本发明涉及一种水晶石保温一体板材,该一体板材包括面板层、衬底层及粘结在两者之间的保温层,面板层采用硅钙板,硅钙板外侧面由内向外依次喷涂底涂和水晶石主料,喷涂完毕并晾干后,硅钙板与保温层粘结,然后再将衬底层与保温层进行粘结,底涂的成分按照质量比例包括:50-60份RC-03乳液、0.5-0.9份分散剂、0.2-0.3份消泡剂、0.2-0.3份润湿剂、1-3份丙二醇、1.5-2份成膜助剂、0.1-0.2份杀菌剂、1-3份钛白粉、6-9份高岭土、13-17份硅灰石粉、14-17份重钙、0.2-0.3份中和剂、0.3-0.5份636增稠剂、0.2-0.4份9702溶液,该底涂能够将水晶石主料牢固粘结在硅钙板上,水晶石保温一体板材的出现能够避免石料过渡开采,减轻环境污染,简化外墙装饰保温的安装步骤,节省人力物力,降低施工成本。

本发明属于建保装饰保温技术领域,涉及建筑墙体的保温一体板材,具体设计一种水晶石保温一体板材。
背景技术
目前,水晶石在墙体上的设置过程是在外墙做好保温之后进行的,用水晶石进行仿石材大理石花岗岩喷涂施工,但水晶石的喷涂受到气候的制约,降水天气和气温低于5摄氏度时均不能进行施工,并且施工时间长、速度慢,施工成本也较高,在现代社会快速发展的背景下,现有的水晶石仿石材的喷涂方法已经不能满足社会需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有水晶石仿石材喷涂方法的缺点,提供了一种水晶石保温一体板材,该板材上的水晶石主料通过专用的底涂牢固粘结在面板层上,整个一体板材加工完成后安装在外墙上,加工过程不受气候影响,加工周期短,施工成本有所降低。
本发明的具体技术方案是:
一种水晶石保温一体板材,该一体板材包括面板层、衬底层及粘结在两者之间的保温层,面板层外侧面由内向外依次设置有底涂和水晶石主料,面板层采用硅钙板,关键点是,所述的底涂组成成分按照质量比例包括:50-60份RC-03乳液、0.5-0.9份分散剂、0.2-0.3份消泡剂、0.2-0.3份润湿剂、1-3份丙二醇、1.5-2份成膜助剂、0.1-0.2份杀菌剂、1-3份钛白粉、6-9份高岭土、13-17份硅灰石粉、14-17份重钙、0.2-0.3份中和剂、0.3-0.5份636增稠剂、0.2-0.4份9702溶液。
所述的底涂组成成分按照质量比例分别为:54份RC-03乳液、0.7份分散剂、0.25份消泡剂、0.25份润湿剂、2份丙二醇、1.7份成膜助剂、0.15份杀菌剂、2份钛白粉、7.5份高岭土、15份硅灰石粉、15.5份重钙、0.25份中和剂、0.4份636增稠剂、0.3份9702溶液。
所述的硅钙板厚度为8-12mm。
所述的衬底层在端面上设置有均布的通孔。
所述的衬底层采用水泥压力板,厚度为4mm。
所述的保温层选用容重为25Kg/m3的泡沫板、容重为30Kg/m3的聚胺脂板、容重为120Kg/m3的岩棉板或者容重为30Kg/m3的挤塑板,保温层的厚度为5-10cm。
如上所述的水晶石保温一体板材的加工工艺,关键点是,所述的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
a、在硅钙板外侧面上喷涂底涂,然后将水晶石主料喷涂至底涂上;
b、将硅钙板内侧面和保温层进行粘结;
c、将衬底层粘结在保温层的另一侧,最后形成水晶石保温一体板材。
所述的步骤a中,底涂的喷涂需要先喷后刷各一次,底涂喷涂量为0.25kg/m2,底涂晾干后进行水晶石主料的喷涂,喷涂至不漏底,水晶石主料的喷涂量控制在1.8-2kg/m2,然后抹平、打磨平整,最后采用抛光剂进行表面抛光并晾干,抛光剂用量为0.25kg/m2
所述的步骤b中,硅钙板和保温层进行粘结后,利用10-20kg/m2的平板进行压紧,压紧持续时间为40-60min。
所述的步骤c中,先对衬底层端面均匀地进行打孔操作,然后将带有均布的通孔的衬底层与保温层进行粘结。
本发明的有益效果是:采用底涂进行水晶石主料在硅钙板上的粘结,粘结完成后不开裂、不起皮、不掉落,既解决了水晶石主料的粘结问题,也为水晶石保温一体板材的结构构成提供了技术基础,水晶石保温一体板材加工工艺较为简单,不受天气和温度制约,能够按照进程进行连续施工,大大方便了生产,水晶石保温一体板材的出现为外墙装饰保温施工提供了简便的施工方式,外墙装饰保温的作业周期大大缩短,由于衬底层可以通过通孔中设置构件固定在外墙上,施工工艺有所简化。

本发明涉及一种水晶石保温一体板材,该一体板材包括面板层1、衬底层3及粘结在两者之间的保温层2,面板层1外侧面由内向外依次设置有底涂4和水晶石主料5,面板层采用硅钙板,所述的底涂4组成成分按照质量比例包括:50-60份RC-03乳液、0.5-0.9份分散剂、0.2-0.3份消泡剂、0.2-0.3份润湿剂、1-3份丙二醇、1.5-2份成膜助剂、0.1-0.2份杀菌剂、1-3份钛白粉、6-9份高岭土、13-17份硅灰石粉、14-17份重钙、0.2-0.3份中和剂、0.3-0.5份636增稠剂、0.2-0.4份9702溶液,以上述结构及底涂成分为基础进行水晶石保温一体板材的加工,水晶石主料5的组成成分采用申请号2015100929525中水晶石岩片漆外墙装饰材料公开的组分及其质量比例。
具体实施例,如图1所示的结构,硅钙板厚度为8-12mm,保温层2选用容重为25Kg/m3的泡沫板、容重为30Kg/m3的聚胺脂板、容重为120Kg/m3的岩棉板或者容重为30Kg/m3的挤塑板,保温层2的厚度为5-10cm。衬底层3采用水泥压力板,并且在端面上设置有均布的通孔6,厚度为4mm,由上述组成的水晶石保温一体板材的加工工艺,具体的步骤如下:
a、在硅钙板外侧面上喷涂底涂4,底涂4组成成分中,优选的质量比例为:54份RC-03乳液、0.7份分散剂、0.25份消泡剂、0.25份润湿剂、2份丙二醇、1.7份成膜助剂、0.15份杀菌剂、2份钛白粉、7.5份高岭土、15份硅灰石粉、15.5份重钙、0.25份中和剂、0.4份636增稠剂、0.3份9702溶液。底涂4的喷涂需要先喷后刷各一次,底涂4喷涂量为0.25kg/m2,底涂4晾干后进行水晶石主料5的喷涂,喷涂至不漏底,水晶石主料5的喷涂量控制在1.8-2kg/m2,然后用抹子抹平,水晶石主料5抹平后进行晾干或者晒干,晾晒干时使用镂空的支撑架进行板材的支撑,支撑架可以采用多层设置,便于承载更多的板材,在天气较好情况下可以进行户外晒干,夏天一般为2-3天,冬天为5-8天,天气有降水或者阴天的情况下,可以进行室内的晾干,晾干的天数根据室内温度和湿度而定,水晶石主料干后,使用打磨机进行打磨2-3遍,打磨后的表面平整不刺手,最后采用水晶石专用面涂抛光剂进行表面抛光,抛光剂的使用量为0.25kg/m2,抛光结束后晾晒1-2天;
b、将硅钙板内侧面和保温层2进行粘结,粘结所使用的粘接剂采用A、B两组刷料在保温层2和硅钙板相关端面上依次进行均匀满刷,A组刷料为液体胶,B组刷料为胶固化剂,A、B两组刷料按照质量比为3:1的比例进行满刷,粘结剂的刷量保持在0.3-0.4kg/m2,粘结完毕后使用10-20kg/m2的平板进行压紧,平板压紧持续时间为40-60min;
c、对衬底层3端面均匀地进行打孔操作,然后将带有均布的通孔6的衬底层3与保温层2进行粘结,粘接剂采用步骤b中的A、B两组刷料组成的粘接剂进行粘结,粘结完毕后采用平板压紧,最后形成水晶石保温一体板材。
水晶石保温一体板材生产完毕后,根据实际需要可以进行不同尺寸的切割,最后形成符合客户需求的水晶石保温复合板板材成品,运输前,采用人工或者覆膜机对水晶石主料外端面进行保护膜的张贴,防止刮花、损坏或者其他腐蚀性液体的损伤,水晶石保温一体板材成品在安装时,可以通过在通孔中设置构件进行板材的固定,水晶石主料喷涂在硅钙板上,能通过构件挂在墙上,解决了它的牢固度难题,效果好,仿真度强,而且节省了挂石材所用的钢架及建房所增加的钢材。
本发明中提供的水晶石保温一体板材中水晶石主料通过专用底涂的作用,能够牢固地粘结在硅钙板上并保持一体,不脱落、不开裂、不起皮,不易掉落;在水晶石保温一体板材生产时可以不受气候影响,一年四季都能施工,由于加工工艺的各个步骤都可以将参数进行量化,施工时可以进行流水线生产,施工简便,周期大大缩短,而且由于采用人造的水晶石主料来代替真正的水晶石,解决了资源消耗问题,不用开挖地球石材资源,建造成本也相应大幅下降,同时减轻了施工污染,包括开挖矿山的污染、到现场切割的污染,有利于保护环境。

1.一种水晶石保温一体板材,该一体板材包括面板层(1)、衬底层(3)及粘结在两者之间的保温层(2),面板层(1)外侧面由内向外依次设置有底涂(4)和水晶石主料(5),面板层(1)采用硅钙板,其特征在于:所述的底涂(4)组成成分按照质量比例包括:50-60份RC-03乳液、0.5-0.9份分散剂、0.2-0.3份消泡剂、0.2-0.3份润湿剂、1-3份丙二醇、1.5-2份成膜助剂、0.1-0.2份杀菌剂、1-3份钛白粉、6-9份高岭土、13-17份硅灰石粉、14-17份重钙、0.2-0.3份中和剂、0.3-0.5份636增稠剂、0.2-0.4份9702溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶石保温一体板材,其特征在于:所述的底涂(4)组成成分按照质量比例分别为:54份RC-03乳液、0.7份分散剂、0.25份消泡剂、0.25份润湿剂、2份丙二醇、1.7份成膜助剂、0.15份杀菌剂、2份钛白粉、7.5份高岭土、15份硅灰石粉、15.5份重钙、0.25份中和剂、0.4份636增稠剂、0.3份9702溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶石保温一体板材,其特征在于:所述的硅钙板厚度为8-12mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶石保温一体板材,其特征在于:所述的衬底层(3)在端面上设置有矩阵式排布的通孔(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶石保温一体板材,其特征在于:所述的衬底层(3)采用水泥压力板,厚度为4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶石保温一体板材,其特征在于:所述的保温层(2)选用容重为25Kg/m3的泡沫板、容重为30Kg/m3的聚胺脂板、容重为120Kg/m3的岩棉板或者容重为30Kg/m3的挤塑板,保温层(2)的厚度为5-10cm。
7.如权利要求1所述的水晶石保温一体板材的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
a、在硅钙板外侧面上喷涂底涂(4),然后将水晶石主料(5)喷涂至底涂(4)上;
b、将硅钙板内侧面和保温层(2)进行粘结;
c、将衬底层(3)粘结在保温层(2)的另一侧,最后形成水晶石保温一体板材。
8.根据权利要求7所述的所述的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤a中,底涂(4)的喷涂需要先喷后刷各一次,底涂(4)喷涂量为0.25kg/㎡,底涂(4)晾干后进行水晶石主料(5)的喷涂,喷涂至不漏底,水晶石主料(5)的喷涂量控制在1.8-2kg/㎡,然后抹平、打磨平整,最后采用抛光剂进行表面抛光并晾干,抛光剂用量为0.25kg/㎡。
9.根据权利要求7所述的所述的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤b中,硅钙板和保温层(2)进行粘结后,利用10-20kg/㎡的平板进行压紧,压紧持续时间为40-60min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的所述的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤c中,先对衬底层(3)端面均匀地进行打孔操作,通孔的直径为20mm,两个相邻通孔的间距为50-100mm,然后将带有均布的通孔(6)的衬底层(3)与保温层(2)进行粘结。
