As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a motor switch 216 is respectively disposed on one side of the semicircular ring 208 of the movable holder 205, a push rod is disposed on one side of the movable holder 303, and the push rod corresponds to the motor switch 216, and when the movable holder 303 moves to approach the movable holder 205, the push rod touches the motor switch 216 to turn off the motor 301, thereby realizing automatic shutdown after spraying.
As shown in fig. 8-9, in this embodiment, the front side of the brush roller 312 is provided with a purge tube 306, the purge tube 306 is connected with the air compressor 108 through an air pipe, and the purge tube 306 cleans floating dust on the cable, so as to ensure the spraying effect of the fireproof paint.
As shown in fig. 8-9, in the present embodiment, the rear side of the brush roller 312 is provided with a secondary spraying pipe 308, and the secondary spraying pipe 308 is connected with an outlet of the paint pump 110 through a hose; after the brush roller 312 brushes the surface of the cable, the secondary spraying pipe 308 is utilized to spray the cable in an atomizing mode, and the uniformity of spraying of the fireproof coating is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 8-9, in this embodiment, a drying tube 309 is disposed on one side of the secondary spraying tube 308, the drying tube 309 is connected with the air compressor 108 through an air tube, and the drying tube 309 performs air drying on the surface of the sprayed cable, so that the efficiency of cable spraying is improved, and the effect of cable spraying is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 7-9, in this embodiment, a fixed rod 307 is connected to one side of the brush roller 312, a plurality of kidney-shaped grooves three 304 are provided on the moving seat 303, the purge pipe 306, the fixed rod 307, the secondary spraying pipe 308 and the drying pipe 309 are all installed in the kidney-shaped grooves three 304 in a gap manner, the front ends of the purge pipe 306, the fixed rod 307, the secondary spraying pipe 308 and the drying pipe 309 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the moving seat 303 through pin shafts 311, the rear ends of the purge pipe 306, the fixed rod 307, the secondary spraying pipe 308 and the drying pipe 309 are connected with a first connecting rod 310, one side of the first connecting rod 310 is fixedly connected with a swinging rod 305, a wave groove 401 is provided on the coaming 4, the swinging rod 305 is movably installed in the wave groove 401, when the moving seat 303 moves on the guide rod 402, the swinging rod 305 is driven to move, and when the swinging rod moves, the swinging rod 401 is driven by the wave groove 401 to swing up and down, the purge pipe 306, the brush roller 312, the secondary spraying pipe 308 and the drying pipe 309 are driven to swing up and down, and the cable is sprayed in multiple directions, so that the cable spraying effect is ensured; the movable seats 303 on the two sides of the cable are arranged in a staggered mode front and back, and collision is avoided when the brush roller 312 swings.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, two sides of the side plates 403 at two ends of the coaming 4 are fixedly connected with side plates 404, a second connecting rod 405 is slidably connected to the side plates 404, one end of the second connecting rod 405 is fixedly connected with a wire clamping plate 407, the wire clamping plate 407 is clamped on the outer side of the cable, a spring 406 is sleeved outside the second connecting rod 405, one end of the spring 406 is fixedly connected with the side plates 404, the other end of the spring 406 is connected with the wire clamping plate 407, and after the fixed clamping seat 204 and the movable clamping seat 205 are closed, the wire clamping plate 407 at two ends of the coaming 4 clamps and fixes the cable, so that the cable moving in the cable spraying process is avoided.
Before the cable is sprayed, the movable base 1 is moved to the lower part of the cable to be sprayed, the position of the movable clamping seat 205 is adjusted according to the sprayed length, the stud 212 is rotated to enable the fixed clamping seat 204 and the semicircular clamping ring 208 of the movable clamping seat 205 to be opened, then the hydraulic cylinder 107 and the scissor frame 111 are utilized to lift the supporting seat 2 to the lower part of the cable, a rod piece (not shown in the figure) is sleeved into a hexagon head at the lower part of the stud 212, the rod piece is rotated to enable the semicircular clamping ring 208 to be closed, at the moment, two ends of the cable are clamped by the clamping plate 407, the motor 301 is started, the motor 301 drives the screw 302 to rotate, the screw 302 drives the movable seat 303 to slide to the side of the movable clamping seat 205 on the guide rod 402, and in the sliding process, the sweeping pipe 306, the brush roller 312, the secondary spraying pipe 308 and the drying pipe 309 are driven by the wave groove 401 to swing up and down, the cable is subjected to multidirectional spraying and brushing, and when the movable seat moves to one side of the movable clamping seat 205, the ejector rod 303 contacts the motor switch 216 on the movable clamping seat 205, and the motor 301 is stopped, so that one-time spraying is completed; then the back operation is performed to reset the supporting seat 2, and the motor 301 is controlled to rotate reversely to reset the moving seat 303, so that the next cable brushing operation can be performed again.
