Specifically, the screen assembly 700 further includes: the material distributing hopper 730 is provided with a first material distributing port F1 and a second material distributing port F2, so that mineral aggregate and gangue waste materials can be conveniently sorted. In this embodiment, the first material dividing port F1 and the second material dividing port F2 of the material dividing hopper 730 are used for collecting different mineral aggregates, so that the sorting accuracy is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus, the sorting apparatus comprising:
a frame;
the conveying assembly is arranged on the rack, and mineral aggregate on the conveying assembly falls downwards from the tail end of a conveying path of the conveying assembly to form a parabolic conveying path;
the linear array camera assemblies are arranged in the rack and positioned on the parabolic conveying path, an image acquisition end of each linear array camera assembly faces the parabolic conveying path, mineral aggregate falls downwards from the tail end of the conveying path of the conveying assembly and passes through the image acquisition end of the linear array camera assembly, and the linear array camera assemblies photograph the mineral aggregate;
the ray emitting device is arranged in the rack;
the ray receiving device is arranged in the rack, and the parabolic material conveying path is positioned between the ray emitting device and the ray receiving device;
the mineral aggregate feeding assembly is connected with the rack so as to convey mineral aggregates onto the conveying assembly;
the screening assembly is arranged in the rack, the ray transmitting device and the linear array camera assembly are located between the screening assembly and the material conveying assembly, and the screening assembly selects mineral materials according to an imaging result of the linear array camera assembly and/or an imaging result of the ray receiving device.
2. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mineral aggregate feeding assembly includes:
a feeding frame;
the plurality of water sieving plates are laid on the feeding rack, and each water sieving plate is provided with a plurality of water sieving holes;
the vibration mechanism is arranged on the feeding rack to shake the feeding rack;
the liquid collecting funnel is arranged on the feeding rack, the water screening plates are located above the liquid collecting funnel, and the liquid collecting funnel is used for collecting a plurality of liquid falling from the water screening plates.
3. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the mineral feed assembly further comprises:
the equipartition board, the equipartition board set up in the feed frame, the equipartition board is followed the width direction of feed frame extends the setting, just the equipartition board orientation one side of sieve water board with leave between the sieve water board and equally divide the clearance.
4. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said feeding module is horizontally disposed on said frame, and a radiation emitting direction of said radiation emitting means is parallel to a transport path of said feeding module.

The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the radiation from said radiation emitting means passes through said parabolic feed path at a location coincident with the location at which said linear array camera assembly photographs said parabolic feed path.
6. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the sorting apparatus further comprises:
the ray protection cover is provided with openings at two ends, a channel communicated with the two openings is formed in the ray protection cover, one opening of the ray protection cover is connected with a ray emergent end of the ray emission device, and the other opening faces to the parabola material conveying path.
7. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the screen assembly comprises:
the protective shell is arranged in the rack, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the protective shell;
the air valves are arranged in the protective shell and are communicated with the air holes;
when the mineral aggregate falls to the air hole position, the air valve performs air injection according to the imaging result of the linear array camera assembly and/or the imaging result of the ray receiving device so as to change the parabola shape of the waste gangue material and sort the mineral aggregate.
8. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the screen assembly further comprises:
divide the hopper, divide and seted up first branch material mouth and second branch material mouth on the hopper to letter sorting mineral aggregate and waste rock waste material.
9. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least one air outlet is provided in a side of said frame remote from said feed module, said sorting apparatus further comprising:
the air blower is arranged on the rack and positioned at the tail end of the conveying path of the conveying assembly, and blows air towards the parabolic conveying path;
at least one exhaust fan, the quantity of exhaust fan with the quantity of gas vent is unanimous, the exhaust fan set up in the gas vent to the one-way discharge the inside dust of frame and water smoke.
10. The combined surface reflectance imaging and radiography sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the sorting apparatus further comprises:
the light source assemblies are arranged in the rack, and the light emitting surfaces of the light source assemblies face the shooting position of the linear array camera assembly.
