Wherein the gripping device 20 is capable of moving the goods 1 of the lifting platform 32 onto the pallet 60.
First image acquisition device 91 and the second image acquisition device 94 of this embodiment are 3D vision camera, and grabbing device 20 is the robot, and first code scanner 921, second code scanner 922 and third code scanner 923 are code scanning camera, and transport mechanism 50 is the arm. The lifting device 30 is a lifting table, and the turning device 40 is a turning table. The first image capturing device 91, the second image capturing device 94, the first code scanner 921, the second code scanner 922, the third code scanner 923, the gripping device 20, the lifting device 30, the turning device 40, and the transferring mechanism 50 are all connected to the controller.
With the solution of the embodiment, the gripping device 20 is movably disposed in the cabinet 10. The lifting device 30 is liftably provided at the sorting window 12. In the case that the lifting device 30 is lifted or lowered, the height of the goods on the lifting platform 32 in the cabinet 10 can be adjusted to adjust the distance between the lifting device 30 and the grabbing device 20, so that the grabbing device 20 can easily grab the goods. The transfer device comprises a transfer mechanism 50 and a tray 60 placed on the transfer mechanism 50, the transfer mechanism 50 is movably arranged in the cabinet body 10, the tray 60 moves along with the transfer mechanism 50, and the transfer mechanism 50 can have a second transfer position, a goods taking and placing position and a goods delivering and placing position. The shelf 73 is located on one side of the transfer device, and the shelf 73 has a plurality of cargo spaces. In the present embodiment, in the case where the transfer mechanism 50 transfers the cargo 1 on the gripping device 20, the transfer mechanism 50 is in the second transfer position, in the case where the pallet 60 on which the cargo 1 is placed is taken from the cargo space, the transfer mechanism 50 is in the take-and-place position, and in the case where the pallet 60 on which the cargo 1 is placed is delivered from the delivery window 11, the transfer mechanism 50 is in the delivery position. In the process of delivering goods at the end of the express delivery flow, the goods are placed on the lifting platform 32 from the sorting window 12 under the condition of goods storage. The grabbing device 20 is located at a grabbing position, the grabbing device 20 performs grabbing actions, the grabbing device 20 is located at a first transfer position, the grabbed goods are placed on the tray 60 on the transfer mechanism 50 located at a second transfer position, and when the transfer mechanism 50 is located at a goods taking and placing position, the transfer mechanism 50 transports the tray 60 to a goods position. The gripping device 20 then continues to grip the cargo and the transfer mechanism 50 continues to engage the gripping device 20 until storage of all the cargo is complete. When the goods are taken, the transfer mechanism 50 is located at the goods taking and placing position, the tray 60 corresponding to the goods on the goods position is selected, the goods taking and placing position is switched to the delivery and placing position through the transfer mechanism 50, the delivery window 11 is opened when the transfer mechanism 50 is located at the delivery and placing position, the receiver takes the goods, and the operation is completed. In the case of sending the goods, the sender puts the goods into the delivery window 11, the transfer mechanism 50 is in the delivery position, after the transfer mechanism 50 is switched from the delivery position to the second transfer position, the gripping device 20 switches the goods sent out by the sender from the first transfer position to the gripping position, places the goods on the lifting device 30, and the delivery of the goods is completed under the cooperation of the transfer mechanism 50 and the gripping device 20. Under the condition of delivering goods, the transfer mechanism 50 is located at the goods taking and placing position, the tray 60 corresponding to the goods on the goods position is selected, the goods taking and placing position is switched to the goods delivering and placing position through the transfer mechanism 50, the delivery window 11 is opened under the condition that the transfer mechanism 50 is located at the goods delivering and placing position, a person delivering the goods obtains the goods, and the operation is completed. Like this, can realize the terminal function such as depositing, getting, posting and sending of delivery goods of express delivery flow through foretell express delivery cabinet, the time of saving delivery goods that can be great.
For embodiments of the courier cabinet that do not have a carousel, the gripper is in a first transfer position, i.e., the position where the gripper 20 moves the cargo to the transfer device. For the embodiment of the courier cabinet provided with a carousel 40, the gripper is in a first transfer position, i.e., the position when the gripper 20 moves the goods to the carousel 40.
The application also provides a control method of the express delivery cabinet, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the control method of the express delivery cabinet controls the express delivery cabinet to work. The control method of the express delivery cabinet comprises the following steps: step S1: judging whether goods exist on a lifting device 30 in the express cabinet through a first image acquisition device 91, and judging whether the top surface of the goods reaches a preset height through the first image acquisition device 91 under the condition that the goods exist on the lifting device 30; step S2: when it is determined that the goods does not reach the preset height, controlling the lifting device 30 to ascend until the top surface of the goods on the lifting device 30 reaches the preset height, and when it is determined that the goods reaches the preset height, performing step S3; step S3: controlling the gripping device 20 to move the goods on the lifting device 30 to the rotating device 40; step S4: the slewing device 40 rotates to enable the code scanner to perform information scanning on the goods on the slewing device 40; step S5: after the code scanning is finished, controlling the gripping device 20 to move the goods on the rotating device 40 to the transfer device; step S6: the transfer device is controlled to store the goods on the shelves 73. Therefore, the control method of the express cabinet controls the express cabinet to realize the functions of storing, taking, sending, dispatching and the like of goods delivered at the tail end of the express delivery flow, and the time for delivering the goods can be greatly saved.
It should be noted that the preset height refers to a distance between the grabbing part of the grabbing device 20 and the bottom wall of the cabinet when the grabbing device 20 is at the grabbing position. If the gripping device 20 is a robot having a sucker, the predetermined height is the distance between the sucker and the bottom wall of the cabinet when the robot is at the gripping position.
In the present embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy and stability of the gripping device 20 gripping the goods, in step S3, the lifting height of the gripping device 20 is controlled in real time according to the detection data of the height sensor, so that the gripping device 20 is controlled to move the goods on the lifting device 30 onto the swiveling device 40.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the grabbing device 20 to grab the goods on the slewing device 40 and move the goods on the slewing device 40 to a proper goods position. In step S5, the second image capturing device 94 scans the information of the cargo on the rotating device 40, and controls the gripping device 20 to place the cargo on the rotating device 40 on the transferring device, and causes the transferring device to place the cargo at the proper cargo space. It should be noted that the suitable cargo space is obtained according to the placement of the tray on the current cargo space and the cargo height.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the transfer mechanism 50 includes a transfer bracket 51 and a telescopic mechanism 52 movably provided on the transfer bracket 51, and the telescopic mechanism 52 is capable of transferring the tray 60. The transfer carriage 51 is arranged to support the telescopic mechanism 52 on the one hand and to enable the telescopic mechanism 52 to be raised or lowered on the transfer carriage 51 on the other hand. The telescoping mechanism 52 is capable of transferring the tray 60 to place the tray 60 on or remove the tray from the cargo space.

1. A sorting device, comprising:
a cabinet (10) comprising a sorting window (12);
a gripping device (20) movably arranged in the cabinet body (10);
the scanning device comprises a rotating device (40) and a code scanner (92), the rotating device (40) is rotatably arranged in the cabinet body (10), the grabbing device (20) can move goods entering the sorting window (12) to the rotating device (40), and the code scanner (92) can perform information scanning on the goods on the rotating device (40);
a lamp (93) disposed within the cabinet (10).
2. Sorting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the turning device (40) comprises a turning frame body (41), a driving device (42) for driving the turning frame body (41) to rotate and a placing platform (43) arranged on top of the turning frame body (41).

Sorting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the drive device (42) comprises a drive source (421) and a gear transmission structure (422) driven by the drive source (421), the drive source (421) being arranged on an inner wall of the cabinet (10), the gear transmission structure (422) being arranged between the drive source (421) and the revolving frame body (41).

A sorting device according to claim 3, characterised in that the gear transmission comprises a pinion (4221) and a gearwheel (4222) in meshing engagement with the pinion (4221), the pinion (4221) being arranged on an output shaft of the drive source (421), the gearwheel (4222) being rotatably arranged on the slewing frame body (41).

Sorting device according to claim 2, characterised in that the placement platform (43) is a transparent plate, the scanners (92) include a first scanner (921), a second scanner (922), and a third scanner (923), the first scanner (921) is capable of scanning information of a top surface of the load on the slewing device (40), the second scanner (922) is capable of scanning information on the side of the load on the slewing device (40), the third code scanner (923) can scan the information of the bottom surface of the cargo on the slewing device (40), the first code scanner (921) is positioned above the placing platform (43) and is arranged vertically downwards, the second code scanner (922) is located on one side of the placing platform (43) and faces the placing platform (43) to be horizontally arranged, and the third code scanner (923) is vertically arranged upwards.

Sorting device according to claim 2, characterised in that the light fixtures (93) comprise a first light fixture (931) above the turning device (40), the first light fixture (931) being inclined and arranged downwards, the placing platform (43) being a transparent plate, the light fixtures (93) further comprising a second light fixture (932) below the placing platform (43), the second light fixture (932) being inclined and arranged upwards.
7. Sorting device according to claim 6, characterised in that it further comprises a mounting frame (80) provided on the inner wall of the cabinet (10), the mounting frame (80) being located inside the revolving device (40), the second light (932) being provided on the mounting frame (80).

Sorting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the sorting device further comprises a lifting device (30), which lifting device (30) is arranged liftable at the sorting window (12) below the gripping device (20), which lifting device (30) is arranged side by side with the turning device (40), on which lifting device (30) the goods can be placed.
9. Sorting device according to claim 8, characterised in that the lifting device (30) comprises a lifting bracket (31) arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet (10) and a lifting platform (32) movably arranged on the lifting bracket (31).

The sorting device according to claim 8, characterized in that the sorting device further comprises a first image acquisition device (91) and a second image acquisition device (94) arranged in the cabinet (10), the first image acquisition device (91) is positioned above the lifting device (30), the first image acquisition device (91) can acquire information of the goods on the lifting device (30), the second image acquisition device (94) is positioned above the turning device (40), the second image acquisition device (94) can acquire information of the goods on the turning device (40), and the goods information comprises the presence or absence of the goods, the position information of the goods and the size information of the goods.
