Claims (10)

1. A singeing equipment for pork processing, including transfer platform (1), drive mechanism (2) and move singeing frame (3), characterized by: a transmission mechanism (2) is welded below the middle part of the conveying table (1), and one end of the transmission mechanism (2) is provided with a moving and burning rack (3);
the conveying platform (1) comprises side supporting frames (4) and a transmission belt, the side supporting frames (4) are arranged above two sides of the conveying platform (1), a first motor (5) is installed at one end of one side supporting frame (4), and one end of the first motor (5) is rotatably connected with a rolling belt (6) through a rotating shaft;
the moving and burning frame (3) comprises an installation platform (8), a lower hanging frame (15), an upper hanging frame (18) and two flame nozzles (27), the middle part of the moving and burning frame (3) is provided with the installation platform (8) with an inverted T-shaped section, a liquefied gas box (9) is arranged above the side wall of one side of the installation platform (8), a first nut (10) is horizontally arranged below the installation platform (8), a welding plate (11) is vertically welded on the side wall of the other side below the installation platform (8), one end of the welding plate (11) far away from the installation plate (8) is welded with a sliding cylinder (12), a side supporting plate (13) is horizontally arranged on one side of the middle part of the installation platform (8), a sliding rail (14) is horizontally arranged above the side supporting plate (13), the lower hanging frame (15) is horizontally arranged on the other side of the middle part of the installation platform (8), one end of the lower hanging frame (15) is provided with a second motor (, and one end of a second motor (16) is rotatably connected with a first screw shaft (17) through a rotating shaft, the first screw shaft (17) is connected with a second nut (29) through an external thread in a screwed manner, an upper hanging frame (18) which is horizontally arranged is welded above the second nut (29), a third motor (19) is installed at one end of the upper hanging frame (18), one end of the third motor (19) is rotatably connected with a second screw shaft (20) through a rotating shaft, the second screw shaft (20) is connected with a third nut (31) through an external thread in a screwed manner, a sliding plate (21) with an L-shaped structure in cross section is welded above the third nut (31), a sleeve box (22) with a U-shaped structure in cross section is welded at one end of the sliding plate (21), a fourth motor (23) is vertically arranged at the top of the sleeve box (22), a rotary support plate (24) is rotatably connected below the fourth motor (23) through a rotating shaft, and hydraulic cylinders (25) which are vertically arranged are fixedly installed at both ends of, a flame nozzle (27) is movably connected below the hydraulic cylinder (25) through a hydraulic column (26);
both ends of the transmission mechanism (2) are provided with end plates (33), one end of one end plate (33) is provided with a fifth motor (34), and one end of the fifth motor (34) is rotatably connected with a third screw shaft (35) through a rotating shaft.
2. The singeing apparatus for pork processing according to claim 1, wherein two side support frames (4) are vertically provided with support rods (7) below both ends thereof, and the transmission mechanism (2) is located between the four support rods (7).
3. The singeing apparatus for pork processing according to claim 2, wherein two air pipes (28) are installed through the liquefied gas tank (9) under the end near the mounting table (8), and one end of each air pipe (28) is connected to each of the two flame nozzles (27).
4. The singeing apparatus for pork processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second motor (16) is movably connected with the second nut (29) and the upper hanging frame (18) through the first screw shaft (17).

The singeing apparatus for pork processing as claimed in claim 3, wherein both sides of the sliding rail (14) are provided with concave rail grooves, and a sliding cover (30) is provided below one end of the upper hanging frame (18) far away from the third motor (19), the sliding cover (30) is covered on the sliding rail (14), and both sides of the sliding cover (30) are provided with convex strips, and the two convex strips are respectively connected to the two rail grooves.
6. The singeing apparatus for pork processing according to claim 4, wherein the third motor (19) is movably connected with the third nut (31), the sliding plate (21) and the burner nozzle (27) through the second screw shaft (20).
7. The singeing apparatus for pork processing according to claim 1, wherein the roller is adjusted by pin shaft under the middle of the sliding plate (21), and the lower part of the roller is connected to the upper end of the baffle plate arranged at one side of the upper hanging frame (18).
8. The singeing apparatus for pork processing according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of fire outlets (32) are arranged in equal arc below the burner nozzle (27),
the first nut (10) is screwed on the third screw shaft (35), the fifth motor (34) is movably connected with the first nut (10) and the flame moving rack (3) through the third screw shaft (35), and the sliding cylinder (12) is sleeved on the sliding shaft (36).
9. The singeing apparatus for pork processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein laser sensor is arranged below said spinning plate (24) and is connected with PLC controller arranged inside the mounting table (8) in communication.
10. The working method of the tabletting equipment for arrester processing according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
