Inputting a supply and sales enterprise list having supply and sales relations with enterprises; and acquiring management authority for the supply and marketing enterprise list, wherein the management authority comprises the authority for checking supply and marketing enterprise information, modifying, remarking and deleting.
A list of transportation vehicles is established for each enterprise and each vehicle in the list of transportation vehicles has administrative rights including deactivating vehicles, activating vehicles, modifying vehicle information, and deleting vehicles. The information entered by each transport vehicle in the transport vehicle catalog includes license plate number, license number, driver, driving picture, vehicle management ownership type.
A library directory is established for each enterprise, and each library in the library directory has management authority, wherein the management authority comprises the functions of stopping the library, starting the library, modifying the library information and deleting the library.
Similarly, whether it is a transport vehicle or a warehouse, when the goods are loaded or arrive at the warehouse, the code scanning is performed, so that the system records the code scanning information.
Step (5) inputting quarantine inspection certification information of the commodity; judging whether the quarantine inspection certification information comprises a plurality of batch numbers or not, and if so, adding the batch numbers in sequence for recording; and judging whether the quarantine inspection certification information and the category information are recorded completely.
The quarantine inspection certification information includes: the inspection and quarantine proves the home page, the entry date, the entry sheet number, the entry port, the entry number and the inspection weight.
The item information of the commodity includes: goods code, enterprise self-defined product name, product picture, specification, manufacturer, country of origin, HS code corresponding type, product classification, actual weight, income province declaration date, the declaration batch number, quarantine inspection certification loading the declaration production batch number page, new crown nucleic acid detection report, disinfection certification and delivery certification.
Step (6) acquiring basic commodity information of the input commodities, and associating the corresponding basic commodity information to the class information; the same commodity is a class, and each commodity comprises at least one batch of commodities.
Generating an item code representing the commodity, a batch code representing each batch of commodities and an item code representing each commodity on line; the article code, the batch code and the object code form a tracing two-dimensional code; and the tracing two-dimensional code is attached to the corresponding commodity.
Step (7) forming a one-time contact record in the system every time after an enterprise, a transport vehicle, a warehouse or a contact person scans and traces the two-dimensional code; the tracing two-dimensional code is associated with basic information of the commodity, batch information of the commodity, enterprises of each consignee and each shipper of the commodity, transportation vehicles of each commodity, storehouses of each storage of the commodity and contact personnel.
Scanning the tracing two-dimensional code through code scanning equipment in each logistics link, displaying tracing information associated with the tracing two-dimensional code after recording contact information, and displaying a current pollution index; the calculation method of the pollution index comprises the following steps:
A. acquiring the number of times of scanning the traceable two-dimensional code by different enterprises, and acquiring the number of times of distribution;
acquiring the times of scanning the traceable two-dimensional code by different storehouses, and acquiring the times of transferring;
acquiring the number of times of scanning the two-dimension code by a transport vehicle to obtain the number of times of transportation;
acquiring the number of times of code scanning of all the contact persons related to the two-dimensional code to be traced, and acquiring the number of the contact persons;
B. obtaining a list marked as a contaminated warehouse and obtaining a list marked as an infected transport vehicle;
C. judging whether the storehouses in the storehouse catalog are marked as polluted storehouses or not, and determining the storage time X of the quantity of the commodities in each polluted storehouse; judging whether the transport vehicles in the transport vehicle catalog are marked as polluted transport vehicles or not, and determining the transport time T of each polluted transport vehicle for the commodities;
acquiring the storage time of the scanned tracing two-dimensional code in the polluted storeroom and the number of the polluted commodities in the storeroom;
D. acquiring distribution times Q, transfer times W, transportation times E, the number R of contact persons, the number n of polluted storehouses, the number Y of polluted commodities in each polluted storehouse, the storage time X of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes in the polluted storehouses, the number m of polluted transport vehicles, the number K of the polluted commodities in each polluted transport and the transportation time T of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes in the polluted transport vehicles, wherein the distribution times Q, the transfer times W, the transportation times E, the number R of contact persons, the number n of polluted storehouses, the number Y of the polluted commodities in each polluted storehouse, and the transportation time T of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes are associated with the scanned tracing two-dimensional codes; calculating to obtain a pollution index S:

the algorithm shows that when personnel scan the tracing two-dimensional code through the code scanning equipment, the system can call related data, the pollution index is calculated according to the formula disclosed by the invention, and the larger the pollution index is, the larger the pollution possibility and the risk degree of the scanned tracing two-dimensional code are, the larger the pollution index is; this enables the current operator to take precaution in advance. For example, when the contamination index exceeds a certain threshold, the goods are sterilized and then stored or distributed, or stored separately, and the like.
In an optimized embodiment of the invention, an enterprise registrant account is established in the step (1), a plurality of enterprises are associated with the enterprise registrant account, and a specific method for associating each enterprise with an employee comprises the following steps:
1-1, collecting enterprise registrant information, and establishing an enterprise registrant account according to the enterprise registrant information; after an enterprise registrant account is established, sequentially inputting enterprise basic information of each enterprise, associating the enterprise registrant account with all the input enterprises, and acquiring the management authority of each enterprise by the enterprise registrant account;
1-2, establishing an employee account for each employee according to the information recorded by the employee; establishing association between an employee account and the enterprise according to a request for establishing association between the employee account and the enterprise;
1-3, collecting staff information, distributing corresponding staff for each enterprise, and establishing association between the staff and the corresponding enterprise after the staff is distributed;
and 1-4, acquiring a staff list, and distributing staff operation authority for staff associated with each enterprise.

Claims (8)

1. A cold chain logistics epidemic prevention traceability method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing an enterprise registrant account, associating a plurality of enterprises for the enterprise registrant account, and associating each enterprise with an employee;
and (2) endowing each commodity with a two-dimensional code, wherein the commodity endowing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring basic commodity information of each type of commodity, generating and distributing a commodity two-dimensional code for commodities of the same specification produced by the same manufacturer, and distributing the commodity two-dimensional code for all batches of commodities of the same type of the same specification produced by corresponding manufacturers; each commodity two-dimensional code is associated with commodity basic information of a corresponding commodity;
step (3) establishing a commodity list of each type of commodities managed or associated by each enterprise; inputting commodity batch information of each batch of commodities of each commodity for each type of commodity under a commodity list;
step (4) entering a supply and marketing enterprise list having supply and marketing relations with the enterprises; acquiring management authority for the supply and marketing enterprise list; establishing a transport vehicle catalog for each enterprise, and having administrative authority over each transport vehicle in the transport vehicle catalog; establishing a library catalogue for each enterprise, and having management authority for each library in the library catalogue;
step (5) inputting quarantine inspection certification information of the commodity; judging whether the quarantine inspection certification information comprises a plurality of batch numbers or not, and if so, adding the batch numbers in sequence for recording; judging whether the quarantine inspection certification information and the category information are input completely;
step (6) acquiring basic commodity information of the input commodities, and associating the corresponding basic commodity information to the class information; the same commodity is a class, and each commodity comprises at least one batch of commodities;
generating an item code representing the commodity, a batch code representing each batch of commodities and an item code representing each commodity on line; the article code, the batch code and the object code form a tracing two-dimensional code; attaching the tracing two-dimensional code to a corresponding commodity;
step (7) forming a one-time contact record in the system every time after an enterprise, a transport vehicle, a warehouse or a contact person scans and traces the two-dimensional code; the two-dimension code is traced to form association with basic information of the commodity, batch information of the commodity, enterprises of each receiver and shipper of the commodity, transportation vehicles of each commodity, storehouses for each storage of the commodity and contact personnel;
scanning the tracing two-dimensional code through code scanning equipment in each logistics link, displaying tracing information associated with the tracing two-dimensional code after recording contact information, and displaying a current pollution index; the calculation method of the pollution index comprises the following steps:
A. acquiring the number of times of scanning the traceable two-dimensional code by different enterprises, and acquiring the number of times of distribution;
acquiring the times of scanning the traceable two-dimensional code by different storehouses, and acquiring the times of transferring;
acquiring the number of times of scanning the two-dimension code by a transport vehicle to obtain the number of times of transportation;
acquiring the number of times of code scanning of all the contact persons related to the two-dimensional code to be traced, and acquiring the number of the contact persons;
B. obtaining a list marked as a contaminated warehouse and obtaining a list marked as an infected transport vehicle;
C. judging whether the storehouses in the storehouse catalog are marked as polluted storehouses or not, and determining the storage time X of the quantity of the commodities in each polluted storehouse; judging whether the transport vehicles in the transport vehicle catalog are marked as polluted transport vehicles or not, and determining the transport time T of each polluted transport vehicle for the commodities;
acquiring the storage time of the scanned tracing two-dimensional code in the polluted storeroom and the number of the polluted commodities in the storeroom;
D. acquiring distribution times Q, transfer times W, transportation times E, the number R of contact persons, the number n of polluted storehouses, the number Y of polluted commodities in each polluted storehouse, the storage time X of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes in the polluted storehouses, the number m of polluted transport vehicles, the number K of the polluted commodities in each polluted transport and the transportation time T of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes in the polluted transport vehicles, wherein the distribution times Q, the transfer times W, the transportation times E, the number R of contact persons, the number n of polluted storehouses, the number Y of the polluted commodities in each polluted storehouse, and the transportation time T of the commodities represented by the tracing two-dimensional codes are associated with the scanned tracing two-dimensional codes; calculating to obtain a pollution index S:

the staff information comprises staff names, identity card numbers and staff contact telephones;
the operation authority distributed by the staff comprises checking, information inputting, receiving operation and delivery operation of all commodity services managed by the enterprise.
4. The cold-chain logistics epidemic prevention traceability method of claim 1, characterized in that: the basic commodity information includes: commodity code, commodity name, commodity type, manufacturer name, product specification and commodity object diagram; country of origin, HS code.
