Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,包括第一防水层、第二防水薄膜、透气层和通孔,所述主线上编织有第一辅线,且第一辅线之间均匀分布有第二辅线,所述主线上编织有第二辅线,所述弹力筋中间包裹有固定筋芯,且弹力筋外侧缠绕有弹力丝线,所述弹力筋上固定有加固丝线,且加固丝线上连接有辅助丝线,所述弹力层下方固定有第二保温层,且第二保温层下方连接有第二防水薄膜,所述第二防水薄膜下方设置有透气层,且透气层上开设有通孔。该防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,设置有加固层和弹力层,可通过弹力层内的弹力筋和弹力丝线防止进行强烈拉扯时容易撕裂的问题,并且再由加固层进行加固,以保证布料的韧度,更加的可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及梭织布技术领域,具体为一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布。
背景技术
梭织布是织机以投梭的形式,将纱线通过经、纬向的交错而组成,其组织一般有平纹、斜纹和缎纹三大类以及它们的变化;此类面料因织法经纬交错而牢固、挺括、不易变形、从组成成份来分类包括棉织物、丝织物、毛织物、麻织物、化纤织物及它们的混纺和交织织物等等,梭织面料在服装中的使用无论在品种上还是在生产数量上都处于世界领先地位,广泛用于各种高档服饰。
现有工艺因梭织布原有特性在进行剧烈拉伸时会出现没有弹力导致撕裂的问题,并且防水性能也不是很好,所以我们提出了一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,以解决上述背景技术提出的现有工艺因梭织布原有特性在进行剧烈拉伸时会出现没有弹力导致撕裂的问题,并且防水性能也不是很好的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,包括第一防水层、第二防水薄膜、透气层和通孔,所述第一防水层下方设置有第一防水薄膜,且第一防水薄膜下方固定有第一保温层,所述第一保温层下方连接有加固层,且加固层上设置有主线,所述主线上编织有第一辅线,且第一辅线之间均匀分布有第二辅线,所述主线上编织有第二辅线,所述加固层下方连接有弹力层,且弹力层上规定有弹力筋,所述弹力筋中间包裹有固定筋芯,且弹力筋外侧缠绕有弹力丝线,所述弹力筋上固定有加固丝线,且加固丝线上连接有辅助丝线,所述弹力层下方固定有第二保温层,且第二保温层下方连接有第二防水薄膜,所述第二防水薄膜下方设置有透气层,且透气层上开设有通孔。
优选的,所述第一防水层通过第一防水薄膜与第一保温层相固定,且第一防水层通过第一防水薄膜与第一保温层之间的连接方式为粘贴连接。
优选的,所述第一保温层与第二保温层都为棉涤材质制作,且第一保温层与第二保温层的厚度尺寸相同,并且第一保温层与第二保温层的克重量相同。
优选的,所述弹力层通过弹力筋和弹力丝线在第二保温层与加固层之间构成弹性结构,且弹力筋和弹力丝线通过固定筋芯、加固丝线和辅助丝线相固定。
优选的,所述第二保温层与透气层之间通过第二防水薄膜相连接,且第二保温层通过第二防水薄膜与透气层之间的连接方式为固定连接。
优选的,所述通孔在透气层上为均匀分布设置,且透气层为双层叠加棉性材质构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布:
(1)设置有第一防水层、第一防水薄膜和第二防水薄膜,可通过防水层进行第一次防水,之后由高温融化的第一防水薄膜和第二防水薄膜来进行二次防水;
(2)设置有加固层和弹力层,可通过弹力层内的弹力筋和弹力丝线防止进行强烈拉扯时容易撕裂的问题,并且再由加固层进行加固,以保证布料的韧度,更加的可靠。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,包括第一防水层1、第一防水薄膜2、第一保温层3、加固层4、主线5、第一辅线6、第二辅线7、弹力层8、弹力筋9、固定筋芯10、弹力丝线11、加固丝线12、辅助丝线13、第二保温层14、第二防水薄膜15、透气层16和通孔17,第一防水层1下方设置有第一防水薄膜2,且第一防水薄膜2下方固定有第一保温层3,第一保温层3下方连接有加固层4,且加固层4上设置有主线5,主线5上编织有第一辅线6,且第一辅线6之间均匀分布有第二辅线7,主线5上编织有第二辅线7,加固层4下方连接有弹力层8,且弹力层8上规定有弹力筋9,弹力筋9中间包裹有固定筋芯10,且弹力筋9外侧缠绕有弹力丝线11,弹力筋9上固定有加固丝线12,且加固丝线12上连接有辅助丝线13,弹力层8下方固定有第二保温层14,且第二保温层14下方连接有第二防水薄膜15,第二防水薄膜15下方设置有透气层16,且透气层16上开设有通孔17。
第一防水层1通过第一防水薄膜2与第一保温层3相固定,且第一防水层1通过第一防水薄膜2与第一保温层3之间的连接方式为粘贴连接,从而实现防水功能,使其更加的实用。
第一保温层3与第二保温层14都为棉涤材质制作,且第一保温层3与第二保温层14的厚度尺寸相同,并且第一保温层3与第二保温层14的克重量相同,使布料更加的实用。
弹力层8通过弹力筋9和弹力丝线11在第二保温层14与加固层4之间构成弹性结构,且弹力筋9和弹力丝线11通过固定筋芯10、加固丝线12和辅助丝线13相固定,实现弹性耐拉伸的功能,防止布料易撕裂。
第二保温层14与透气层16之间通过第二防水薄膜15相连接,且第二保温层14通过第二防水薄膜15与透气层16之间的连接方式为固定连接,防止水分进入内侧,实现二次防水,更加的稳定。
通孔17在透气层16上为均匀分布设置,且透气层16为双层叠加棉性材质构成,实现透气功能,更加的舒适适用更多环境。
工作原理:在使用该防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布时,首先,在使用时,如遇雨天或者潮湿环境下,通过第一防水层1、第一防水薄膜2进行初步防水,将大量的水分阻挡在外,并且在第二保温层14下方设置有第二防水薄膜15来进行二次防水,更加的稳定,第一防水薄膜2和第二防水薄膜15在进行加工时,是通过高温蒸汽将其融化附着渗透在上下两层之间。
然后在第一保温层3和弹力层8之间设置了加固层4,通过主线5、第一辅线6第二辅线7三种尼龙丝线进行交叉编织,既不影响弹性还能进行加固,随后在最低面设置了透气层16,并且透气层16上均匀分布了通孔17来实现透气功能,最后通过弹力层8实现弹性连接,由其内部的弹力筋9和弹力丝线11实现弹性,并由固定筋芯10、加固丝线12和辅助丝线13相固定,实现耐拉伸,这就是整个工作流程。且本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,包括第一防水层(1)、第二防水薄膜(15)、透气层(16)和通孔(17),其特征在于:所述第一防水层(1)下方设置有第一防水薄膜(2),且第一防水薄膜(2)下方固定有第一保温层(3),所述第一保温层(3)下方连接有加固层(4),且加固层(4)上设置有主线(5),所述主线(5)上编织有第一辅线(6),且第一辅线(6)之间均匀分布有第二辅线(7),所述主线(5)上编织有第二辅线(7),所述加固层(4)下方连接有弹力层(8),且弹力层(8)上规定有弹力筋(9),所述弹力筋(9)中间包裹有固定筋芯(10),且弹力筋(9)外侧缠绕有弹力丝线(11),所述弹力筋(9)上固定有加固丝线(12),且加固丝线(12)上连接有辅助丝线(13),所述弹力层(8)下方固定有第二保温层(14),且第二保温层(14)下方连接有第二防水薄膜(15),所述第二防水薄膜(15)下方设置有透气层(16),且透气层(16)上开设有通孔(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,其特征在于:所述第一防水层(1)通过第一防水薄膜(2)与第一保温层(3)相固定,且第一防水层(1)通过第一防水薄膜(2)与第一保温层(3)之间的连接方式为粘贴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,其特征在于:所述第一保温层(3)与第二保温层(14)都为棉涤材质制作,且第一保温层(3)与第二保温层(14)的厚度尺寸相同,并且第一保温层(3)与第二保温层(14)的克重量相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,其特征在于:所述弹力层(8)通过弹力筋(9)和弹力丝线(11)在第二保温层(14)与加固层(4)之间构成弹性结构,且弹力筋(9)和弹力丝线(11)通过固定筋芯(10)、加固丝线(12)和辅助丝线(13)相固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,其特征在于:所述第二保温层(14)与透气层(16)之间通过第二防水薄膜(15)相连接,且第二保温层(14)通过第二防水薄膜(15)与透气层(16)之间的连接方式为固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐拉伸棉涤梭织布,其特征在于:所述通孔(17)在透气层(16)上为均匀分布设置,且透气层(16)为双层叠加棉性材质构成。
