(1) weighing colla Corii Asini, Succinum powder, Margarita powder, flos Rosae Rugosae, semen Persicae, fructus crataegi, grape seed, radix Angelicae sinensis, ramulus Cinnamomi, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Poria, Coicis semen, radix astragali, mume fructus, semen Sesami, Lepidium Meyenii Walp, fresh Choerospondias axillaris, enucleated fructus Jujubae, arillus longan, fructus Lycii, dried Mori fructus, Bulbus Lilii, and semen Nelumbinis according to the content of examples 1-6 respectively, soaking in purified water, decocting with slow fire for softening, and grinding with colloid mill into uniform fruit paste;
(2) adding purified water into the fruit paste obtained in the step (1), decocting for 15min with slow fire, concentrating, and concentrating at 80 ℃ until the fruit paste is steeped but does not splash;

1. Method of producing a composite material
1.1 animals and groups
Healthy male ICR mice, female, body weight (20-25) g, were divided into a positive control group, a high dose group (30.1mg/g) (equivalent to 10 times the amount of human), a medium dose group (15.10mg/g) (equivalent to 5 times the amount of human), a low dose group (3.03mg/g) (equivalent to 1 time the amount of human), and a blank control group, each group consisting of 10 mice.
1.2 sample treatment: and adding a proper amount of purified water into the finished product of the example 1, and grinding for 15min to obtain the compound fruit cake intragastric lavage solution of the example 1.
1.3 administration of drugs
The positive drug control group was gavage daily (0.01g/kg) by weight (equivalent to 10 times the amount used in human); example 6 mice in the high dose group (30.1mg/g) (corresponding to 10 times the amount of human), the medium dose group (15.10mg/g) (corresponding to 5 times the amount of human), and the low dose group (3.03mg/g) (corresponding to 1 time the amount of human) were gavaged with the complex cake solution of example 6 per day by body weight. 1.4 direct sleep experiment
After the mice were administered with the test substance by gavage, the direct sleep effect (sleep using disappearance of righting reflex as an index) was observed, and the number of sleeping animals and the sleep time were recorded.
1.5 experiment for prolonging sleep time of sodium pentobarbital
After 30 days after the test substance is administered to the mice by gastric lavage, the test substance is administered for the last 30 minutes, pentobarbital sodium (50mg/kg) is intraperitoneally injected, and the sleep time of each group of mice is recorded.
Pentobarbital sodium subthreshold dose hypnosis test: after 30 days after the test substance is administered to the mice by gavage, 30 minutes after the test substance is administered to the mice for the last time, pentobarbital sodium (25mg/kg) with the maximum subthreshold dose that the righting reflex does not disappear is injected into the abdominal cavity, and the number of the animals falling asleep within 30 minutes is recorded.
Barbiturate sodium sleep latency experiments: after 30 days after the test substance is administered to the mice by gastric lavage, and 30 minutes after the test substance is administered to the mice for the last time, barbiturate sodium (300mg/kg) is injected into the abdominal cavity, and the sleep latency time of each group of mice is recorded.
The experimental data results adopt the mean value plus or minus the standard deviation

2.3 experiment for prolonging sleep time of sodium pentobarbital
Compared with a blank control group, the sleep time of the mice in the dose group in the example 6 is prolonged by 52.8 percent, and the effect is best, and the details are shown in a table 3.

Pentobarbital sodium sleep latency experiments: the sleep latency was shortened in the positive control group and the high, medium and low dose groups of example 6, compared to the blank control group, and the sleep latency was shorter in the medium dose group of example 6 than in the high and low dose groups of example. In the sub-threshold dose hypnosis experiment of sodium pentobarbital, the high, medium and low dose groups of example 6 can obviously increase the number of sleeping mice; in the barbiturate sodium sleep latency experiment, the high, medium and low dose groups of example 6 can significantly shorten the sleep latency of mice. The compound fruit cake in example 6 has the effect of assisting in improving the sleep function.
