Abstract
本发明公开了一种景观式种养一体化聚脲复合成型生态包的工艺流程,其制作工艺流程主要包括制备粘扣带孔背衬板、生化棉玻纤网巢制备、聚脲胶浆布包覆成型、植槽穴位设置及外饰四大步聚,其制作方法简单实用,生产人员个人技能要求不受限止,从而低成本低能耗无污染即低碳环保规模化的大批量生产复合型轻质多功能抗老化抗冲击的种养一体化生态净水家居制品完全能得以实现。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种景观式种养一体化聚脲复合成型生态包的工艺流程,具体地说是涉及应用于水族箱池鱼缸家居的复合型超轻质一体化养花种草全景观具有生化过滤净水功能的家居制品的生产制作工艺流程。
二、背景技术
目前,市面上的水族箱池及鱼缸专用生化过滤净水家居制品的制作生产加工技术多是采用单一型材构件工艺制作而成,其景观及生态净水系统都需各自单独配置复杂繁琐,其布景效果工艺流程个人技能要求高,其造景形态笨重生产效率低,其种养多功能整装一体化应用实施难不理想。
三、发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种景观式种养一体化聚脲复合成型生态包的工艺流程,其加工制作方法简单实用,个体生产技能要求低,加之其生产原料供应可靠成熟,低能耗无污染及低碳保规模化生产,其工艺制作的水族箱池及鱼缸专用净水家居产品具有景观种养一体化多功能,且轻质高弹性抗老化抗冲击优势显著。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种景观式种养一体化聚脲复合成型生态包的工艺流程如下:
①制备粘扣带孔背衬板:在即定大小的硬质轻型背衬板中心部位切割出既定的易于内置水泵等器管配件的若干大小孔洞,其既定背衬板外一面随意再设置上若干粘扣即可;
②生化棉玻纤网巢制备:用若干张既定大小的自粘式玻纤网片与若干张生化棉交替铺叠复合成体,再经挤揉塑型收拢成包团状,其包边口用线扎扎起即形成网巢包合体工件;
③聚脲胶浆布包覆成型:将网巢包合体工件固定置放于成型背衬板工件既定的内板面上,用既定宽幅大小的手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆与无纺布挤揉浸裹而成的胶浆布料覆盖在网巢包合体工件表体上,其后胶浆布料裙角再经收边整理随意压置在网巢包合体与背衬板的板面上,待其自然固化即形成景观包体工件;
④植槽穴位设置及饰面:在景观包体工件面上随意切割出若干个值槽穴位,其开口处分别用手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆无纺布料封口包边,并在其开口内腔分别塞挤上塑料薄膜团,固化成型除去塑料薄膜团后整体工件再经硬化饰面涂装处理即成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的工艺流程制作的鱼缸可以实现产品呈现多维观赏场景效果,其轻质多层次多功能的种养效果也得以实现。该工艺简单实用,零排放无污染,低碳环保方式生产作业更能得以实现。
四、具体实例
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
第一步,用5mm铝塑板材裁割出规格600mm X 500mm的背衬板一张,其背衬板中心用直径15cm的孔钻开出孔洞一个,背衬板的一面四边角分别粘固上魔术粘扣即可;
第二步,分别用5张自粘式型号为80克/m2宽幅为900mmX800mm的玻璃纤维网片与4张宽幅为800mmX700mmX30mm的生化棉交替铺叠组成合体,再经整体挤压塑型并用尼龙铁丝线扎扎起收拢边口形成团网巢状体;
第三步,网巢体工件包口朝下边沿用卡钉粘胶固定放置于背衬板无粘扣的一面上,其体表用型号50克/m2的宽幅为1500mm X 1300mm的无纺布与净重为500克的5;1手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆经揉搓浸裹而成的胶浆布料覆盖住,其四周边角随意收拢整理压置在网巢体与背衬板板面边沿处自然固化即可;
第四步,由既定的固化工件体上顶端起间隔15cm分别开割出50cm、40cm、30cm三道横向切口,其切口分别再用大小相适的无纺布即净重150克聚脲树脂胶浆布料封口包边并塞挤上塑膜团,待其塑形固化后除去塑膜团及整体局部用1000克425#硅酸盐水泥的VAE乳液泥浆料涂抹硬化,最后彩色艺术漆整体再喷涂一遍即成。
上述仅本发明较佳可行的实施例而已,非因此局限本发明保护范围,依照上述实施例所作的各种变形或套用均在此技术方案保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.一种景观式种养一体化聚脲复合成型生态包的工艺流程,其特征在于是所述其工艺流程步骤如下:
第一步,制备粘扣带孔背衬板:在既定大小的背衬板板面中心部位切割出便于安置既定水泵等器管件大小的若干孔洞,其既定背衬板外一面再随意设置上若干粘扣即可;
第二步,生化棉玻纤网巢制备:用若干张既定大小的自粘式玻纤网片与若干张生化棉交替铺叠,再经随意挤压成包团状,再经线扎固定包口即形成网巢包合体工件;
第三步,聚脲胶浆布包覆成型:将网巢包合体工件固定置放于背衬板工件及既定的内板面上,用既定大小的手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆与无纺布混合浸裹制成的胶浆布料覆盖其表体,经收拢边裙整理压置在网巢包合体与背衬板板面上待固化后即成景观包体工件;
第四步,植槽穴位设置及饰面:在景观包体工件面上随意切割出若干个植槽穴位,其开口处分别用手涂型聚脲树脂胶浆布料包边封口并塞挤上塑膜团固化成形,除去塑膜团最后整体工件经硬化饰面及涂装处理即成。
