Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production method of eggs, in particular to a production method of fruity eggs.
Background
The eggs are rich in cholesterol and protein, have rich nutrition and are one of the foods which are usually eaten by people. One egg weighs about 50 grams, contains 7-8 grams of protein, and 5-6 grams of fat. The amino acid proportion of the egg protein is very suitable for the physiological needs of human bodies, the egg protein is easy to be absorbed by organisms, the utilization rate is up to more than 98 percent, and the egg protein has high nutritive value.
However, the existing egg production mainly focuses on nutrition, does not pay much attention to smell and taste, and cannot well meet user groups with different requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a production method of fruit-flavor eggs, which can ensure freshness and fruit flavor, thereby further improving purchasing desire and eating mouthfeel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a production method of fruity eggs, which comprises the following steps: s1) brooding management: the method comprises the following steps of (1) disinfecting chicks before placing the chicks in a farm, and meanwhile, carrying out comprehensive disinfection treatment on the farm; controlling the temperature at 30-35 deg.C, humidity at 50-70% and illumination at 18-23 hr; s2) breeding management: fumigating, sterilizing and disinfecting 8-week-old chicks, and then changing the chicks into a breeding area, and controlling illumination for 16 hours; s3) management of laying hens: transferring the 18-week-old bred chicken into an egg laying area after fumigating, sterilizing and disinfecting, controlling the illumination at 17 hours, controlling the temperature at 21 ℃ and the humidity at 60%, and keeping the air to be renewed; s4) collecting and seasoning eggs: automatically collecting eggs, uniformly cleaning, air drying and pasteurizing, and finally spraying fresh fruit juice on the outer layer of the pearl cotton package to make the eggs to be sold absorb the fragrance of fruits.
In the above method for producing fruit-flavored eggs, in step S1, a chick hatched from a layer variety of roman powder, germany, is selected.
The production method of the fruity type eggs comprises the step S2 of transferring sick, weak and residual chickens, presetting a standard table of weight and feed consumption of 8-18 weeks old laying hens according to the day, limiting the daily feed intake of the laying hens according to the standard table, and controlling the weight of the laying hens within a standard range.
In the production method of the fruity egg, the feed selected in the step S2 and the step S3 comprises special corn, carrot, soybean pressed protein, nutritional fish meal, mineral raw materials and vitamins.
In the above method for producing fruit-flavored eggs, the step S4 controls the absorption time of the fruit flavor to be 2-3 days.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the production method of the fruity type eggs, the brooding, the breeding and the laying hen management are strictly controlled, and the eggs which are slaughtered at the same day absorb the fruit fragrance within 2-3 days of logistics, so that the eggs can be fresh and have the fruit fragrance, and the purchasing desire and the eating mouthfeel are further improved.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the production process of fruit-flavored eggs of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the production process of fruit-flavored eggs of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, according to the method for producing fruity eggs provided by the present invention, german roman powder is selected as a laying hen variety. In the peach blossom mountain area of Shishou city, three breeding bases are provided for respectively breeding chicks, grown-up chickens and laying hens. The specific cultivation and production method comprises the following steps:
step S1, brooding management: the chicks need to be disinfected before being placed in the farm, and meanwhile, the farm also needs to be subjected to comprehensive disinfection management. The temperature in the brooding period is controlled to be 30-35 ℃ as much as possible, the humidity is about 50-70%, and the illumination is 18-23 h.
Step S2, growth management: the chicks of 8 weeks old are fumigated, sterilized and disinfected and then are changed into a breeding area, so that sick, weak and residual chicks are transferred out, and stress reaction is avoided during transfer. The illumination was controlled for 16 hours. The weight of the laying hens is also controlled, the feed intake of the laying hens is limited, the accumulation of fat is reduced, and the quality of the laying hens is improved.
Step S3, laying hen management: after 18 weeks old, the bred chickens are fumigated, sterilized and disinfected and then transferred into an egg laying area, and sick, weak and defective chickens are transferred out. The illumination is controlled at 17 hours, the temperature is controlled at 21 ℃, and the humidity is controlled at 60% to keep the air to be replaced.
The feed mainly selects special-grade corn, carrot, soybean pressed protein, nutritional fish meal, other mineral raw materials, vitamins and the like, and adopts full-automatic unmanned management cultivation.
Step S4, automatically collecting eggs, and then sorting out contaminated eggs, fertilized eggs and cracked eggs; then uniformly cleaning, air drying and pasteurizing.
The technology of the fruity egg comprises the following steps: the fresh fruit juice is mixed with the formula and sprayed on the outer layer of the pearl wool package, and the eggs which are slaughtered at the same day are enabled to absorb the fruit fragrance by using a gas-regulating method through the logistics time of 2-3 days, so that the freshness of the eggs can be ensured and the eggs can have the fruit fragrance.
Although the present invention has been described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
