particles is improved, the utilization rate of heat energy can be improved, the gas entering the crushing barrel 13 lifts up the degradable tableware waste, and the efficiency of crushing the degradable tableware waste is further improved; the gas in the milling drum 13 is finally discharged from the gas discharge pipe 8.
In an alternative embodiment, the aperture of the filtering holes of the drawer drawers 6 decreases progressively along the direction of gas flow inside the collecting chamber 5;
when in use, the degradable tableware waste particles with different particle sizes are collected through the plurality of pull drawers 6; but the inner wall sliding seal of pull drawer 6 and collecting box 5 is connected, and the laminating board on the pull drawer 6 compresses tightly the outer terminal surface of collecting box 5 under operating condition, and the leakproofness between pull drawer 6 and the collecting box 5 is good.
In an alternative embodiment, the exhaust pipe 8 is provided with a first control valve and a first three-way valve; a second three-way valve and a fourth control valve are arranged on a gas transmission pipe of the hot air blower 11 communicated with the transition bin; the other port of the first three-way valve is connected with the other port of the second three-way valve through an air pipe, and a second control valve is arranged on the air pipe; the bottom surface of the collecting box 5 is provided with an air leakage pipe; the air release pipe is provided with a third control valve;
when the device is used, when the degradable tableware waste particles crushed in the crushing cylinder 13 need to be discharged into the transition bin from the discharge pipe 17, the electric control valve on the discharge pipe 17 is started, and the first control valve on the exhaust pipe is closed so that the gas in the crushing cylinder 13 does not flow out from the exhaust pipe 8; closing the fourth control valve to start the third control valve and the second control valve; the hot air blown out by the hot air blower 11 enters the crushing barrel 13 through the air pipe and the exhaust pipe so as to discharge the degradable tableware waste particles and the hot air crushed in the crushing barrel 13 into the transition bin from the discharge pipe 17, and the hot air is finally discharged from the air release pipe until all the degradable tableware waste particles in the crushing barrel 13 are discharged into the transition bin.
In an alternative embodiment, the sealing cover 3 is connected with the feeding hopper 2 in a threaded fit manner, so that the sealing cover 3 and the feeding hopper 2 can be conveniently and quickly disassembled to conveniently and quickly put the degradable tableware waste into the crushing cylinder 13.
In an alternative embodiment, a control box 12 is arranged on the outer end face of the shell 1; a display and a key module are arranged on the control box 12, and a microcontroller is arranged in the control box 12; the microcontroller, the display, the key module, the electric control valve, the driving device 10, the hot air blower 11 and the plurality of sterilizing lamps are electrically connected.

Claims (10)
1. A degradable tableware production and processing waste treatment device is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a feeding hopper (2), a conveying pipe (4), a collecting box (5), a driving device (10), an air heater (11), a crushing cylinder (13), a transition part (16), a discharging pipe (17), a sleeve (21), a disinfection cylinder (22), a crushing assembly and a stirring assembly;
the crushing cylinder (13) is connected with the inner wall of the shell (1); one end of the feeding hopper (2) is provided with a sealing cover (3), and the other end of the feeding hopper (2) is connected with the upper end surface of the shell (1) and communicated with the inside of the crushing cylinder (13);
the disinfection cylinder (22) is connected with the inner wall of the shell (1) and is distributed with the crushing cylinder (13) side by side; one end of the material conveying pipe (4) is connected with the shell (1) and is communicated with the inside of the disinfection cylinder (22), and the other end of the material conveying pipe (4) is connected with the upper end surface of the collection box (5) and is communicated with the inside of the collection box (5); a drawing drawer (6) is arranged in the collecting box (5), and an exhaust hole is formed in the outer end face of the collecting box (5); a first filter screen is arranged in the exhaust hole;
the transition part (16) is connected with the inner bottom surface of the shell (1), the transition part (16) is positioned below the crushing cylinder (13) and the disinfection cylinder (22), and a transition bin is arranged in the transition part (16); the transition bin is communicated with an air outlet port of the air heater (11) through an air conveying pipe, and a transmission mechanism is arranged in the transition bin;
two ends of a discharge pipe (17) are respectively connected with the transition part (16) and the crushing barrel (13), an electric control valve is arranged on the discharge pipe (17), and the discharge pipe (17) is respectively communicated with the crushing barrel (13) and the transition bin;
the crushing assembly is rotatably arranged in the crushing barrel (13), an input shaft of the crushing assembly penetrates through the crushing barrel (13) in a sealing manner and extends into the transition bin, the input shaft of the crushing assembly is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism, and the input shaft of the crushing assembly penetrates through the shell (1) in a sealing manner and is in transmission connection with the driving device (10);
two ends of the sleeve (21) are respectively connected with the transition part (16) and the disinfection cylinder (22), and the sleeve (21) is respectively communicated with the disinfection cylinder (22) and the transition bin;
the stirring component is rotatably arranged on the disinfection cylinder (22), and an input shaft of the stirring component penetrates through the sleeve (21) to extend into the transition bin and is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the crushing assembly comprises a plurality of first crushing shafts (14) and second crushing shafts (15); the stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft (20) and a plurality of first stirring plates (23); the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission shaft (19), a bracket (18) and two bevel gear sets;
the bracket (18) is connected with the inner wall of the transition bin; the transmission shaft (19) is rotatably connected with the bracket, and the central axis of the transmission shaft (19) is respectively vertical to the central axis of the second crushing shaft (15) and the central axis of the stirring shaft (20);
one end of a second crushing shaft (15) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the crushing barrel (13) and is coaxially distributed with the crushing barrel (13), a plurality of second crushing cutters (151) are uniformly arranged on the second crushing shaft (15), the other end of the second crushing shaft (15) sequentially penetrates through a transition part (16) and the shell (1) and is in transmission connection with a driving device (10), and the second crushing shaft (15) positioned in the transition bin is in transmission connection with a transmission shaft (19) through a bevel gear set;
the first crushing shafts (14) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the crushing barrel (13), the first crushing shafts (14) are uniformly distributed in a circumference manner by taking the central axis of the second crushing shaft (15) as the center, and each first crushing shaft (14) is provided with a plurality of first crushing cutters (141); the plurality of first crushing blades (141) and the plurality of second crushing blades (151) are distributed in a staggered manner;
one end of the stirring shaft (20) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the disinfection cylinder (22), the other end of the stirring shaft (20) penetrates through the sleeve (21) and extends into the transition bin, and the stirring shaft (20) is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft (19) through another bevel gear set; the first stirring plates (23) are uniformly connected with the peripheral surface of the stirring shaft (20).

The device for processing and producing the waste material of the degradable tableware according to claim 2, wherein the rotation direction of the plurality of first crushing shafts (14) is the same, and the rotation direction of the plurality of first crushing shafts (14) is opposite to the rotation direction of the second crushing shaft (15).
4. The apparatus for processing waste material in production of degradable tableware according to claim 2, wherein the transition bin has a cylindrical bin shape; a plurality of second stirring plates are uniformly arranged on the transmission shaft (19).

The device for processing the waste materials generated in the production of the degradable tableware according to claim 2, wherein the distance value of the first crushing knives (141) far away from the transition bin on the first crushing shafts (14) from the upper end surface of the shell (1) is larger than the distance value of the second crushing knives (151) far away from the transition bin on the second crushing shafts (15) from the upper end surface of the shell (1).
6. The device for treating the waste from the production and processing of degradable tableware according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of germicidal lamps (24) are arranged on the inner wall of the disinfection cylinder (22).
7. The waste treatment device for degradable tableware production and processing according to claim 1, further comprising a gas pipe (7) and an exhaust pipe (8); the hot air blower (11) is connected with the shell (1); the exhaust hole is positioned on the bottom surface of the collecting box (5); a plurality of drawing drawers (6) are arranged; the plurality of drawing drawers (6) are uniformly distributed along the gas flow direction in the collecting box (5), and the bottom surface of each drawing drawer (6) is provided with a plurality of filtering holes;
an air inlet pipe orifice of the air pipe (7) is connected with an exhaust hole, the other end of the air pipe (7) is connected with the shell (1), and the air pipe (7) is communicated with the inside of the crushing barrel (13);
connect shell (1) on blast pipe (8), the inside of blast pipe (8) and the inside intercommunication of smashing a section of thick bamboo (13), be equipped with the second filter screen in blast pipe (8).
8. The waste treatment device for degradable tableware production and processing according to claim 7, wherein the aperture of the plurality of filtering holes on the plurality of drawing drawers (6) is gradually reduced along the gas flow direction in the collecting box (5).

The waste treatment device for degradable tableware production and processing according to claim 7, wherein the exhaust pipe (8) is provided with a first control valve and a first three-way valve; a second three-way valve and a fourth control valve are arranged on a gas transmission pipe of the hot air blower (11) communicated with the transition bin; the other port of the first three-way valve is connected with the other port of the second three-way valve through an air pipe, and a second control valve is arranged on the air pipe; the bottom surface of the collecting box (5) is provided with an air leakage pipe; the air release pipe is provided with a third control valve.
10. The device for treating the waste generated in the production and processing of degradable tableware according to claim 1, wherein the sealing cover (3) is connected with the feeding hopper (2) in a threaded fit manner.
