The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the vehicle runs to the toll station, the two groups of cameras work to collect data and transmit the data to the central processing unit, so that the central processing unit controls the passing card taking and placing device, the central processing unit processes the data and controls the extending length of the angle cylinder 1-1, the rotating angle of the angle motor and the rotating number of the module, the passing card is just positioned on one side, and a driver can take the passing card conveniently.
The toll station staff places the pass-through card in the cardholder 4 and installs it on the transport plate 2-4 so that the catch plate 4-3 is located in the fixation groove 2-41.
When the clamp 4 needs to be placed in the dispensing assembly 3, the conveying belt 2-3 drives the conveying plate 2-4 to move in the bottom plate 2-1, the dispensing shell 3-1 and the bottom plate 2-1 are on the same plane, the conveying belt 2-3 pushes the conveying plate 2-4 to the dispensing shell 3-1 after rotating for a certain distance, and the operation is stopped.
The push-pull air cylinder 3-6 attracts the conveying plate 2-4 through the electromagnetic plate 3-7, so that the conveying plate 2-4 with the clamp 4 is completely positioned on the dispensing shell 3-1, then the electromagnetic plate 3-7 loses power, at the moment, the transposition air cylinders 3-5 at the two sides extend out, the conveying plate 2-4 is fixed at the middle position of the dispensing shell 3-1, and the clamp 4 is opposite to the fixed clamping groove 3-11.
The carry cylinder 2-9 pushes the card clip 4 to the dispensing shell 3-1 through the carry push plate 2-10 and is positioned right above the fixed card slot 3-11, the carry cylinder 2-9 resets, the fixed cylinder 3-9 on the horizontal plane below enables the card blocking plate 4-3 to rotate through the fixed block 3-91, the card clip 4 falls into the fixed card slot 3-11 after losing the support of the card blocking plate 4-3, and the fixed cylinder 3-9 on the horizontal plane above enables the fixed block 3-91 to block the card blocking plate 4-3, so that the card clip 4 is fixed in the dispensing shell 3-1.
The passing card is pushed by the ejector plate 4-2 to fall into the card outlet slot through the card outlet through slot, wherein one half of the passing card is positioned in the card outlet slot, the other plate is lapped on the limiting slot 3-81, and the passing card is brought to the releasing plate 3-82 to wait for being taken away along with the rotation of the rotating motor 3-12.
When the card clip 4 needs to be replaced, the fixed air cylinders 3-9 reset to enable the card blocking plates 4-3 to lose external extrusion force and reset, the card clip 4 moves to the upper side of the fixed card slots 3-11 along with the reset rotation of the card blocking plates 4-3, at the moment, the carry air cylinders 2-9 attract the empty card clip 4 through the carry push plates 2-10 and reset, so that the card clip 4 is pulled on the conveying plates 2-4, the conveying plates 2-4 are pulled to one side of the conveying belt of the empty card clip through the electromagnetic plates 3-7 by the left transposition air cylinders 3-5, the conveying plates 2-4 are pushed to the conveying belts 2-3 by the left push-pull air cylinders 3-6, and the conveying belts 2-3 with the empty card clip 4 move to one end of a toll station window to wait for toll station personnel to process.
While the other set of conveyor belts 2-3 operates to push the conveyor plates 2-4 with the full bypass cardholder 4 back onto the dispensing cases 3-1.

the conveying assembly (2) comprises a bottom plate (2-1), adjusting slide rods (2-2) are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (2-1), two groups of conveying grooves (2-5) are formed in the bottom plate (2-1), a conveying belt (2-3) is arranged in each group of conveying grooves (2-5), a plurality of groups of conveying plates (2-4) are arranged in each group of conveying grooves (2-5) and above the conveying belt (2-3), and two groups of fixing grooves (2-41) are formed in each group of conveying plates (2-4);
the middle position below the bottom plate (2-1) is provided with a module (2-7), the module (2-7) is provided with an extension plate (2-6), the extension plate (2-6) is connected with the bottom plate (2-1) in a sliding mode, and the extension plate (2-6) is connected with the dispensing assembly (3) in a rotating mode; a shell (2-8) is arranged above the bottom plate (2-1), a carry cylinder (2-9) is arranged at one end, close to the dispensing assembly (3), in the shell (2-8), and a carry push plate (2-10) is arranged on the carry cylinder (2-9);
