When the ship arrives at a station for garbage disposal, an operator rotates the hand wheel 531 reversely, the driving pressing plate 521 is separated from the gate 131, the fixed seat 5 is rotated upwards, the gate 131 is rotated to open the discharge pipe 13, the driving motor 21 is started, the driving mandrel 15 rotates, the mandrel 15 drives the spiral piece 151, the first scraper 171 and the second scraper 172 to rotate, so that garbage in the material box 1 is continuously discharged from the discharge pipe 13, and the discharged garbage is discharged out of the ship through the pipeline of the ship.
