本发明公开了一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,属于塑料装饰片制备技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)底膜制备、(2)功能涂料制备、(3)功能面片制备、(4)成品制备。本发明提供了一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,本方法的整体工艺简单,易于推广应用,制得的塑料装饰片不但能够起到美化装饰的传统效果,而且能够持续分解甲醛、甲苯、二氧化硫、TVOC等多种有害物质,达到净化室内空气的目的;同时其还能抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等多种细菌的生长,起到抗菌抑菌,长期不发霉;为人们提供了空气清新、清洁干净的宜居环境。

本发明属于塑料装饰片制备技术领域,具体涉及一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺。
背景技术
塑料装饰片由于印刷精美、图案花色丰富而广泛应用于墙纸、护墙板、衣柜等家居装饰领域,它能起到美化家居的效果,但没有办法去除室内装修材料持续散发出来的甲醛、甲苯、TVOC等有害物质,达不到人们对健康的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)底膜制备:
用印刷机对塑料基材薄膜进行图案印刷,完成后制得底膜备用;
(2)功能涂料制备:
将稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混制成功能涂料备用;
(3)功能面片制备:
利用涂布机将步骤(2)制得的功能涂料均匀涂覆在塑料面片上,完成后得功能面片备用;
(4)成品制备:
用复合机将步骤(1)制得的底膜和步骤(3)制得的功能面片进行复合、压纹处理,完成后制得成品。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的印刷机采用的是五色凹版印刷机。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混时对应的重量比为2~4:20~25:10~15:280~300。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的稀土为氧化镧、氧化铈、硝酸钇中的任意一种。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的纳米填料为纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的混合物,两者对应的重量比为2~3:1。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的涂布机在工作时控制主机的速度不小于20m/min;并控制其烘制的温度为80℃。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)底膜制备:
用印刷机对塑料基材薄膜进行图案印刷,完成后制得底膜备用;
(2)功能涂料制备:
将稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混制成功能涂料备用;
(3)功能面片制备:
利用涂布机将步骤(2)制得的功能涂料均匀涂覆在塑料面片上,完成后得功能面片备用;
(4)成品制备:
用复合机将步骤(1)制得的底膜和步骤(3)制得的功能面片进行复合、压纹处理,完成后制得成品。

纳米填料为纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的混合物,两者对应的重量比为2.5:1。
步骤(3)中的涂布机在工作时控制主机的速度不小于20m/min;并控制其烘制的温度为80℃。
实施例3
一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)底膜制备:
用印刷机对塑料基材薄膜进行图案印刷,完成后制得底膜备用;
(2)功能涂料制备:
将稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混制成功能涂料备用;
(3)功能面片制备:
利用涂布机将步骤(2)制得的功能涂料均匀涂覆在塑料面片上,完成后得功能面片备用;
(4)成品制备:
用复合机将步骤(1)制得的底膜和步骤(3)制得的功能面片进行复合、压纹处理,完成后制得成品。
步骤(1)中的印刷机采用的是五色凹版印刷机。
步骤(2)中的稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混时对应的重量比为4:25:15:300。
稀土为硝酸钇。
纳米填料为纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的混合物,两者对应的重量比为3:1。
步骤(3)中的涂布机在工作时控制主机的速度不小于20m/min;并控制其烘制的温度为80℃。
采用GB/T 31402-2015的标准对本发明上述塑料装饰片进行抗菌性能检测,发现其对于大肠杆菌的抗菌率不低于99.9%、对于金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率不低于99.8%、对于白色念珠菌的抗菌率不低于95.1%。
参照JC/T 1074-2008的标准对本发明上述塑料装饰片进行甲苯净化性能检测,发现其实验条件下的净化效果持久性不低于63.0%;进行甲醛净化性能检测,发现其实验条件下的净化效果持久性不低于86.3%;进行二氧化硫净化性能检测,发现其实验条件下的净化效果持久性不低于91.4%。
由上可知,本发明方法制得的塑料装饰片具有很好的使用推广价值。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)底膜制备:
用印刷机对塑料基材薄膜进行图案印刷,完成后制得底膜备用;
(2)功能涂料制备:
将稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混制成功能涂料备用;
(3)功能面片制备:
利用涂布机将步骤(2)制得的功能涂料均匀涂覆在塑料面片上,完成后得功能面片备用;
(4)成品制备:
用复合机将步骤(1)制得的底膜和步骤(3)制得的功能面片进行复合、压纹处理,完成后制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的印刷机采用的是五色凹版印刷机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的稀土、纳米填料、聚氨酯和水共混时对应的重量比为2~4:20~25:10~15:280~300。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的稀土为氧化镧、氧化铈、硝酸钇中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的纳米填料为纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的混合物,两者对应的重量比为2~3:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可持久净化空气的塑料装饰片的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的涂布机在工作时控制主机的速度不小于20m/min;并控制其烘制的温度为80℃。
