Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有纹理的硬质编织布及其生产工艺和应用,工艺包括制备预涂胶编织布、热压前准备、编织布热压和编织布冷却。本发明工艺步骤少、工艺简单、实施方便,加工效率高。在常规热压机的基础上,增设硅胶垫可以补偿均压,使得编织布热压更均匀,硅胶垫能够将热压过程中将多余的树脂挤出,使得编织布的肌理纹路得以凸显,冷却固化后的编织布质地坚硬,具有金属质感,其防刮性能好,而且因为编织布具有纹理表面,即使有刮伤也不容易显现。编织布预涂胶工序的产物可以独立存放,和后续工序衔接时间不固定,工序可以拆分,更利于批量加工。此外,因为有树脂覆盖在编织布表面以及丝线之间的空隙,其还具有较好的防水、防潮和防污性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及编织布技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有纹理的硬质编织布及其生产工艺和应用。
背景技术
编织布可作为装饰墙(面)板和家具表层使用,其优越性在于编织布的多样性,进而极大的丰富了装饰墙(面)板和家具的多样性,使得消费者拥有了更多选择。目前,这类用途的编织布多为在编织布表层涂覆多层的树脂以得到光滑的表面并保护编织布,但是这个光面受到刮擦后,痕迹会很明显,通常的防护手段是选用强度更高的树脂,但这势必造成成本的提高。再者,在编织布表层涂覆多层的树脂,其生产工序多,每层树脂覆盖的前提是作为其基底的树脂层硬化到一定的程度,虽然可以加速冷却硬化,但是工序复杂,生产效率低。此外,涂覆树脂的过程如果控制不当容易使得树脂层中产生气孔,影响成品质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有纹理的硬质编织布及其生产工艺和应用,其可以保留编织布的纹理,且生产出的编织布防刮性能好,生产效率高。
为达到上述目的,本发明公开了一种具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺,其包括:
制备预涂胶编织布:用加热软化至液态的树脂辊压涂覆编织布,冷却得到树脂量恒定的预涂胶编织布;
热压前准备:在预涂胶编织布的双面上覆盖硅胶垫;
编织布热压;
编织布冷却。
优选地,所述热压前准备工序中,在预涂胶编织布与硅胶垫之间还覆盖有离型膜。
优选地,在预涂胶编织布的下方还设有导热垫片,该导热垫片置于离型膜和硅胶垫之间。
优选地,所述编织布热压工序中,温度控制在100~150℃,压力控制在10~30MPa,时间控制在0.5~1h。
优选地,所述编织布为玻璃纤维布或碳纤维布。
优选地,所述树脂为热固性树脂。
优选地,所述热固性树脂为环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂或酚醛树脂或乙烯基酯。
本发明还公开了一种具有纹理的硬质编织布,通过上述任一项所述的具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺制备而成。
此外,本发明还公开了一种基于上述具有纹理的硬质编织布的应用,具体为将具有纹理的硬质编织布固定在基板上作为装饰板使用。
优选地,固定方式为将成品的具有纹理的硬质编织布胶接在基板上。
优选地,固定方式为在具有纹理的硬质编织布生产时将基板连同预涂胶编织布一起热压,通过预涂胶编织布上的树脂粘接固定;操作步骤为依次堆叠平覆硅胶垫、预涂胶编织布、基板和另一硅胶垫,然后置于热压机中热压。
优选地,所述基板为铝板或铝合金板或复合板。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明工艺步骤少、工艺简单、实施方便,加工效率高。在常规热压机的基础上,增设硅胶垫可以补偿均压,使得编织布热压更均匀,硅胶垫能够将热压过程中将多余的树脂挤出,使得编织布的肌理纹路得以凸显,冷却固化后的编织布质地坚硬,具有金属质感,其防刮性能好,而且因为编织布具有纹理表面,即使有刮伤也不容易显现。编织布预涂胶工序的产物可以独立存放,和后续工序衔接时间不固定,因此工序可以拆分,更利于批量加工。此外,因为有树脂覆盖在编织布表面以及丝线之间的空隙,其还具有较好的防水、防潮和防污性能。
2、离型膜的设置可以避免硅胶垫上少量沾附树脂的情况,使得硅胶垫可以保持干净,便于重复使用。
3、本发明编织布与基板结合运用,可以提高编织布的强度和厚度,使其可以作为吊顶、装饰面板和家具面板等使用,使用范围更广泛。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明公开了一种具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺,其包括:
制备预涂胶编织布:用加热软化至液态的树脂辊压涂覆编织布,之后冷却,得到树脂量恒定的预涂胶编织布。
热压前准备:在热压机的下压板上先平铺好硅胶垫,然后在硅胶垫上依次覆盖导热垫板、离型膜、预涂胶编织布、离型膜和另一硅胶垫。导热垫板对编织布起支撑和导热的作用,导热垫板可以是铝板或者铸模钢板等。
编织布热压:在热压机中对覆盖有离型膜和硅胶垫的预涂胶编织布热压,温度控制在100~150℃,压力控制在10~30MPa,时间控制在0.5~1h。作为优选地,压力控制在20±1MPa,时间控制在0.5h为宜。对于不需要弯折的产品,温度控制在150±2℃,对于需要弯折的产品,温度控制在120±2℃。
编织布冷却。可以是自然冷却,或者通过冷却机、冷风机等实现加速冷却。
上述编制布热压过程中,使用的热压机采用市场上能够购买到的热压机即可,硅胶垫可以固定在热压机上使用,生产设备改造简单,产品升级容易。
本发明可以省略预涂胶编织布与硅胶垫之间的那层离型膜,因为硅胶垫本身就具有防粘离型的特性。
本发明编织布优选玻璃纤维布或碳纤维布,其强度高,制备出的硬质纤维布也强度大,质量轻。树脂为热固性树脂,可以是环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂或酚醛树脂或乙烯基酯,其中环氧树脂作为优选,其成本低,性能优。
制备的预涂胶编织布可以直接使用或者存储备用,对制备预涂胶编织布工序和后续的工序对衔接时间要求低,这对批量加工是有利的。另外,本工艺的步骤少,步骤简单便于操作,加工效率高。
本发明还公开了一种具有纹理的硬质编织布,其通过上述具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺制备而成,该硬质编织布质地坚硬,具有金属质感,其防刮性能好;另外,该硬质编制布表面纹理清晰,触感好,即使有所划伤,也不容易显现,可以作为墙纸、包装外层等使用,更加耐用。而且编织布的丝线表层和丝线之间涂覆填充有树脂,可形成可以防水防潮的树脂层,此外,防污性能也好,清理方便。
另外,本发明还公开了一种具有纹理的硬质编织布的应用,其为将上述具有纹理的硬质编织布固定在基板上作为装饰板使用,例如吊顶、装饰面板、家具表层等。硬质编织布与基板的固定方式优选以下两种。固定方式一为将成品的具有纹理的硬质编织布胶接在基板上,此种方式极易操作,方便快捷。固定方式二为在具有纹理的硬质编织布生产时将基板连同预涂胶编织布一起放入热压机中热压,通过预涂胶编织布上的树脂粘接固定,具体的操作步骤为依次堆叠覆盖硅胶垫、基板、预涂胶编织布、离型膜和另一硅胶垫,然后置于热压机中热压。利用预涂胶编织布上的树脂粘接,可以粘附更牢靠。在该应用中,基板可以代替导热垫板使用,即可以将导热垫板去掉。本案中,基板优选为铝板或铝合金板或复合板。

热压前准备:在预涂胶编织布的双面上覆盖硅胶垫;
编织布热压;
编织布冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述热压前准备工序中,在预涂胶编织布与硅胶垫之间还覆盖有离型膜;在预涂胶编织布的下方还设有导热垫片,该导热垫片置于离型膜和硅胶垫之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有纹理的硬质编织布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述编织布热压工序中,温度控制在100~150℃,压力控制在10~30MPa,时间控制在0.5~1h。

8.根据权利要求7所述的具有纹理的硬质编织布的应用,其特征在于:固定方式为将成品的具有纹理的硬质编织布胶接在基板上。
