The first motor 62 can power the horizontal movement of the lift assembly 412.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the lift assembly 412 includes a base 4121, a bracket 4122 provided on the base 4121, and a lift plate 4123 movably provided on the bracket 4122. The elevating plate 4123 can be accurately and more smoothly elevated by the cooperation of the driving screw 4126 with the second nut and the cooperation of the driven screw 4127 with the third nut. The base 4121 is configured to facilitate mounting of the second motor 4128 and the belt drive structure 4129 to secure the body of the second motor 4128 to the base 4121.
In this embodiment, the belt transmission structure 4129 includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a timing belt sleeved outside the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the driving wheel and the driven wheel are rotatably and alternately disposed on the base 4121. Thus, the driving screw 4126 and the driven screw 4127 can be synchronously rotated by the belt transmission structure 4129.
In this embodiment, the two supporting rods 4125, the driving screw 4126 and the driven screw 4127 form a quadrangle, the two supporting rods 4125 are located on one diagonal of the quadrangle, and the driving screw 4126 and the driven screw 4127 are located on the other diagonal of the quadrangle, so that the structure of the lifting assembly 412 is compact, which is beneficial to saving the internal space of the cabinet 10, and is convenient for the shelf to store more goods 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an openable and closable opening 13 is provided at a position corresponding to the transfer space on the top of the cabinet 10. In this embodiment, the gear transmission structure 72 includes a small gear and a large gear engaged with the small gear, the small gear and the large gear are rotatably and spacedly disposed on the lifting plate 4123, the first expansion plate structure 415 is disposed on the large gear, and the expansion direction of the first expansion plate structure 415 is perpendicular to the axis of the large gear. The third motor 71 is connected to the pinion gear. The pinion gear is engaged with the bull gear to transmit torque and motion. The third motor 71 drives the pinion to rotate and can transmit torque and motion, and the first retractable plate structure 415 connected with the bull gear can receive the torque and motion transmitted by the pinion to drive the first retractable plate structure 415 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, the first retractable plate 415 includes a bottom plate 4151, a first retractable plate 4152, a second guide rail 4153, a fourth motor 4154 and a second lead screw 4155, the bottom plate 4151 is disposed on the gear transmission structure 72, the third motor 71 drives the gear transmission structure 72 to rotate so as to drive the bottom plate 4151 to rotate, the second guide rail 4153 is disposed between the first retractable plate 4152 and the bottom plate 4151, the second lead screw 4155 passes through a fourth nut at the bottom of the first retractable plate 4152, and the fourth motor 4154 drives the second lead screw 4155 to rotate so as to move the first retractable plate 4152 along the second guide rail 4153. By the engagement of the second lead screw 4155 and the fourth nut, a linear pair of motion can be formed between the first extension plate 4152 and the second rail 4153, and the first extension plate 4152 can be horizontally moved accurately and more smoothly.
In this embodiment, the number of the second guide rails 4153 is two, and the second guide rail 4153 includes a second slide rail and a second slide groove matched with the second slide rail, the second slide rail is disposed on the top of the bottom plate 4151, and the second slide groove is disposed on the bottom of the first retractable plate 4152.
As shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, the second retractable plate structure 416 includes a second retractable plate 4161, a third guide rail 4162, a fifth motor 4163 and a third lead screw 4164, the second retractable plate 4161 is located above the first retractable plate 4152, the third guide rail 4162 is disposed between the first retractable plate 4152 and the second retractable plate 4161, the third lead screw 4164 passes through a fifth nut at the bottom of the second retractable plate 4161, and the fifth motor 4163 drives the third lead screw 4164 to rotate, so that the second retractable plate 4161 moves along the third guide rail 4162. By the engagement of the third screw 4164 and the fifth nut, a linear motion pair can be formed between the second extension plate 4161 and the third rail 4162, and the second extension plate 4161 can be horizontally moved accurately and more smoothly.
In this embodiment, the number of the third guide rails 4162 is two, and the third guide rail 4162 includes a third slide rail and a third slide groove cooperating with the third slide rail, the third slide rail is disposed on the top of the first retractable plate 4152, and the third slide groove is disposed on the bottom of the second retractable plate 4161.
In this embodiment, the second retractable plate 4161 is stacked above the first retractable plate 4152, and when the first retractable plate 4152 is not far enough, the second retractable plate 4161 can be retracted to extend the retractable distance of the first retractable plate 4152, so as to meet the requirement that the tray 42 at a far position needs to be transported.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the grasping apparatus 20 includes a fourth guide rail 21 disposed at the top of the cabinet 10 and a robot 22 movably disposed on the fourth guide rail 21. The fourth guide rail 21 includes a fourth slide rail and a fourth slide groove matched with the fourth slide rail, the fourth slide rail is disposed on the top wall of the cabinet, and the fourth slide groove is disposed at the top of the manipulator 22. The manipulator includes cylinder assembly and the sucking disc of being connected with cylinder assembly, and cylinder assembly is flexible to make the sucking disc can reciprocate in order to snatch goods 1. The fourth slide rail and the fourth slide groove are matched to form a moving kinematic pair, so that the manipulator 22 can horizontally move along the fourth guide rail 21.
In the present embodiment, the first motor 62, the second motor 4128, the third motor 71, the fourth motor 4154, and the fifth motor 4163 are preferably stepping motors.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the express delivery cabinet further includes a controller and a 3D vision positioning system disposed in the grasping space and above the container 30, and the 3D vision positioning system is connected to the controller. The 3D visual positioning system is capable of identifying the spatial location of the cargo 1 within the container apparatus 30. The first motor 62, the second motor 4128, the third motor 71, the fourth motor 4154 and the fifth motor 4163 are all connected to the controller.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the specific working processes of the gripping device 20 and the transferring device in the express delivery cabinet of this embodiment are as follows:

The 3D vision positioning system can identify the spatial position of the cargo 1 in the container device 30, and transmit the position information of the cargo 1 to the controller, the controller controls the gripping device 20 to be at the gripping position, and the gripping device 20 performs the gripping action. Then the grabbing device 20 is located at a first transfer position according to a preset moving path in the controller, the grabbed goods 1 are placed on the tray 42 of the transferring mechanism 41 located at a second transfer position, a bar code scanner on the transferring mechanism 41 confirms whether information of the goods 1 on the tray 42 is consistent with information of the goods 1 acquired by a 3D visual positioning system, the controller gives information of storage positions of the goods 1 on the tray 42 and gives a preset moving path of the transferring mechanism 41, and when the controller controls the transferring mechanism 41 to be located at a goods taking and placing position according to the information of the storage positions of the goods 1, the transferring mechanism 41 transfers the tray 42 to a goods position. The gripping device 20 then continues to grip the goods 1 and the transfer mechanism 41 continues to cooperate with the gripping device 20 until the storage of all goods is completed.

In the case of sending an express mail, the sender places the goods at the drop window 12. The controller controls the relevant modules to scan and judges the information of the goods to be sent out by the sender, the controller can recommend the sender to use the packaging bag, and the sender packages the goods to be sent out by oneself. And the sender guides the sender to fill in the delivery information and the selected express company according to the display information on the operation screen, and prints the electronic receipt, and the sender pastes the electronic receipt on the goods to be sent out. Meanwhile, the controller receives information of the goods to be sent out and transmits the information to the transfer mechanism 41 to control the transfer mechanism 41 to be located at the delivery position, after the transfer mechanism 41 is switched from the delivery position to the second transfer position, the controller controls the grabbing device 20 to switch the goods sent out by the sender from the first transfer position to the grabbing position according to the electronic bill information and according to a preset moving path, the goods are placed in the container device 30, and the express mail is sent out under the matching of the transfer mechanism 41 and the grabbing device 20.
Under the condition of dispatching express items, the controller receives a goods dispatching instruction, the controller controls the transfer mechanism 41 to be in the goods taking and placing position, the tray corresponding to goods on the goods position is selected according to information of the goods 1 stored by the controller, the transfer mechanism 41 is switched to the delivery and placing position according to the preset moving path of the controller, the transfer mechanism 41 is in the delivery and placing position, the delivery window 12 is opened, a person dispatching the goods obtains the goods, and the operation is completed. Alternatively, the transfer mechanism 41 transfers the cargo 1 to the lower side of the opening 13, and takes away the cargo 1 by the unmanned aerial vehicle. a cabinet body (10) which comprises a throwing window (12) and a cabinet door (11) which can be opened and closed;
a gripping device (20) movably arranged in the cabinet body (10);
the container (30) is arranged in the cabinet body (10) and is positioned below the grabbing device (20), and goods (1) can be placed in the container (30);
the transfer device comprises a transfer mechanism (41) and a tray (42) placed on the transfer mechanism (41), wherein the transfer mechanism (41) is movably arranged in the cabinet body (10);
a shelf (50) located on one side of the transfer device, the shelf (50) having a plurality of cargo spaces.

The cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body (10) comprises a grabbing space and a transferring space which are arranged at intervals, the container (30) and the grabbing device (20) are both located in the grabbing space, the transferring device and the shelf (50) are both located in the transferring space, the shelf (50) comprises a first shelf area (51) and a second shelf area (52) which are arranged at intervals, and the transferring device is located between the first shelf area (51) and the second shelf area (52).

The cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the transfer mechanism (41) comprises a base (411), a lifting assembly (412) movably disposed on the base (411), and a telescopic assembly (413) movably disposed on the lifting assembly (412), the base (411) is disposed at the bottom of the cabinet (10), and the tray (42) is placed on the telescopic assembly (413).

The courier cabinet of claim 4, wherein the lift assembly (412) comprises a base (4121), a bracket (4122) disposed on the base (4121), and a lift plate (4123) movably disposed on the bracket (4122), the base (4121) movably disposed on the base (411), the telescoping assembly (413) disposed on the lift plate (4123).

the second motor (4128) drives the driving lead screw (4126) to rotate, and the driving lead screw (4126) drives the driven lead screw (4127) to rotate through a belt transmission structure (4129), so that the driving lead screw (4126) and the driven lead screw (4127) drive the lifting plate (4123) to move up and down together.
