Abstract
The invention discloses a quick tracing method and a quick tracing system based on two-dimension codes, wherein the method comprises the following steps of S1: setting basic information and special information of commodities; s2: setting key links of commodities needing to be traced as tracing nodes, and setting basic information and special information which are required to be provided by each tracing node; s3: selecting commodities, binding the tracing nodes and configuring a display template; s4: selecting a traceable commodity to create batch traceablility, setting batch traceablility basic information, and setting traceablility information of each traceable node according to the traceable node bound with the traceable commodity; s5: and generating a corresponding two-dimensional code for each batch of traceable commodities, and displaying a display template and traceable information matched with the two-dimensional code after scanning the two-dimensional code. The quick tracing method based on the two-dimension code is quick to operate, high in flexibility, wide in application range and low in enterprise investment, and can well meet the requirement that an enterprise quickly builds a tracing system.

Technical Field

Specifically, the method provided by the invention firstly sets basic information and special information for the commodity; setting a plurality of tracing nodes according to key links of the tracing required by the commodity, generating an initial tracing chain, and setting basic information and special information required to be provided for the tracing nodes, wherein the specific content of the information required to be provided by the tracing nodes can be input when the tracing nodes are set, and can also be input when the tracing information of the batch of tracing commodity is input; configuring a display template for the commodity, wherein the display template can comprise a basic layout, an interactive mode and a background picture, so that the information of each traceable node of the commodity can be displayed; selecting a tracing commodity, providing all tracing nodes bound with the tracing commodity, setting basic information of tracing, and connecting the tracing nodes in the tracing process to form a complete tracing chain; and generating a corresponding two-dimension code for each batch of tracing commodities with a complete tracing chain, and displaying the batch of tracing commodities and the tracing information of each tracing node bound by the batch of tracing commodities through a display template by scanning the two-dimension code.

In the whole circulation process, when a certain commodity is found to have a problem, the tracing information of the commodity can be obtained through the two-dimensional code arranged on the problem product, the batch number of the commodity is displayed, the production batch of the commodity is obtained accordingly, the safety factor influencing the whole batch of the commodity is determined through analyzing the problem, the circulation information of the batch of the problem product can be obtained according to the display template of the corresponding tracing node, which tracing nodes pass through before and the detailed information of the tracing nodes are known, for example, when a general distributor finds the crop commodity with a processing problem, the processing address can be quickly positioned according to the display template information of the processing plant node, and the processing address is contacted with a person in charge of the processing plant node, so that the whole influence range is determined.
All the methods are completed based on the following quick tracing system based on the two-dimension code.
