For example, the stop driving member 33 in this embodiment is a cylinder, and a piston rod of the cylinder is disposed downward and connected to the pressure plate 34. And the cylinder is connected with the vertical frame 31 which is vertically arranged through the press stop mounting plate 32, so that the press plate 34 can be positioned above the slitting station 11, the interference of the press plate 34 on the transverse movement of the material bag 20 is avoided, and meanwhile, the press plate 34 has enough lifting movement stroke. When the operation of cutting off needs to be carried out, cylinder drive piston rod stretches out downwards, promotes clamp plate 34 and pushes down the position of being connected between the material package 20 of inferior position and the first material package 20, and the action of shutdown mechanism 40 can be with the accurate and quick complete cutting off of the position of being connected between the material package 20 of first position and the material package 20 of inferior position immediately. The press-stopping mechanism 30 has a simple overall structure and is quick and reliable in operation.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments, the cutting mechanism 40 includes a cutting mounting plate 41, a cutting driving member 42, and a cutting knife 43, the cutting driving member 42 is disposed on the cutting mounting plate 41, the cutting knife 43 is drivingly connected to the cutting driving member 42, and the cutting knife 43 is disposed between the slitting station 11 and the extruding station 12.
For example, the cutting drive member 42 is a cylinder fixed to the stand 31 at one side of the slitting station 11 via the cutting mounting plate 41. The cutter 43 is of a type and a scissors structure, wherein one scissor arm is fixedly arranged in a groove preset in the slitting station 11, and the other scissor arm is connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder through a transmission module. When the piston rod stretches out, the two scissor arms are closed to cut off the connection part of the two material bags 20, the material bags 20 are cut off rapidly and completely, and the material bags 20 are separated one by one and enter the extruding station 12.
It should be noted that the driving method in which the cylinder directly outputs the linear expansion power in each of the above embodiments may be replaced by a motor and a power steering module (i.e., a driving method in which rotary power is converted into linear reciprocating power).
