Abstract
本发明公开了一种鱼植共生系统的聚脲树脂胶复合成型制作工艺流程,其制作工艺流程主要包括预制聚脲复合箱板、箱板围合结构成型、植槽及内景观设置、玻片及护壁板设置、外装饰及附件安装五大步聚,其制作方法简单实用,生产人员个人技能要求不受限止,从而低成本低能耗无污染即低碳环保规模化的大批量生产复合型超轻质多功能抗老化抗冲击的鱼植共生系统完全能得以实现。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种鱼植共生系统的聚脲树脂胶复合成型制作工艺流程,具体地说是涉及应用于家居办公装饰场景的复合型超轻质多功能全景的鱼植共生系统生产制作工艺流程。
二、背景技术
目前,市面上的鱼植共生系统的制作生产加工技术多是采用刚性管板型材构件经粘接、拼嵌等工艺制作而成,其规模化生产人工成本高,工艺生产流程个人技能要求高,其产品形态笨重生产效率低下,功能整装一体化应用实施难不理想。
三、发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种鱼植共生系统的聚脲树脂胶复合成型制作工艺流程,其加工制作方法简单实用,个体生产技能要求低,加之其生产原料供应可靠成熟,低能耗无污染及低碳环保规模化生产,其工艺产品具有多功能化超轻质高弹性抗老化抗冲击。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种鱼植共生系统的聚脲树脂胶复合成型制作工艺流程如下:
①预制聚脲复合箱板:用即定大小的硬质发泡板材经聚脲系树脂胶的全覆盖直接喷涂或无纺布胶浆浸裹包覆制备处理而成,其预制工件包括箱体顶部板、底部板、背部板以及设置有功能孔口的箱体两侧部位结构性直立板等;
②箱板围合结构成型:用结构钉配合聚脲树脂胶浆及无纺布网料,先后将箱体聚脲复合预制工件顶板,底板、背板以及侧立板进行围合封固即形成五个面的箱体;
③植槽及内景观设置:五个面的箱体内腔开口面及玻璃安装面朝上平放,在既定箱体的带有孔口的顶部起始,止于箱体底部及整个箱体内腔壁2/3空间部位分别将若干个既定大小的内裹有塑膜团的手涂型聚脲系树脂胶浆无纺布及玻璃纤维网片复合包体紧贴箱体内腔壁,待固化后成型布网包体再随意开口取出塑料膜团,其开口处用聚脲树脂胶及无纺布胶浆料粘连封边处理成洞穴状或凹窝面,待固化即自然形成植槽及景观包体;
④玻片及护壁板设置:箱体玻璃安装面朝上放置,先在既定的箱体留空底部内腔壁面上用聚脲树脂胶或玻璃胶涂抹打底一遍,其面上再安置贴装既定大小的抗水压护壁挡板工件,适时接缝处再用聚脲系胶浆无纺布网封覆固牢,其后将箱体玻璃面安装结合处用聚脲树脂胶或玻璃胶涂覆并压置上既定大小的玻璃片工件,适时再将内腔底部及玻璃边沿进行防水防漏处理;
⑤外装饰及附件安装:将箱体竖直立放除玻璃观景面外,整个箱体立面按设计要求经美化粉饰涂装处理,最后水泵上水管、灯具线路及其他既定的附属配套工件安装到位完毕,即形成上部种植下部养鱼的垂直立体鱼植共生系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的工艺流程制作的鱼植共生系统器具可以实现产品呈现多维观赏场景效果,其超轻质多层次多功能的应用效果也得以实现。该工艺简单实用,零排放无污染,低碳环保方式生产作业更能得以实现。
四、具体实例
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
第一步,用手涂的2∶1双组份的8公斤聚脲树脂经30分钟人工浸裹揉搓,其规格分别为2500mmX2000mm三张,1200mmX1200mm两张的50g/m2无纺布制备出胶浆布料,在工作台面上分别置放上用挤塑板裁割出的规格分别为1500mmX500mmX50mm三张大封板以及两张500mmX450mmX50mm小封板的素材板,用制备好的聚脲胶浆布料分别铺张包裹住,再经外包塑料膜整理压平处理,待固化后脱去外包塑膜即成箱体复合板材用料;
第二步,分别将两张大箱体板材在其两端留空50mm处开出各两个300mm直径的圆孔作为侧立箱板,即无孔大板作为箱体背板,箱体构架围合成型采用先上胶后钉钉的顺序操作而成,其实施材料为5∶1手涂型聚脲树脂胶和长180mm的大头钢钉;
第三步,箱体成型后开口面朝上平放,先在箱体一端的小封板上切割出300mm直径的圆孔作为箱体顶部,从紧贴顶部孔口起顺着箱体内腔背壁依次搁置上500mmX150mm、500mmX300mm、500mmX400mm、500mmX500mm的内裹有塑膜团的聚脲无纺布及玻纤网的成型胶浆料包裹团,待固化后将箱体竖直立放,成型包裹团再分别开口掏取出塑膜团,其开口处分别用聚脲无纺布胶浆布块料铺盖上并用塑膜团压挤成型,固化脱去塑膜团即成植槽景观包体;
第四步,箱体开口及玻璃安装面朝上平放,在箱体底部内腔的两侧面550mmX300mm以及底背面500mmX300mm的腔壁上手涂聚脲树脂胶并粘贴好相同大小的5mm钢化玻璃片,再将既定1500mmX600mmX5mm宽幅的超白钢化玻璃片置放于涂有玻璃胶的箱体开口的边沿面上,最后统一用小张的聚脲胶浆布料与外箱体面进行连接贴合,再经聚脲防水涂料在内腔玻璃接缝处适时涂抹2遍进行防漏处理;
第五步,玻璃面安装好后箱体竖直立放,将玻璃面遮挡住用5kg浅紫色真石漆喷涂箱体立面进行美化处理,用1800mm长的6mm软胶管作为上水管由顶部植槽包体穿出,沿腔璧朝下安装到底腔部与水泵连接,最后450mm长自带吸盘的18wLED灯管安装在箱体内腔顶部玻璃面上即成。

Claims (1)
1.一种鱼植共生系统的聚脲树脂胶复合成型制作工艺流程,其特征在于是所述其工艺流程步骤如下:
第一步,预制聚脲复合箱板:用既定大小的硬质发泡板材经聚脲系树脂胶的直接喷涂或无纺布胶浆裹覆制备处理而成,包括箱体顶板、底板、背板以及设置有功能孔口的侧立板等工件;
第二步,箱板围合结构成型:用结构钉配合聚脲树脂胶浆及无纺布网料先后将箱体预制工件顶板、底板、背板以及侧立板进行围合封固即形成五个面的箱体;
第三步,植槽及内景观设置;将五个面的箱体内腔开口面即玻璃安装面朝上平放,从箱体既定的带有孔口的顶部起,至于箱体底部即整个箱体内腔壁三分之二空间部位,分别将若干个既定大小的内裹有塑膜团的手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆无纺布及玻纤网包体紧贴箱体内背壁放置,待固化后成型布网包体再随意开口取出塑膜团料,开口处用聚脲树脂胶浆及无纺布料粘连封边处理成洞穴状或窝凹面即可,待固化自然形成植槽及景观包体;
第四步,玻片及护壁板设置:整个玻璃安装面朝上放置,先在既定的箱体留空底部内腔壁面上用聚脲树脂胶或玻璃胶涂抹打底一遍,并安置贴装好既定大小的抗水压护壁挡板片工件,适时接缝处再用聚脲胶浆布网封覆固牢,其后将箱体玻璃面安装接合处用聚脲树脂胶或玻璃胶涂覆并压置上既定大小的玻璃片工件,适时再将内腔底部沿着玻璃边进行防水防漏处理即可;
第五步,外装饰及附件安装:除玻璃观景面外箱体立面按设计要求经美化粉饰涂装处理,最后水泵、灯具及其他既定附属配套工件安装到位完毕即成。
