A range hood 9 is arranged inside the hamburger machine, the range hood 9 is located above the heating unsealing mechanism 5, the range hood 9 is associated with the control system 2, and the control system 2 is connected with a touch display screen 10.

1) opening the upper cover and the lower support of each hamburger box 7-9, then using the lifting rods 7-8 of the box separating mechanism 7 to lift the joint of the upper cover and the lower support of each hamburger box 7-9, and placing the lifting rods 7-8 on one side of the chain 7-5 on the upper hamburger boxes 7-9;
2) packaging the food material for preparing the hamburger into a packaging film continuous packaging material 3 form by using two packaging films, and then placing the packaging film continuous packaging material 3 into the refrigerator 4;
3) winding the packaging film continuous packages 3 on the total conveying rollers 5-5, enabling the packaging film continuous packages 3 to pass through the heating assembly 5-3, then rolling the upper packaging film of the packaging film continuous packages 3 to the upper film roll 5-7 through the upper conveying rollers 5-6, and rolling the lower packaging film of the packaging film continuous packages 3 to the lower film roll 5-9 through the lower conveying rollers 5-8;
4) under the control of the control system 2, a driving motor 7-10 of the box separating mechanism 7 drives a chain 7-5 to rotate, a ram 7-8 at the lower end of the chain 7-5 rotates from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and a hamburger box 7-9 on the ram 7-8 falls onto the conveying mechanism 8;
5) under the control of the control system 2, the conveying mechanism 8 conveys the empty hamburgers 7-9 to the position between the lower conveying rollers 5-8 of the heating unsealing mechanism 5 and the lower film rolls 5-9;
6) under the control of the control system 2, the heating component 5-3 heats the food material in the continuous packaging object 3 of the packaging film; the conveying motor 5-4 drives the total conveying roller 5-5, the upper conveying roller 5-6, the upper film roll 5-7, the lower conveying roller 5-8 and the lower film roll 5-9 to rotate, two packaging films of the continuous packaging object 3 of the packaging films are pulled apart, and food materials in the continuous packaging object 3 of the packaging films fall into the hamburger boxes 7-9 on the conveying mechanism 8;
7) under the control of the control system 2, the multiple layers of food materials in the hamburger fall into the hamburger boxes 7-9 in the mode of the step 6, the food materials are stacked in the hamburger boxes 7-9, and meanwhile, the sauce component 6 adds sauce materials to the food materials in the hamburger boxes 7-9 under the control of the control system 2 to prepare a hamburger finished product;
8) under the control of the control system 2, the arcuate door assembly 11 on the housing 1 opens and the user removes the completed hamburger with the package.

The novel automatic hamburger machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said box-dividing mechanism (7) comprises a guide bracket (7-1), an upper chain wheel (7-2), a lower chain wheel (7-3), a rotating shaft (7-4), a chain (7-5) and a driving motor (7-10), said guide bracket (7-1) is installed inside said housing (1), said guide bracket (7-1) is rotationally connected with said upper chain wheel (7-2), said guide bracket (7-1) is rotationally connected with said rotating shaft (7-4), one end of said rotating shaft (7-4) is fixedly connected with said lower chain wheel (7-3), and the other end of said rotating shaft (7-4) is installed with said driving motor (7-10), the upper chain wheel (7-2) is connected with the lower chain wheel (7-3) through the chain (7-5);
the hamburger is characterized in that the chain (7-5) comprises transmission chain plates (7-6) and bearing chain plates (7-7), the transmission chain plates (7-6) and the bearing chain plates (7-7) are connected at intervals through pin shafts, the side faces of the bearing chain plates (7-7) are provided with lifting rods (7-8), the upper cover and the lower support of the hamburger box (7-9) are in an open state, the hamburger box (7-9) is arranged on the lifting rods (7-8) on one side of the chain (7-5), and the lifting rods (7-8) are located at the connecting position of the upper cover and the lower support of the hamburger box (7-9).

A novel automatic hamburger machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said conveyor mechanism (8) comprises a connecting frame (8-1) and a conveyor belt assembly (8-2), said connecting frame (8-1) being mounted inside said housing (1), said connecting frame (8-1) having a bi-directional motor mounted therein, said bi-directional motor driving said conveyor belt assembly (8-2) to operate.

The novel automatic hamburger machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of groups of said heating and unsealing mechanisms (5) are provided inside said automatic hamburger machine, bread, vegetables, fried eggs, meat are packaged separately in the form of said continuous packaging film (3), each group of said heating and unsealing mechanisms (5) processes the continuous packaging film (3) of a food material, said conveying mechanism (8) is located between the lower conveying roller (5-8) and the lower film roll (5-9) of each group of heating and unsealing mechanisms (5), by the operation of the conveying mechanism (8), different food materials in each group of heating and unsealing mechanisms (5) drop onto the conveying mechanism (8), and different food materials are stacked on the conveying mechanism (8) to form hamburgers.

The novel automatic hamburger machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a curtain frame (4-1) is arranged at a material outlet of the refrigerator (4), a flexible door curtain (4-2) is arranged inside the curtain frame (4-1), a guide roller (4-3) is rotatably connected to the lower end of the curtain frame (4-1), the continuous packaging film (3) bypasses the guide roller (4-3), then passes through the flexible door curtain (4-2), and then enters the heating assembly (5-3) through the rotation of a total conveying roller (5-5).

10. A novel method for dispatching an automatic hamburger machine according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
1) opening the upper cover and the lower support of each hamburger box (7-9), then using a lifting lever (7-8) of the box separating mechanism (7) to lift the joint of the upper cover and the lower support of each hamburger box (7-9), and placing the lifting levers (7-8) on one side of the chain (7-5) on the hamburger boxes (7-9);
2) packaging the food material for preparing the hamburger into a packaging film continuous packaging material (3) form by using two packaging films, and then placing the packaging film continuous packaging material (3) in the refrigerator (4);
3) winding the continuous packaging film packages (3) on the total conveying rollers (5-5), wherein the continuous packaging film packages (3) pass through the heating assemblies (5-3), then an upper packaging film of the continuous packaging film packages (3) is rolled to the upper film roll (5-7) through the upper conveying rollers (5-6), and a lower packaging film of the continuous packaging film packages (3) is rolled to the lower film roll (5-9) through the lower conveying rollers (5-8);
4) under the control of the control system (2), a driving motor (7-10) of the box separating mechanism (7) drives a chain (7-5) to rotate, a ram (7-8) at the lower end of the chain (7-5) rotates from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and a hamburger box (7-9) on the ram (7-8) falls onto the conveying mechanism (8);
