The cornu Cervi Pantotrichum refers to young horn of Cervus Nippon Temminck or Cervus Elaphus L with cornu Cervi Pantotrichum which is not ossified. The cornu Cervi Pantotrichum contains phospholipid, glycolipid, gum lipid, hormone, fatty acid, amino acid, protein, and calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and sodium, wherein the amino acid component accounts for more than half of the total components. Ancient physicians thought that the essence of deer is in the horn, antler is the tender shoot of the horn, and the qi is full without excretion, so the most powerful of tonifying yang and nourishing blood. Ming Dynasty Li Shizhen called pilose antler in Ben Cao gang mu, which is good at tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, producing essence and benefiting blood, replenishing marrow and strengthening bone. The pilose antler contains a large amount of collagen, wherein the type I collagen accounts for about 90 percent, and is proved to have important significance for repairing, regenerating and reconstructing defective tissues as a medical biological material. Among them, type I collagen is the most abundant collagen in the human body. It forms large eosinophilic fibers, called collagen fibers. The collagen fiber is fiber nutrient solution mainly containing collagen, and amino acids such as glycine, proline, hydroxyproline and the like. Collagen fibers are the most widely distributed of the three fibers, the most abundant one. It is widely distributed in various organs, most abundantly on skin, sclera and tendon. The collagen fiber staining is mainly used for identifying muscle fibers. Collagen fibers are the main component in skin and account for 95% -98% of the total fiber mass of the skin, and fresh collagen fibers are white, so the collagen fibers are also called white fibers. In the HE staining specimen, the collagen fibers are stained pink, are thick and large, have the diameter of 0.5-20um, are distributed in bundles, are arranged closely and are interwoven into a net. Therefore, the type I collagen in the pilose antler can effectively promote the regeneration of skin collagen.
In addition, the pilose antler polypeptide enhances the activity of superoxide dismutase, has the function of eliminating excessive oxygen free radicals in the body, and has obvious effect on delaying senility.
After the ginseng and the pilose antler are combined, the oxidation activity can be obviously improved, and the ginseng and the pilose antler have synergistic effect. The compatibility of the two can further improve the regeneration capability of skin collagen and the oxidation resistance of human body. Meanwhile, the tetradecanoic acid sterol ester in the tortoise gum can activate a Wnt/beta-catenin signal path in hair follicle stem cells to participate in the repair of skin wound surfaces, the Wnt/beta-catenin signal path in the hair follicle stem cells is regulated and controlled, the hair follicle stem cells are promoted to proliferate and participate in the reconstruction of skin tissues, and the tetradecanoic acid sterol ester can further play a role in repairing neck wrinkles after being matched with ginseng and pilose antler.
The soybean is rich in soybean isoflavone, and the antioxidant effect of the soybean isoflavone is manifold. It has effects in inhibiting free radical formation, reducing lipid oxidation, and stimulating antioxidase synthesis. It is well known that free radicals are the main contributor to various diseases and aging of the human body. Medical research proves that the human body can generate free radicals in the metabolic process, and if the free radicals are excessive, the free radicals can easily induce various diseases and are also the basic reason of the aging of the appearance of the body. Recent studies have found that flavonoids derived from natural food materials, including quercetin, luteolin, soy isoflavones, etc., are excellent radical scavengers and good natural antioxidants, one. The soybean isoflavone has definite antioxidation on the whole animals and also has stronger antioxidation in vitro. Therefore, the soybean isoflavone has effective antioxidation effect, and can remarkably promote skin collagen regeneration, improve neck wrinkle smoothness, and inhibit wrinkle regeneration.
The herba Centellae is a creeping herb with cold, bitter and pungent properties, and can be used for treating skin ulcer, traumatic injury, sunstroke and diarrhea, removing toxic substance and relieving swelling. The centella asiatica wine not only has medicinal value, but also has super strong efficacy in the aspect of beauty, and the centella asiatica can increase the resistance of the skin epidermis, has the effects of anti-inflammation, sedation, detoxification and detumescence, endows the skin with elasticity, strengthens the softness of the skin, and can delay aging. Terpenoids in centella asiatica extract can significantly increase the content of collagen and cell layer fibronectin (fibronectin is widely involved in cell migration, adhesion, proliferation, hemostasis, skin tissue repair, etc.), and can stimulate the production of type I collagen which promotes scar maturation and reduce the generation of inflammatory response. In addition, the centella asiatica extract can reduce the production of proinflammatory mediators (IL-1, MMP-1), and improve and repair the barrier function of the skin. Centella asiatica extract can remarkably increase the hydration degree of stratum corneum, which is mainly related to triterpenoid saponin compounds in the centella asiatica extract, and the centella asiatica triterpenoid saponin is a hydrophilic sugar chain, mainly glucose and rhamnose, can be combined with water in occlusion layers, improves the barrier capability of epidermis and enhances the moisture of skin. Centella asiatica has antioxidant effect, and can remove aged horny layer, promote skin metabolism, increase skin elasticity, and supplement nutrients. The centella asiatica can tighten the connecting part of the epidermis and the dermis, so that the skin becomes soft, the phenomenon of skin relaxation is solved, and the skin is smoother and more elastic. The centella asiatica can tighten the connecting part of the epidermis and the dermis, can soften the skin, helps to promote the formation of collagen in the dermis, and has the effect of making the skin tight. Centella also promotes protein regeneration, and centella helps to promote collagen formation in the dermis of the skin, regenerate fibrin, reduce fine wrinkles of the skin, and tighten and smooth the skin. The centella asiatica is used as a neutral medicament for preparing the ginseng and the pilose antler, can effectively improve the activity of collagen regeneration promoting substances in the ginseng and the pilose antler, and further improves the collagen regeneration effect of skin.

The solvent is mainly used for melting the components to enable the components to be pasty, and is convenient to be directly used on human skin. Meanwhile, the solvent can also be used as a solvent to promote the activity of substances in the combined freeze-dried powder.
The composite freeze-dried powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-0.5% of mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder and 99.9-99.5% of mannitol. The Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) are a class of adult stem cells with self-renewal and multipotential differentiation and immunoregulatory capabilities. The source of the mesenchymal stem cells is wide, the mesenchymal stem cells can be separated from tissues such as bone marrow, fat, umbilical cord, placenta and the like, and the mesenchymal stem cells are widely used for clinical tests and basic research because the mesenchymal stem cells have low immunogenicity, do not generate immunological rejection after transplantation and have no tumorigenicity. Wound healing has been an important problem in the medical community, and skin, as a specific organ, is a barrier to external contact and plays a very important role in wound healing. Previous researches prove that the mesenchymal stem cells have important regulation and control functions in the aspects of promoting wound healing, reducing scar formation and the like, and are considered as ideal seed cells for constructing full-thickness skin. The mesenchymal stem cells can be recruited to the inflammation part by small molecular substances such as chemotactic factors and the like, so that the microenvironment of the injury part mediates the differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells to epidermal cells, fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells, and the inflammatory reaction is inhibited to achieve the purpose of reconstructing the skin. The mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder is used as an effective storage body of the mesenchymal stem cells, and can effectively maintain the medicinal function of the mesenchymal stem cells for a long time.
The mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder is combined with the ginseng, the tortoise-plastron glue, the pilose antler and the centella asiatica for use, so that the collagen regeneration capacity of human skin can be greatly enhanced, particularly, in the skin injury repair, the peptide component in the ginseng can greatly enhance the repair effect of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder on the skin, and the collagen regeneration capacity of the skin is enhanced. Meanwhile, the saponin component in the ginseng can effectively resist skin cell apoptosis, promote blood circulation and play a role in promoting skin collagen regeneration. The collagen fiber in the antler has important significance for repairing, regenerating and reconstructing skin tissues, and in the process of promoting the regeneration of skin collagen by the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder, the type I collagen in the collagen fiber can be used as a raw material for promoting the regeneration of skin collagen.
The mannitol generally has the effects of moisturizing, moisturizing and supplementing water, and has the advantages that the mannitol has the advantages that the polymethyl group can be fused with water in a covalent bond mode, the moisturizing and supplementing effect is very good, and the mannitol can be used with mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder to bring number-giving experience to users. Meanwhile, because the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder is generally low in dosage, mannitol can be used as an intermediate medium to facilitate the use of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder, and neck wrinkles are effectively improved. The components are matched, so that the composition has no side effect and no harm to human bodies.
Therefore, the ginseng, the tortoise-plastron glue, the pilose antler, the soybean, the combined freeze-dried powder, the centella extract and the honey can promote the collagen regeneration capacity, and the ginseng, the tortoise-plastron glue, the pilose antler, the soybean, the combined freeze-dried powder, the centella extract and the honey are matched for use, so that the collagen regeneration capacity can be further improved on the basis of promoting the collagen regeneration capacity, and the capacity of repairing neck wrinkles is achieved. The nutrient solution greatly improves the collagen regeneration capability of the skin, and can form a rapid and stable carrier bracket when being suitable for skin regeneration, thereby realizing the effect of rapid tissue regeneration and effectively improving the neck wrinkle condition.

Therefore, the soybean isoflavone has effective antioxidation effect and can obviously promote the regeneration capability of collagen of the skin.
The mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder is combined with the ginseng, the pilose antler and the centella asiatica for use, so that the collagen regeneration capacity of human skin can be greatly enhanced, particularly, in the skin injury repair, the peptide component in the ginseng can greatly enhance the repair effect of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder on the skin, and the collagen regeneration capacity of the skin is increased. Meanwhile, the saponin component in the ginseng can effectively resist skin cell apoptosis, promote blood circulation and play a role in promoting skin collagen regeneration. The collagen fiber in the antler has important significance for repairing, regenerating and reconstructing skin tissues, and in the process of promoting the regeneration of skin collagen by the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder, the type I collagen in the collagen fiber can be used as a raw material to promote the regeneration of skin collagen and improve the repair capacity of neck wrinkles.
Meanwhile, because the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder is generally low in dosage, mannitol can be used as an intermediate medium to facilitate the use of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder.
Therefore, the nutrient solution greatly improves the collagen regeneration capacity of the skin, and can form a rapid and stable carrier bracket when being suitable for skin regeneration, thereby realizing the effect of rapid tissue regeneration and effectively improving the neck wrinkle condition.
Furthermore, the composite freeze-dried powder also comprises one or more of the following components, by mass, 0.001-2% of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 0.001-2% of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and 0.001-0.05% of vitamin A. The palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is a substance effective for preventing and smoothing wrinkles and firming the skin, and makes the skin younger, smoother and more elastic. The combination of the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and the vitamin A can better promote the synthesis capacity of collagen and glycosaminoglycan, and avoids the stimulation and side effect of using the vitamin A alone. The palmitoyl tripeptide-5 can stimulate a tissue growth factor (TGF-beta) to generate collagen, and simultaneously protect the collagen from being decomposed by matrix metalloproteinase, and the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and the matrix metalloproteinase have synergistic effect, so that wrinkles are effectively removed, and the skin quality is improved. The skin care product can stimulate the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycan, reduce fine lines of skin, effectively improve wrinkles, enhance the skin tightness and glossiness, improve the skin color, resist wrinkles and aging, and improve the skin elasticity and moisture.
Further, the nutrient solution also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of collagen peptide, 8-12 parts of protein silk peptide, 5-10 parts of glutathione, 5-10 parts of nucleotide and 2-5 parts of chitosan derivative. The collagen peptide is a hydrolyzed collagen fragment obtained by hydrolyzing a collagen chain by an enzymatic method and then extracting the hydrolyzed collagen, but retains a three-helical polypeptide structure having a steric activity. Thus, collagen peptides can provide fragments for skin collagen regeneration. The protein silk peptide has the following effects: deeply enters into the bottom layer of the skin, so that the skin is fundamentally whitened without side effect; the NMF factor is ten times of that of the conventional plant or chemical humectant, so that the NMF factor can continuously and efficiently supplement water to the skin; nourishing and conditioning, having strong permeability, providing necessary nutrients for skin, promoting cell metabolism and improving skin quality; has effects in resisting aging, caring skin, activating skin cells, improving microcirculation, resisting aging, removing wrinkle, and caring skin; has antioxidant, external pollution resisting, skin pH value balancing maintaining, and skin immunity enhancing effects. The glutathione is an important antioxidant, can remove free radicals in human body, and has antioxidant effect and integrated detoxification effect. It can activate various enzymes, thereby promoting skin collagen regeneration. The chitosan derivative has strong affinity with human body cells, can be decomposed and absorbed by enzyme in vivo, has good hygroscopicity and moisture retention, and can inhibit bacteria to protect skin. The chitosan derivative can be filled in the skin dry crack, has the action with ceramide in the surface sebum membrane layer, and finally grows into a whole with the epidermis, so as to achieve the rust beautifying effect. In addition, the chitosan derivative is also an excellent cell growth induction factor which can stimulate and accelerate the regeneration speed of skin cells, and can further improve the collagen regeneration capability of the skin by being combined with the components capable of promoting the regeneration of skin gel, thereby achieving the effects of modification and beauty. The nucleotide is used as a coenzyme, and can further enhance the capability of the components for promoting skin collagen regeneration, thereby improving the capability of repairing neck wrinkles.
Further, the nutrient solution also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of aloe vera leaves. The aloe gel in the aloe vera leaves increases the cross-linking between the collagen proteins to increase their tensile strength. The wound hormone and the polypeptide mannose in the aloe have the functions of resisting virus infection and promoting wound healing and recovery, thereby achieving the purposes of diminishing inflammation and sterilizing, clearing heat and reducing swelling, softening skin and keeping cell activity. Aloe vera leaves also contain a compound called phytohemagglutinin, which is a combination of protein and carbohydrate, and which can attach to human cells to stimulate intracellular responses, promote cell growth and division, and accelerate healing and healing of injured tissues. Therefore, aloe vera leaves can promote collagen regeneration of the skin.
Chrysophanol contained in the rhubarb is a substance capable of promoting fibroblast proliferation. Fibroblasts participate in the overall process of repair, where they divide, proliferate, migrate, synthesize and secrete extracellular matrix, form connective tissue and repair wounds or skin depressions. Collagen is the most important tangible component in extracellular matrix, and at least 10 types of collagen have been found, wherein type i collagen and type iii collagen are the most main components and are the main roles of fibroblasts in repairing tissue wounds. The research shows that collagen fibers can activate a Discotic Domain Receptor (DDR)2, and the research shows that the collagen fibers can activate the Discotic Domain Receptor (DDR)2 through acting on Matrix Metalloproteinase (MMPs), and the collagen fibers are degraded through acting on the Matrix Metalloproteinase (MMPs) to participate in the synthesis and secretion of collagen and the reconstruction of extracellular matrix. The chrysophanol promotes the proliferation activity of fibroblasts to be increased, which indicates that the number of the cells is increased quickly, is favorable for generating more extracellular matrixes and is favorable for repairing tissue wounds. Combining the regulation and control effect of the chrysophanol on the expression of the type I collagen and the type III collagen, the chrysophanol can inhibit the expression of the type I collagen of the fibroblast, but can increase the proliferation activity of the fibroblast, thereby promoting the repair of tissue wounds. Meanwhile, chrysophanol promotes the expression of type III collagen, so that the mechanism is possible to promote the regeneration of skin collagen and reduce the formation of scars. Therefore, the combination of the rhubarb and the tortoise-plastron glue can further promote the autologous collagen regeneration of the neck wrinkles.
Further, the solvent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1% dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, 0.025% sodium hyaluronate, 0.025% phenoxyethanol and 98.95% water. The sodium hyaluronate can play a role in moisturizing, and compared with other moisturizing agents, the moisturizing agent is less affected by the relative humidity of the surrounding environment. The phenoxyethanol can play a role in corrosion prevention and can effectively inhibit bacterial elongation. The dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is used as a solvent component, and can be used as a solvent of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder to promote the activity of the mesenchymal stem cell freeze-dried powder.
