The cover plate 24 and the rear wall 25 are both in a quadrilateral structure, the cover plate 24 is installed on the rear wall 25, the length of each side of the cover plate 24 is smaller than that of the rear wall 25, the cover plate covers the middle of the rear wall 25, and the periphery of the cover plate 24 is fixedly and hermetically connected with the rear wall 25. The cover plate 24 protrudes toward one side of the opening 21 to form the receiving cavity.
The number of the steam inlets 251 is at least two, and the steam inlets are positioned at the lower part of the rear wall 25; preferably, two steam inlets 251 are provided, and are respectively located at the left and right sides of the rear wall 25.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the all-in-one steaming and baking machine of the invention further comprises an air supply device 3 for blowing steam or hot air into the plurality of steaming and baking areas; the air supply device 3 comprises an air supply part 31 which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is used for blowing steam or hot air into the plurality of steaming and baking areas; and a driving part 32 connected to the air supply part 31, installed outside the inner container 2, and driving the air supply part 31.
The air blowing unit 31 is mounted on the inner container 2, and the inner container 2 supports the air blowing unit 31. The air supply unit 31 and the drive unit 32 are connected by a connecting shaft.
As shown in fig. 4, the inlet holes 241 are formed in a concentrated manner at a position close to the air blowing unit 31 of the cover plate 24; the plurality of inlet holes 241 are formed in the same shape as the operation region of the air blowing part 31, and the outlet holes 242 are provided around the plurality of inlet holes 241. Preferably, the air supply part 31 is installed at the middle of the receiving cavity.
In one embodiment, the air supply device 3 is a centrifugal fan, the air supply part 31 is an impeller, the impeller is mounted on the rear wall 25 and is disposed close to the rear wall 25, the driving part 32 is a motor and is located at the rear part of the rear wall 25, and the impeller and the motor are rotatably connected through a connecting shaft. The plurality of inlet holes 241 are formed in a circular shape, and are disposed at the center of the shroud plate 24, and the inner diameter of the circular shape is close to the outer diameter of the impeller. The part of the cover plate 24 provided with the inlet hole 241 is a circular single-layer plate, and the rest parts are double-layer plates, so that an annular through cavity surrounding the circular single-layer plate is formed inside the cover plate 24. The outlet holes 242 are distributed around the circle, and the outlet holes 242 are long holes.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the all-in-one steaming and oven machine of the present invention further includes a steam generating device 4, which is communicated with the accommodating cavity and is used for introducing steam into the accommodating cavity; the heating device comprises a heating pipe, the heating pipe is arranged in the accommodating cavity and used for supplying heat to the accommodating cavity; and the discharge device 6 is arranged outside the inner container 2, is communicated with the accommodating cavity and the through cavity, and is used for discharging the steam or gas after heat exchange in the through cavity and the redundant steam or hot gas in the accommodating cavity out of the inner container 2.
The steam generating device 4 is installed above the inner container 2 and located outside the inner container 2, a steam feeding pipe 41 is connected to the steam generating device 4, the steam feeding pipe 41 is communicated with the steam generating device 4 and a steam inlet 251, and steam in the steam generating device 4 is conveyed into the accommodating cavity through the steam inlet 251. Two steam delivery pipes 41 are arranged and are respectively connected with the two steam inlets 251. Preferably, the heating pipe is mounted on the inner wall of the inner container 2, is located on the outer periphery of the air supply part 31, and is disposed close to the air supply part 31.
As shown in fig. 3, an annular molding is provided on the side of the rear wall 25 facing the cover plate 24, and is located on the outer periphery of the driving portion 32, and the heating pipe is installed in the annular molding. The heating device further comprises a wiring terminal, and the wiring terminal is electrically connected with the heating pipe and used for supplying power to the heating pipe. The terminals are mounted on the rear wall 25, adjacent to the drive portion 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the discharging device 6 is installed above the inner container 2 and located outside the inner container 2, the discharging device 6 is connected with a first discharging pipe 61, one end of the first discharging pipe 61 is connected with the discharging device 6, and the other end of the first discharging pipe passes through the rear wall 25 and is communicated with the accommodating cavity, so as to discharge the redundant steam or hot gas in the accommodating cavity out of the inner container 2. The discharging device 6 is further connected with a second discharging pipe 62, one end of the second discharging pipe 62 is connected with the discharging device 6, and the other end of the second discharging pipe 62 penetrates through the rear wall 25 to be communicated with the through cavity of the cover plate 24, so that steam or gas after heat exchange in the through cavity is discharged. The other end of the first discharge pipe 61 and the second discharge pipe 62 are respectively positioned at the left and right sides of the inner container 2.
The discharging device 6 comprises an air suction part for sucking out steam or gas in the accommodating cavity and the through cavity, preferably, the air suction part is a fan.
The discharge means 6 are programmed to operate at intervals to prevent excessive venting/steam from causing insufficient steam or hot gas to be supplied to the cooking zone and the temperature in the chamber to be too low to reach the cooking temperature.
The heating pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the inner container 2 of the accommodating cavity, and the heat generated by the heating pipe is distributed in the accommodating cavity through the air supply part 31 and then enters a plurality of steaming and baking areas, so that food in each layer of steaming and baking area is uniformly heated. The heating pipe is arranged on the peripheral wall of the steaming or baking area in the prior art, so that food close to the heating pipe in the steaming or baking area is heated seriously, the cooking degree of the food is inconsistent, and the taste is influenced.
The working principle is as follows: when food needs to be steamed, a steaming program of the steaming and baking integrated machine is started, the steam generating device 4 is started, generated steam is introduced into the accommodating cavity through the steam supply pipe 41, and the air supply part 31 sends the steam in the accommodating cavity into a plurality of steaming and baking areas through the inlet holes 241 on the cover plate 24 to steam the food. The steam after heat exchange in the steaming and baking area enters the through cavity through the outlet holes 242 and is discharged out of the machine body from the discharge device 6 through the second discharge pipe 62, and the redundant steam in the containing cavity is extracted by the discharge device 6 and is discharged out of the machine body from the first discharge pipe 61.
When food needs to be baked, a baking program of the integrated steaming and baking machine is started, the heating device is started, the heating pipe heats to generate heat, and the air supply part 31 blows the heat generated by the heating pipe into a plurality of steaming and baking areas through the inlet holes 241 on the cover plate 24 to bake the food. The gas after heat exchange in the steaming and baking area enters the through cavity through the outlet holes 242 and is exhausted out of the machine body from the exhaust device 6 through the second exhaust pipe 62, and the redundant hot gas in the containing cavity is extracted by the exhaust device 6 and is exhausted out of the machine body from the first exhaust pipe 61.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and although the present invention has been disclosed by the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the equivalent embodiments by using the technical contents disclosed above without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, and the embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, but any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the technical scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An all-in-one machine of a steaming oven is characterized by comprising,
a box body;
the inner container forms a cavity inside and is arranged in the box body;
at least two steaming and baking areas are arranged in the cavity, and the steaming and baking areas are not communicated.
2. The all-in-one steaming and baking oven machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one partition board is installed inside the inner container, and the partition board blocks the cavity and divides the cavity into at least two steaming and baking areas which are not communicated with each other;
preferably, the partition board is horizontally arranged to divide the cavity into a plurality of independent steaming and baking areas which are distributed up and down.
3. The all-in-one machine of the steaming oven and the oven as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a door body which is arranged on the front side of the inner container and used for blocking an opening of the inner container;
one end of the clapboard facing the outside of the opening is provided with a structure which is in sealing and abutting joint with the inner side of the door body;
preferably, a sealing device is arranged at the contact part of the partition board and the door body;
preferably, the sealing device is a sealing strip.
4. The all-in-one steaming and oven machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the inner container is provided with a plurality of inner grooves,
the plurality of inlet holes are used for introducing steam or hot gas into the plurality of steaming and baking areas;
a plurality of outlet holes for discharging the heat-exchanged steam or gas;
preferably, the number of the inlet holes corresponding to the plurality of steaming and baking areas is different;
preferably, the number of the outlet holes corresponding to the plurality of steaming and baking areas is different.
5. An all-in-one steaming and baking oven as claimed in claim 4, wherein a cover plate is mounted inside the inner container, a containing cavity is formed between the cover plate and the inner wall of at least one side of the inner container, and the inlet hole and the outlet hole are arranged on the cover plate.
6. The all-in-one steaming and baking oven machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the position of the cover plate provided with the inlet hole is a single-layer plate, and the inlet hole penetrates through the single-layer plate and is communicated with the accommodating cavity and the plurality of steaming and baking areas;
the position of the cover plate provided with the outlet hole is a double-layer plate, a through cavity is formed between the double-layer plates, and the through cavity is not communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the outlet hole penetrates through the plate surface of one side, facing the steaming and baking area, of the double-layer plate and is communicated with the through cavity and the steaming and baking areas, and steam or gas after heat exchange in the steaming and baking areas enters the through cavity through the outlet hole;
the through cavity is communicated with the outside and used for discharging steam or gas after heat exchange in the plurality of steaming and baking areas.
7. The all-in-one steaming and oven machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein a steam inlet is arranged on the inner wall of the inner container forming an accommodating cavity with the cover plate and used for introducing steam into the accommodating cavity.

The all-in-one steaming and baking oven machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cover plate is mounted at the rear part of the inner container and positioned at the front side of the rear wall of the inner container, the accommodating cavity is formed between the cover plate and the rear wall of the inner container, and the steam inlet is arranged on the rear wall of the inner container.
9. The all-in-one steaming and baking machine as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising an air supply device for blowing steam or hot air into the plurality of steaming and baking regions;
the air supply device comprises an air supply device,
the air supply part is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is used for blowing steam or hot air into the plurality of steaming and baking areas;
the driving part is connected with the air supply part, is arranged outside the inner container and is used for driving the air supply part;
preferably, the inlet hole is formed in the position, close to the air supply part, of the cover plate;
preferably, the outlet holes are arranged around the plurality of inlet holes;
preferably, the air supply device is a centrifugal fan.
10. An all-in-one steaming and oven machine as claimed in claim 9, further comprising,
the steam generating device is communicated with the accommodating cavity and is used for introducing steam into the accommodating cavity;
the heating device comprises a heating pipe, the heating pipe is arranged in the accommodating cavity and used for supplying heat to the accommodating cavity;
the discharging device is arranged outside the inner container, is communicated with the accommodating cavity and the through cavity and is used for discharging the steam or gas after heat exchange in the through cavity and the redundant steam or hot gas in the accommodating cavity out of the inner container;
preferably, the heating pipe is mounted on the inner wall of the inner container.
