技术领域
本发明涉及营养素补充剂领域,特别涉及一种复合营养素补充剂配方。
背景技术
随着气候变暖,热相关疾病的发生率和死亡率都在增加,尤其危害运动员和热环境中工作工人的健康。在湿热环境中,代谢率升高,产热增加。同时,机体通过增加流汗和血管扩张以增加散热。相应地,心血管系统通过加快心率和心脏收缩、减少内脏血流以应对高温。高温环境对体力活动和认知活动有负面影响。除此之外,高温环境会造成免疫功能失调和氧化应激,而且高温环境下进行体力劳动还会加重高温对机体造成的负担。
然而,当机体在应对高温环境和体力活动压力,并不是单一的机制发挥作用,而是机体内发生了复杂的生理变化,多种机制共同发挥作用。但是目前大多数研究都是在常温下提供营养素的补充以提高机体运动耐力,且多为单一种类营养素的作用。与之相比,在高温环境中,机体的反应完全不同。此外,运动又能加重机体的热应激。目前,亟需能够提高机体高温环境耐受能力、降低热应激的营养素补充剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种复合营养素补充剂配方。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种复合营养素补充剂配方,该配方包括:葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、钠、钾、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和牛磺酸。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,具体配方为:葡萄糖10—15g、果糖5—7g、麦芽糖8—12g、钠6—8mmol、钾1—3mmol、维生素B11—4mg、维生素B21—4mg、维生素C150—260mg、牛磺酸2—4g。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,该配方还具有维生素K2。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,具体配方为:葡萄糖10—15g、果糖5—7g、麦芽糖8—12g、钠6—8mmol、钾1—3mmol、维生素B11—4mg、维生素B21—4mg、维生素C150—260mg、牛磺酸2—4g、维生素K270-100μg。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种复合营养素补充剂配方,该配方为:葡萄糖13.5g、果糖6.5g、麦芽糖10.0g、钠7.5mmol、钾1.5mmol、维生素B13.0mg、维生素B23.0mg、维生素C200.0mg、牛磺酸3.5mg。
该配方中能量为472.4KJ/L,渗透压为311.3mOsm/L,为快速营养素补充配方。
具体的,本发明开展了人群试验,在快速补充试验中,招募90名志愿者,最终89人完成试验,快速补充试验中分别以葡萄糖和水作为阳性对照和阴性对照,采集展示基本信息(年龄、身高、体重、血压、脉搏等),根据基本信息将志愿者随机分为三组,保证分组时各项指标均衡无差异。志愿者空腹过夜,次日晨空腹补充快速补充配方或对照组饮品后进行三公里跑步测试,运动前、后0小时、24小时采血,检测生化指标。试验当日湿球温度26~27℃。
快速补充试验生化结果如图2所示,(图注:*表明与纯水补充组相比,p<0.05,**表明与纯水补充组相比,p<0.01;#表明与葡萄糖补充组相比,p<0.05;+表明与运动前相比,p<0.05)。
营养素补充剂可以显著减轻高温环境下运动造成的机体损伤,降低机体的代谢负担,加速代谢产物的排出,促进机体恢复。
实施例2
如图3-4所示,本发明提供一种复合营养素补充剂配方,该配方为:葡萄糖13.5g、果糖6.5g、麦芽糖10.0g、钠7.5mmol、钾1.5mmol、维生素B13.0mg、维生素B23.0mg、维生素C200.0mg、牛磺酸3.5mg、维生素K290.0μg。
该配方中能量为472.4KJ/L,渗透压为311.3mOsm/L,为短期营养素补充配方。
具体的,本发明开展了人群试验,在短期补充试验中,招募90名志愿者,最终85人完成试验。志愿者连续补充7天补充剂。补充前及补充3天采血检测生化指标。在补充6天后,空腹过夜,并在第七天到达指定地点完成最后一次补充。补充后进行三公里跑步测试,运动前、后0小时、24小时采血,检测相关指标。
短期补充试验生化结果如图4所示,(图注:*表明与纯水补充组相比,p<0.05;#表明与葡萄糖补充组相比,p<0.05;+表明与运动前相比,p<0.05)。
与快速补充试验一致,短期补充试验中,营养素补充剂可以显著减轻高温环境下运动造成的机体损伤,降低机体的代谢负担,加速代谢产物的排出。
将短期营养素在运动前20分钟将其溶于500ml水中服用,运动前后收集血液样本,检测血清学指标,各项数据如图5所示,(图注:*表明与纯水补充组相比,p<0.05;#表明与葡萄糖补充组相比,p<0.05,##表明与葡萄糖补充组相比,p<0.01)。
营养素补充配方可以减少运动后机体炎症因子的产生,降低机体的氧化应激损伤。
本发明可以预防在高温环境中高强度运动对机体的氧化应激损伤及炎症反应,促进机体恢复,进而提高机体对高温环境的耐力,预防热相关疾病的发生,同时便于携带,可快速溶解,可以快速提供能量、补充营养。
