Description

Ointment formula for treating hyperhidrosis and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a paste formula for treating hyperhidrosis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sweating is a disease of traditional Chinese medicine, refers to abnormal sweating which is not caused by exogenous pathogens and is divided into spontaneous sweating and night sweat. Spontaneous sweating means that no sweat comes out due to exercise or other reasons. Night sweat is the disease of sweating during sleep and sweating after waking. Generally, spontaneous sweating is caused by yang deficiency, and night sweating is caused by yin deficiency, and the treatment methods are different according to the different pathogenesis. For example, patent CN103040906A discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating spontaneous perspiration, which is a medicament prepared from the following Chinese medicinal raw materials in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of radix pseudostellariae and 20-80 parts of radix pseudostellariae. For another example, patent CN108635452A discloses a formula for treating spontaneous perspiration, the components and respective weights of the formula are: 1-15 g of lotus seeds, 11-18 g of mint, 12-15 g of coptis chinensis, 7-9 g of houttuynia cordata, 3-6 g of ginseng, 7-10 g of orange peels, 3-6 g of emblic leafflower fruits, 7-13 g of honeysuckle flowers, 11-14 g of oleaster leaves, 13-15 g of bitter almonds and 4-7 g of isatis roots. For another example, patent CN105232975A discloses a preparation for improving night sweat symptoms and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation is prepared from the following main raw materials in parts by weight: 8-13 parts of radix bupleuri, 10-15 parts of cowpea root, 6-9 parts of dark plum fruit, 10-14 parts of sanxiao grass, 8-15 parts of caragana microphylla root, 9-14 parts of lily, 7-12 parts of ivy gloryvine, 5-9 parts of pending gold lantern, 9-15 parts of dried orange peel, 8-12 parts of chicken gizzard-skin, 7-13 parts of radix asparagi, 8-14 parts of dendrobium, 7-11 parts of thorowax root, 6-13 parts of Chinese alangium herb and 9-12 parts of lotus petiole.
Although the number of products for treating spontaneous perspiration and night sweat is large, the treatment effect is single, and the number of the products for treating spontaneous perspiration and night sweat is small; in addition, most of the clinical application is decoction, but the taste is poor, the cost is high, and patients are difficult to insist; the traditional preparation type ointment formula in the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is improved in taste, but is still difficult to be insisted on taking, and the dosage of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is large, so that the drug effect is difficult to meet the requirement. Therefore, it is required to provide a drug for treating hyperhidrosis which has good taste and drug efficacy.

In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe the Chinese medicinal composition for treating hyperhidrosis, the ointment, and the preparation method and application thereof in detail, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The formula is as follows: 300g of glutinous rice root, 300g of blighted wheat, 90g of ephedra root, 150g of radix rehmanniae recen, 300g of polygonatum odoratum, 200g of tuckahoe, 300g of astragalus root, 200g of red date and 200g of maltose.
The paste preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 10 times of drinking water into the above Chinese medicinal materials except maltose, soaking for 12 hr, boiling with strong fire, boiling water, adjusting to slow fire, decocting for 4 hr, cooling, and filtering to obtain first filtrate and residue; adding 6 times of drinking water into the above residue, boiling with strong fire, adjusting to slow fire after boiling, decocting for 2 hr, cooling, and filtering to obtain second filtrate; repeating the second step for the third extraction, filtering to obtain a third filtrate, and combining the three filtrates; filtering the combined filtrate for three times, centrifuging again (at the speed of 16000r/min), taking the supernatant, concentrating and collecting the paste; when the flag is concentrated to be hung, pouring maltose into the flag, and collecting paste; pouring into a washed and dried glass bottle while the glass bottle is hot, cooling, and sealing with a cover.
The administration method of the ointment formula is that 20g of the ointment formula is taken once a day, and the ointment formula can be taken orally directly or taken with warm water.
Application example 1
When a certain Zhao is a man, the 5 th year and half of the year, and night sweat lasts for more than 2 years, the effect is not satisfactory after taking the medicine of the deficiency sweating stopping capsule in the period. The traditional Chinese medicine is seen, and the decoction cannot be insisted on. The tongue is red and has little coating. After the ointment formula in example 1 is taken for 1 month, the taste is good and can be completely accepted, and night sweat is obviously reduced. The above ointment can be taken for 1 month to stop night sweat. No recurrence occurred for more than 1 year.
Example 2
