Background
The packing bag is a bag for packing various articles, so that goods are convenient to transport and easy to store in a production flow process, and the packing bag is widely used in industrial production. Powder material packaging bags such as flour, starch, cement and sugar packaging bags are made of cloth, paper and plastic, and when the powder material packaging bags are used, parts of the powder material are always remained on the surfaces of the bag packaging bags, so that the powder material packaging bags are difficult to completely recycle, and the net obtaining amount of the powder material packaging bags is seriously influenced.
Particularly, when flour, starch or feed is contained, if the flour, starch or feed is not treated in time, the food safety is influenced, and the waste of resources is caused to a certain extent. At present, an ideal cleaning device for cleaning the articles in the packaging bag is not found.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a packaging bag cleaning device which can effectively clean the surface of a packaging bag and can prevent dust from flying off during cleaning.

Preferably, the lengths of the first dust absorption column and the second dust absorption column are equal to the length of the conveying belt, so that dust removal operation can be performed on the packaging bags when the packaging bags are conveyed by the conveying belt, and the dust removal time is prolonged.
Preferably, a water leakage groove is further formed in the cleaning seat between the other end of the cleaning frame and the oven, and a water outlet pipe is further arranged outside the water leakage groove, so that sewage generated by spraying and cleaning the packaging bag flows into the water leakage groove and is discharged through the water outlet pipe, and the sewage cannot enter the oven along with the packaging bag.

Preferably, the width of the oven is greater than that of the cleaning rack, so that the ash-removed packaging bags can be conveniently transferred to the cleaning rack and then enter the oven after being cleaned.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the top of the conveying belt is provided with a soot blower, and the two sides of the conveying belt are provided with dust suction devices, so that the simultaneous blowing and dust suction are facilitated, and the removal of dust on the surface of the packaging bag is facilitated;
(2) a water leakage groove is further formed in the cleaning seat between the other end of the cleaning frame and the oven, a water outlet pipe is further arranged outside the water leakage groove, so that sewage generated by spraying and cleaning the packaging bag flows into the water leakage groove and is discharged through the water outlet pipe, and the sewage cannot enter the oven along with the packaging bag.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the packaging bags to be cleaned are placed into the feeding box 2, the packaging bags are turned to the conveying belt 31 through the bag outlet openings 22 under the action of the bag turning shaft 21, the air blower 42 blows the packaging bags on the conveying belt 31, the first dust suction column 51 and the second dust suction column 52 can recycle dust, the packaging bags are conveyed to the cleaning rack 61 under the action of the conveying belt 31 and are sprayed and cleaned through the spray head 62, the cleaned packaging bags slide into the drying oven 71 to remove surface water stains, sewage generated by the sprayed and cleaned packaging bags flows into the water leakage groove 8 and is discharged through the water outlet pipe 9, and the sewage cannot enter the drying oven 71 along with the packaging bags.
