The dispersible oil suspension concentrate for controlling insect pests and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the emulsifier is one or any two or any combination of more than two of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether series emulsifier, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, agricultural milk No. 700, agricultural milk No. 2201, agricultural milk No. 1601, span-60 and Tween-60; the dispersing agent is one or the combination of at least two of alkyl aryl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, polycarboxylate, EO-PO block copolymer, lignosulfonate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.

The dispersible oil suspension concentrate for controlling insect pests and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the tackifier is one or the combination of more than two of white carbon black, organic bentonite, attapulgite, xanthan gum or magnesium aluminum silicate; the stabilizer is BHT, butylated hydroxyanisole BHA or D902; the dispersion medium is soybean oil, corn oil, castor oil, epoxidized soybean oil or methyl ester oil.

The application of the dispersible oil suspending agent for preventing and treating insect pests is characterized in that: the dispersible oil suspending agent and the preparation method are applied to control of mites, lepidoptera, coleopteran, hemiptera, diptera, homoptera and thysanoptera on crops.
