The working process of the invention is as follows:
the motor 12 drives the roller 8 to rotate through gear transmission, the bagged domestic garbage mixture is fed into the roller 8 through the matched feeding machine, and rolls in the roller 8 along with the rotation of the roller 8. When the bagged household garbage contacts with the bag breaking knife 6, the bagged household garbage is torn by the saw-tooth-shaped knife edge 62, so that the household garbage mixture in the bag leaks out and is mixed with other household garbage. Wherein, the residue soil matters remained in the household garbage mixture can leak out through the sieve holes 82 on the roller 8 in the process of rotating along with the roller 8, thus completing the separation from other household garbage. The residue soil matters can fall into the lower blanking bin 15 and are discharged through the lower blanking port 16, and the household garbage in the roller 8 can be discharged from the upper blanking port 11 due to the inclined arrangement of the roller 8.
When the bag-breaking knife 6 is hung and wound by flexible materials such as the garbage bag 14, the garbage bag 14 moves to the top of the roller 8 along with the bag-breaking knife 6, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, since the scraping plate 9 and the inner wall of the roller 8 form a gradually increased space, the bag-breaking knife 6 can sequentially pass through the root to the top of the knife in the rotation process and gradually enter the channel 92 of the scraping plate 9, so that sundries hung and wound on the knife body such as the garbage bag 14 are gradually peeled off, the cleaning function of the bag-breaking knife 6 is completed, and the hanging and winding prevention purpose is realized. In the process that the bag-breaking knife 6 rotates along with the roller 8, the scraping plate 9 can clean the bag-breaking knife 6 once every time, so that the bag-breaking knife 6 is in a high-efficiency bag-breaking state at all times, and normal bag-breaking work of the bag-breaking knife 6 is ensured.
On the other hand, the flexible material such as the plastic bag 83 is easy to be partially hung on the inner surface of the sieve holes 82, as shown in fig. 10, because the sieve holes 82 are designed to be conical, and because the plastic bag 83 in the household garbage is easy to be wound and adhered with other substances, the weight of the plastic bag 83 is increased, when the hung and wound plastic bag 83 rotates and rises along with the roller 8, the hung and wound plastic bag gradually and automatically falls off under the action of gravity and falls into the bottom of the roller 8, and the phenomenon that the sieve holes 82 are blocked is avoided.
