The working principle is as follows: when the device works, the device is started, a worker places food packaging bags needing to be cleaned on the device from the left end of the device in sequence, the first motor 22 in the conveying mechanism 2 is started in an electrified mode to drive the conveying rollers 21 fixed on the rotating output shafts of the conveying mechanism to rotate, so that the conveying belts 23 wrapped on the conveying rollers 21 rotate, and the food packaging bags falling on the conveying belts 23 are conveyed to the right continuously;
when the washing machine works, the water pump 41 is electrified and started, and the water pump 41 is pumped, so that the washing water in the washing bin 1 is transmitted through the first water pipe 42 and the second water pipe 47 and is sprayed out from the spray head 46 arranged below the mounting frame 45, food packaging bags conveyed on the conveying belt 23 are sprayed and wetted, impurities which are easy to wash on the packaging bags are removed in the washing process, and redundant water flows back into the washing bin 1 again through the filtering through holes in the conveying belt 23;
when the food washing brush roller mechanism works, under the rotating and conveying of the conveying belt 23, food packaging bags on the conveying belt 23 are conveyed to the middle position of the conveying belt 23, when the food washing brush roller mechanism works, the second motor 66 is electrified and started to drive the driving shaft 64 fixed on the rotating output shaft of the second motor to rotate, the driving shaft 64 drives the connecting shaft 63 sleeved on the outer side of the second motor to rotate, so that the washing brush rollers 62 arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft 61 rotate, meanwhile, the first gears 65 arranged on the driving shaft 64 in each group of washing mechanisms 6 are meshed with each other for transmission, so that the washing brush rollers 62 arranged on the upper side and the lower side relatively rotate, and the food;
when the washing machine works, the driving shaft 64 drives the fourth gear 89 fixed on the outer side of the driving shaft to rotate when rotating, the third gear 88 rotates to drive the direction changing roller 86 to rotate through the meshing transmission of the teeth, so that the direction changing groove 87 arranged on the outer side of the direction changing roller 86 rotates, the direction changing groove 87 guides the inserted rod 82 embedded in the direction changing groove when rotating, the inserted rod 82 reciprocates in the front-back direction, the lantern ring 81 is driven to reciprocate back and forth through the front-back reciprocating movement of the inserted rod 82, the lantern ring 81 drives the connecting shaft 63 to reciprocate back and forth, and the washing effect of the washing brush roller 62 on the food packaging bag is increased through the front-back reciprocating movement;
when the device works, when the device is started, cleaning water in the cleaning bin 1 circulates in the first water pipe 42, the cleaning water is filtered and purified through the filter element 44 in the filter pipe 43, and when the filter element 44 needs to be replaced, a worker can take out the filter element 44 in the filter pipe 43 by drawing to replace the filter element, which is the whole working principle of the invention.

the spraying mechanism (4) comprises a water pump (41), a first water pipe (42), a filtering pipe (43), a filter element (44), an installation frame (45), a spray head (46), a second water pipe (47) and a water baffle (48), wherein the water pump (41) is fixedly installed on the left side of the bottom of the cleaning bin (1), the first water pipe (42) is welded and communicated between a water pumping opening of the water pump (41) and the water collecting tank (3), the filtering pipe (43) is welded and communicated with the middle position of the first water pipe (42), the filter element (44) is inserted into the filtering pipe (43), the installation frame (45) is welded and fixed on the upper position of the inner wall of the cleaning bin (1), the spray head (46) is uniformly and fixedly installed below the installation frame (45), the second water pipe (47) is welded and communicated with the water outlet of the water pump (41), the water baffle (48) is installed on the left side of the installation frame (45), and the water baffle (48) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning bin (1), and the mounting rack (45) and the water baffle (48) are both inclined.
