A novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.3% of dandelion root, 21% of houttuynia cordata, 2.6% of cattail pollen, 3.1% of cardamom, 4.2% of gentian, 11.3% of fructus forsythiae, 2.3% of glacial acetic acid, 2.8% of sodium pyrophosphate, 1.5% of antimicrobial peptide, 7% of copper sulfate, 5% of ferrous sulfate and the balance of deionized water.
Example 3
A novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.8% of dandelion root, 15% of houttuynia cordata, 1.5% of cattail pollen, 2.58% of round cardamom, 3.2% of gentian, 9.5% of fructus forsythiae, 1.9% of glacial acetic acid, 2.1% of sodium pyrophosphate, 0.5% of antibacterial peptide, 4.3% of copper sulfate, 1.5% of ferrous sulfate and the balance of deionized water.
Example 4
A novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.1% of dandelion root, 18.6% of houttuynia cordata, 2.1% of cattail pollen, 2.9% of cardamom, 3.2% of gentian, 8.5% of fructus forsythiae, 2.2% of glacial acetic acid, 2.2% of sodium pyrophosphate, 1.3% of antimicrobial peptide, 6.1% of copper sulfate, 2.1% of ferrous sulfate and the balance of deionized water.
Wherein the dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspensa are all in suspension liquid state.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the suspension of dandelion root, houttuynia cordata, cattail pollen, cardamom, gentian and forsythia suspensa comprises the following steps:

when the turbid liquid is prepared, on one hand, the effective medicinal ingredients in dandelion root, houttuynia cordata, cattail pollen, cardamom, gentian and forsythia suspensa are efficiently extracted through high-temperature and high-pressure alcohol liquid, so that the sterilization efficiency of the medicinal ingredients is improved, and on the other hand, the loss caused by high-temperature evaporation in the pharmaceutical industry can be effectively reduced while the precipitation efficiency of the medicinal ingredients is improved through a high-temperature and high-pressure environment.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for preparing a novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry comprises the following steps:
s1, primarily mixing, adding glacial acetic acid, sodium pyrophosphate, antimicrobial peptide, copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate and deionized water into a mixing kettle, mixing to prepare an aqueous solution, and then preheating the aqueous solution to 35-45 ℃ and standing for later use;
s2, mixing twice, sequentially adding the dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspense into the aqueous solution prepared in the step S1, and uniformly mixing; and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization on the mixed solution, and concentrating the mixed solution in the homogenization process to obtain suspension with the concentration of 60-80%, thus obtaining a finished product.
The ultrasonic homogenization is utilized, so that the material mixing uniformity can be effectively provided, and meanwhile, the liquid medicine pollution caused by the factors of chemical reaction, mechanical abrasion and the like of the stirring equipment and the liquid medicine when the traditional mechanical stirring equipment runs can be effectively overcome.
As shown in figure 3, the equipment for preparing the novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry comprises two bearing tanks 1, a configuration tank 2, a main mixing reaction kettle 3, an auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4, a feeding pump 5, a liquid discharging pump 6, a crusher 7, a refrigerating unit 8, a heat exchanger 9, a material conveying fan 10 and a driving circuit 11, wherein the axes of the two bearing tanks 1 are vertically distributed with the horizontal plane and are both of a frame structure with a rectangular axial section, one bearing tank 1 is coated outside the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and coaxially distributed with the main mixing reaction kettle 3, the other bearing tank 1 is coated outside the crusher 7, the refrigerating unit 8 and the material conveying fan 10, the crusher 7 is positioned above the refrigerating unit 8 and the material conveying fan 10, the lower end surface of the crusher 7 is communicated with the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 through the material conveying fan 10, at least one heat exchanger 9 is additionally arranged in the crusher 7, the heat exchanger is communicated with a refrigerating unit 8 through a heat exchanger 9, meanwhile, two bearing tanks 1 are communicated through a plurality of configuration tanks 2, the axes of the configuration tanks 2 are vertically distributed with the axes of the bearing tanks 1, the configuration tanks 2 are mutually connected in parallel, the configuration tanks 2 are in a U-shaped groove-shaped structure in cross section, at least one auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 is arranged in each configuration tank 2, the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 are in a closed cavity structure with rectangular axial sections, the upper end surfaces of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 are respectively provided with at least one feeding port 101, the lower end surfaces thereof are provided with a flow guide port 102 and at least one liquid discharge port 103, the flow guide port 102 of the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 is communicated with a material conveying fan 10 through a flow guide pipe, the liquid discharge port 103 of the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 is communicated with the flow guide port 102 of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 through a liquid discharge pump 6, the feed inlets 101 of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 are communicated with the feeding pump 5 through a guide pipe, the liquid discharge outlet 103 of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 is communicated with a liquid discharge pump 6 through a guide pipe, the feeding pump 5, the liquid discharge pump 6, the pulverizer 7 and the driving circuit 11 are connected with the surfaces of the bearing groove 1 and the configuration groove 2, and the driving circuit 11 is electrically connected with the main mixing reaction kettle 1, the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 2, the feeding pump 5, the liquid discharge pump 6, the pulverizer 7, the refrigerating unit 8 and the material conveying fan 10 respectively.
In the embodiment, the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 are both cavity structures with rectangular axial cross sections, the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 are both internally provided with aeration discs 12 which are coaxially distributed with the main mixing reaction kettle and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle, the aeration disc 12 is further communicated with the diversion port 102, a temperature and humidity sensor 13, an air pressure sensor 14 and at least one electric heating device 15 are further arranged in the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4, a pressure regulating pump 16 is arranged on the outer surfaces of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4, the pressure regulating pump 16 is connected with the outer surfaces of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4, and is communicated with the upper end surfaces of the main mixing reaction kettle 3 and the auxiliary mixing reaction kettle 4 through air ducts, and the temperature and humidity sensor 13, the electric heating device 15, the air pressure sensor 14 and the pressure regulating pump 16 are electrically connected with the driving circuit 11.

2. The novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspense are all in suspension liquid state.
3. The novel biological disinfectant for livestock and poultry according to claim 2, characterized in that: the preparation method of the suspension of dandelion root, houttuynia cordata, cattail pollen, cardamom, gentian and forsythia suspensa comprises the following steps:
firstly, crushing the medicines, namely respectively and independently storing the solid dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspense which are dried in the shade, and then respectively purifying and crushing the dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspense which are dried in the shade at the temperature of between 5 ℃ below zero and 0 ℃ by crushing equipment to obtain powder with the particle size of between 10 and 50nm, and respectively and independently storing the powder for later use;
and secondly, preparing turbid liquid, namely adding dandelion root, houttuynia cordata, cattail pollen, cardamom, gentian and forsythia suspensa powder into alcohol liquid with the concentration of 60% -95%, mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing, then sealing the mixed liquid in a heating device, heating the mixed liquid to 30-60 ℃ at a constant speed, enabling the air pressure in the heating device to be 3-10 times of standard atmospheric pressure when the mixed liquid is heated, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation stirring on the mixed liquid in the heating process for 10-30 minutes, naturally cooling to the normal temperature, stopping ultrasonic oscillation operation and standing to obtain turbid liquid of the dandelion root, the houttuynia cordata, the cattail pollen, the cardamom, the gentian and the forsythia suspensa.
