The livestock breeding disinfectant disclosed by the invention can be used for sterilizing and disinfecting. And has no drug residue, no irritation, environmental protection and suitability for animal husbandry. The preparation method of the livestock breeding disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) crushing the scabrous elephantfoot herb, the houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen, then uniformly mixing the crushed scabrous elephantfoot herb, the crushed houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen in a container, wrapping the mixture by 6-8 layers of gauze, placing the wrapped mixture in a frying pan, adding distilled water with the mass being 5-8 times of that of the mixture for carrying out decoction treatment to obtain a decoction I, adding deionized water with the mass being 3-4 times of that of the mixture into 30-40% of the decoction I for decocting for 15-20 min to obtain a decoction II for later use;
2) grinding the five medicinal materials of cacumen biotae, platycodon grandiflorum, cardamom, turmeric and gentian to obtain a mixture X; adding 15-25% of 70% ethanol into the mixture X for granulation to obtain powder A for later use;
3) adding paraformaldehyde and ferrous sulfate into an enamel kettle, stirring for 15-20 minutes, and adjusting the pH value to 5.5-6.5 by using 20-25% hydrochloric acid to obtain a stirred substance S for later use;
4) and adding the rest of the decoction i, the rest of the decoction ii, the rest of the powder A and the stirred material S into a container, adding fermentation powder, uniformly mixing, and fermenting for 50-80 min to obtain the disinfectant.

The preparation method of the livestock breeding disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) crushing the scabrous elephantfoot herb, the houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen, uniformly mixing the crushed scabrous elephantfoot herb, the houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen in a container, wrapping the mixture by 6 layers of gauze, placing the wrapped mixture in a frying pan, adding distilled water with the mass being 5 times of the mass of the mixture for decocting to obtain a decoction I, adding deionized water with the mass being 3 times of the mass of the mixture into 30% of the decoction I, and decocting for 15min to obtain a decoction II for later use; the first decoction time is 20 min.

Diluting the disinfectant with water, simultaneously washing the livestock breeding room by using a high-pressure water gun, blowing hot air after the washing is finished, spraying the disinfectant, and returning the disinfectant to the breeding room after the spraying is finished for 1 hour.

3) adding paraformaldehyde and ferrous sulfate into an enamel kettle, stirring for 18 minutes, and adjusting the pH value to 6.0 by using 23% hydrochloric acid to obtain a stirred substance S for later use;
4) adding the rest of the decoction i, the rest of the decoction ii, the rest of the powder A and the stirred material S into a container, adding fermentation powder, mixing uniformly, and fermenting for 65min to obtain the disinfectant.
Diluting the disinfectant with water, simultaneously washing the livestock breeding room by using a high-pressure water gun, blowing hot air after the washing is finished, spraying the disinfectant, and returning the disinfectant to the breeding room after 1.5 hours after the spraying is finished.
Example 3
The livestock breeding disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of scabrous elephantfoot herb, 20 parts of heartleaf houttuynia herb, 20 parts of cattail pollen, 15 parts of cacumen biotae, 10 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 10 parts of cardamom, 9 parts of turmeric, 0.5 part of ferrous sulfate, 1.8 parts of paraformaldehyde and 8 parts of gentian.
The preparation method of the livestock breeding disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) crushing the scabrous elephantfoot herb, the houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen, uniformly mixing the crushed scabrous elephantfoot herb, the houttuynia cordata and the cattail pollen in a container, wrapping the mixture by 8 layers of gauze, placing the wrapped mixture in a frying pan, adding 8 times of distilled water by mass of the mixture for decocting to obtain a decoction I, adding 4 times of deionized water into 40% of the decoction I for decocting for 20min to obtain a decoction II for later use; the first decoction time is 30 min.

4) adding the rest of the decoction i, the rest of the decoction ii, the rest of the powder A and the stirred material S into a container, adding fermentation powder, mixing uniformly, and fermenting for 80min to obtain the disinfectant.
Diluting the disinfectant with water, simultaneously washing the livestock breeding room by using a high-pressure water gun, blowing hot air after the washing is finished, spraying the disinfectant, and returning the disinfectant to the breeding room after 2 hours after the spraying is finished.

The disinfectant of the present invention was used for the disinfection treatment, as shown in table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1, compared with the common disinfectant, the disinfectant of the invention has good sterilization effect, and the sterilization rate is 96.78-96.91%.
