背景技术
用于容纳一个或多个电缆端部的电接线盒是公知的,特别是在采用高电压配线的电动或混合动力车辆领域中。这种高电压配线需要被屏蔽以防止可能干扰车辆的其它部件或环境的电磁辐射逸出。
需要提供一种电接线盒和制造电接线盒的方法,其以降低的成本需要更少的部件。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种制造电接线盒的方法和电接线盒。
在一个方面,本发明涉及一种制造电接线盒的方法,该电接线盒包括保护壳体和限定轴向方向的至少一个电缆端部。该方法可包括以下步骤:提供电缆端部;外翻电缆的编织屏蔽件以部分地包围电缆端部的绝缘护套,从而形成外翻的编织屏蔽部分;提供导电壳体,该导电壳体具有用于接收电缆端部的外翻的编织屏蔽部分的保持器部分,所述保持器部分具有至少一个用于推压外翻的编织屏蔽部分的突出部。此后,将导电粘合剂施加到保持器部分和/或电缆端部的外翻的编织屏蔽部分上,并将电缆端部插入壳体中,同时将外翻的编织屏蔽部分放置在保持器部分中并抵靠突出部。最后,闭合外壳。
根据上述方法,可以以降低的成本、更少的劳动时间、减少数量的部件来制造电接线盒。然而,完全满足了坚固结构、机械和EMC保护以及水密性的必要要求。
根据上述方法,已经外翻以部分包围电缆端部的绝缘护套的电缆端部的编织屏蔽件没有设置导电套圈以提供编织屏蔽件和母线或壳体之间的电接触。相反,电缆端部的编织屏蔽部分插入到壳体的保持器部分中,所述保持器部分具有用于以至少一个突出部的形式电接触并同时固定电缆端部的装置,所述突出部在安装之后压靠外翻的编织屏蔽部分。为了进一步改善壳体和编织屏蔽件之间的水密性、固定和电导,在保持器部分和外翻的编织屏蔽件之间的间隙中施加导电粘合剂。结果,在外壳已经闭合并且粘合剂已经固化之后,电缆端部被牢固地固定在壳体中,而不需要任何进一步的措施或部件。
在上述方法中,环形密封环可以放置在绝缘护套上(优选地在编织屏蔽件被外翻之前),并且可以插入壳体的插座中。这允许改进的防潮和防水保护。
在该方法中,可以设置两个互补的半壳以形成壳体或壳体的至少一部分,其中每个所述半壳形成保持器部分和/或接纳部的一部分。通过提供不必具有相同尺寸的两个半壳,简化了将电缆端部插入到一个半壳中,并且可以在闭合壳体时将电缆端部的外翻的编织屏蔽部分夹紧在半壳之间。
为了提高夹紧效果,可以在保持器部分中,例如在两个半壳上设置多个突出部,其中,当沿轴向方向看时,突出部可以布置成交错的构造。这避免了电缆端部的机械损坏,但有助于将电缆端部牢固地固定在壳体中。
利用上述方法,可以将电缆端部放置在保持器部分中,而无需将套圈附接到电缆的编织屏蔽件。此外,由于与壳体一体设置的突出部和导电粘合剂足以将电缆端部固定在壳体中,因此不需要额外的部件来抵抗拔出力。
在另一方面,本发明涉及一种电接线盒,其包括导电壳体和至少一个限定轴向方向的电缆端部,其中电缆的外翻的编织屏蔽部分地包围电缆端部的绝缘护套。电缆端部的外翻的编织屏蔽部分容纳在壳体的保持器部分中,所述保持器部分具有至少一个突出部,该突出部推压外翻的编织屏蔽部分。此外,导电粘合剂设置在保持器部分和电缆端部的外翻的编织屏蔽部分之间,以便将电缆端部牢固地固定在壳体中,其中壳体和编织屏蔽件以导电方式连接。

图1示出了用于Y形接头的接线盒形式的电接线盒的示例。然而,这仅仅是示例性实施例,并且根据本公开的电接线盒可以具有各种形式和构造,例如H形接头或其它类型的接头。
图1所示的接线盒被设计成用于在包括两个互补半壳10和12的导电壳体中容纳三个电缆端部A,B和C。电缆端部A,B和C中的每一个限定用箭头标记的轴向方向。此外,每个电缆端部具有一根或多根导线14,16,其由编织屏蔽件18和外部绝缘护套20包围。外部绝缘护套20被部分地移除,使得三个电缆端部的导线14和16可以互连,并且编织屏蔽件18可以外翻以部分地围绕电缆端部的绝缘护套20。由此形成外翻的编织屏蔽部分E。
在将绝缘护套20部分地从电缆端部移除之前,将环形端盖22和环形密封环24放置在电缆端部上。
可由金属材料制成的导电壳体在每个半壳10和12中为每个电缆端部A,B和C提供保持器部分26,28,用于容纳外翻的编织屏蔽部分E。保持器部分26和28设置有呈半环形腹板形式的多个突出部30,32和34,所述半环形腹板设计成容纳外翻的编织屏蔽部分E的半个外圆周。在外翻的编织屏蔽部分E已经放置在保持器部分中并且两个半壳10和12已经闭合之后,每个突出部压靠外翻的编织屏蔽件18,以使壳体和编织屏蔽件18电互连和机械互连。
为了改善导电、密封能力和电缆端部在壳体中的固定,在图1中表示为阴影区域40的导电粘合剂40端部设置在每个电缆的保持器部分26,28和外翻的编织屏蔽部分E之间。应当注意,导电粘合剂40可以施加到外翻的编织屏蔽部分E和/或半壳的一个或两个保持器部分26,28。
为了容纳密封环24,两个半壳10和12都包括接纳部36,该接纳部成形为在轻微压缩的状态下容纳弹性密封环24。
公开的电接线盒可以如下制造:
首先,将每个电缆端部A,B和C插入端盖22和密封环24中。此后,拆开每个电缆端部以暴露导线14和16以及编织屏蔽件18。编织屏蔽件18被切割并随后外翻,使得编织屏蔽件18部分地包围每个电缆端部的绝缘护套20,以形成外翻的编织屏蔽部分E。每个电缆端部的导线14和16然后使用绝缘连接器以已知的方式互连。此后,提供如图1所示的配置。
为了牢固地且密封地固定每个电缆端部,导电粘合剂40然后施加到外翻的编织屏蔽部分E和/或壳体的保持器部分26,28。此后,将每个电缆端部A,B和C放入一个半壳中,将外翻的编织屏蔽部分E放置在保持器部分中,将密封环24放置在接纳部36中。在下一步骤中,两个半壳10和12被封闭,可选地通过公知的方法密封和固定。在粘合剂已经固化并且壳体已经闭合之后,每个电缆端部被牢固地容纳在壳体中,其中突出部压靠编织屏蔽件18以将电缆端部固定在壳体中并且使壳体和编织屏蔽件18电互连。最后,每个端盖22装配在壳体上并例如通过卡扣连接与壳体互连。
应当注意,突出部30,32和34均围绕电缆端部延伸超过180°,使得在安装之后在壳体和编织屏蔽件18之间提供围绕电缆端部的整个圆周延伸的电连接。这提供了改进的屏蔽特性,同时减少了部件和成本。
Claims (11)
1.一种制造电接线盒的方法,所述电接线盒包括电保护壳体和限定轴向方向的至少一个电缆端部(A,B,C),所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供电缆端部(A,B,C),
外翻电缆的编织屏蔽件(18)以部分地包围所述电缆端部的绝缘护套(20),从而形成外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E),
提供导电壳体,所述导电壳体具有用于接收所述电缆端部的所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E)的保持器部分(26,28),所述保持器部分(26,28)具有用于推压所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E)的至少一个突出部(30,32,34),
将导电粘合剂(40)施加到所述保持器部分(26,28)和/或所述电缆端部的所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E),
将所述电缆端部插入所述壳体中,其中所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E)放置在所述保持器部分(26,28)中,以及
闭合所述壳体,
其中在所述编织屏蔽件(18)上没有设置套圈的情况下,将所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E)放置在所述保持器部分(26,28)中并且外翻的所述编织屏蔽件(18)抵靠所述突出部(30,32,34),以提供所述编织屏蔽件与所述壳体之间的电接触。

其中将一环形密封环(24)放置在所述电缆端部的所述绝缘护套(20)上并且插入所述壳体的接纳部(36)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,
其中提供两个互补的半壳(10,12)以形成所述壳体的至少一部分,所述半壳中的每一个形成所述保持器部分(26,28)的一部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,
其中在闭合所述壳体时所述外翻的编织屏蔽部分(E)被夹紧在所述半壳(10,12)之间。
