Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the holster cutting machine 5 comprises a third frame 51 positioned at the blanking end of the fourth conveyor belt 62, a third lifting device 52 is arranged on the third frame 51, the third lifting device 52 comprises a third bracket 522 and a third cylinder 521 vertically arranged below the third bracket 522, the third cylinder 521 is fixed on the third frame 51, and the third bracket 522 is connected with a piston rod of the third cylinder 521, so that the third cylinder 521 can push the third bracket 522 to lift.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, two fifth conveyor belts 53 parallel to each other are mounted on the third frame 522, and the distance between the two fifth conveyor belts 53 is the same as the distance between the two fourth conveyor belts 62. The feeding end of the fifth conveyor belt 53 is disposed close to the discharging end of the fourth conveyor belt 62, so that the fourth conveyor belt 62 can convey the carrier 8 onto the fifth conveyor belt 53.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the third frame 51 is provided with a third table 54, the third table 54 is located between the two fifth belts 53, and when the third bracket 522 and the fifth belts 53 are lowered, the carrier 8 can be dropped on the third table 54. A second annular cutting knife 541 which has the same shape as the leather sheath is fixed on the upper end of the third workbench 54, and the workbench can enter the blanking port 81, so that the cutting edge of the second annular cutting knife 541 is abutted against the leather.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, a fifth guide rod 55 is further vertically disposed on the third frame 51, a second pressing plate 56 is slidably engaged on the fifth guide rod 55, and the second pressing plate 56 is located right above the third worktable 54. A fifth oil cylinder 57 is vertically arranged above the second pressing plate 56, the fifth oil cylinder 57 is fixed on the first frame 31, and the second pressing plate 56 is connected with a piston rod of the fifth oil cylinder 57, so that the fifth oil cylinder 57 can push the second pressing plate 56 to lift.
When the second pressing plate 56 descends, the second pressing plate 56 applies pressure to the leather material on the carrier 8, and the second annular cutter 541 can cut the leather material, so that the cutting and forming of the leather sheath finished product are completed.
After the cutting of the leather sheath is completed, the third lifting device 52 drives the fifth conveyor belt 53 and the carrier 8 to ascend, and the finished leather sheath can directly fall on the workbench from the blanking port 81.
Referring to fig. 12, the third table 54 is further provided with a fourth elevating device 58. The fourth lifting device 58 comprises a fourth air cylinder 581 vertically fixed on the workbench and a support plate 582 arranged above the fourth air cylinder 581, and the support plate 582 is connected with the piston rod of the fourth air cylinder 581, so that the fourth air cylinder 581 can push the support plate 582 to lift.
Referring to fig. 12, the support plate 582 is mounted with the sixth transfer belt 59, and the sixth transfer belt 59 is disposed along the length of the fifth transfer belt 53. When the fourth lifting device 58 drives the sixth conveying belt 59 to ascend, the sixth conveying belt 59 can support the finished leather sheath product and can transport the finished leather sheath product.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a seventh conveyor 511 is disposed on one side of the third working platform 54, and a feeding end of the seventh conveyor 511 is disposed near a discharging end of the sixth conveyor 59, so that the sixth conveyor 59 can convey the finished leather sheath onto the seventh conveyor 511, and a worker can collect the finished leather sheath through the seventh conveyor 511.
Referring to fig. 1 and 13, the transport section further includes a second conveyor 7, and the second conveyor 7 includes an eighth conveyor belt 71 provided on one side of the holster cutter 5. The feeding end of the eighth conveyor belt 71 is disposed close to the discharging end of the fifth conveyor belt 53, so that the fifth conveyor belt 53 can directly convey the carrier 8 onto the eighth conveyor belt 71.
Referring to fig. 1 and 13, a ninth conveyor belt 72 is disposed directly below the eighth conveyor belt 71, a feeding end of the ninth conveyor belt 72 is located directly below a discharging end of the eighth conveyor belt 71, and the ninth conveyor belt 72 sequentially passes through the third frame 51, the second frame 41, and the first frame 31 and extends directly below a feeding end of the first conveyor belt 61.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, an automatic transfer machine 73 is further provided on the blanking end side of the eighth conveyor 71. The automatic transfer machine 73 includes a fourth frame 731, a slide rail 732 is vertically disposed on the fourth frame 731, and a support bracket 733 slidably engaged with the slide rail 732 is further disposed on the fourth frame 731.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, a driving device is further provided on the fourth frame 731. The driving device is located on a side of the support bracket 733 facing away from the eighth conveyor belt 71, and the driving device includes a sixth cylinder 734 vertically fixed to the fourth frame 731. The piston rod of the sixth cylinder 734 faces upward, and the upper end of the piston rod of the sixth cylinder 734 is rotatably provided with a chain wheel 735, and the chain wheel 735 is engaged with a chain 736. Chain 736 is wound around sprocket 735. One end of the chain 736 is located on a side of the sixth cylinder 734 opposite to the support bracket 733 and fixed to the fourth frame 731, and the other end is located between the sixth cylinder 734 and the support bracket 733 and fixed to the support bracket 733.
Therefore, when the piston rod of the sixth cylinder 734 extends and contracts, the sprocket 735 moves along with the piston rod, so that the chain 736 applies a dragging force to the support bracket 733, thereby driving the support bracket 733 to move up and down, and realizing the reciprocating movement of the support bracket 733 between the discharging end of the eighth conveyor belt 71 and the feeding end of the ninth conveyor belt 72.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the tenth conveyor belt 74 is installed on the support bracket 733, and the tenth conveyor belt 74 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the eighth conveyor belt 71, so that when the tenth conveyor belt 74 moves to one side of the horizontal direction of the eighth conveyor belt 71, the eighth conveyor belt 71 can convey the carrier 8 onto the tenth conveyor belt 74. Subsequently, the support bracket 733 and the tenth conveyor belt 74 move downward to one side of the ninth conveyor belt 72 in the horizontal direction, and the tenth conveyor belt 74 transports the carrier 8 onto the ninth conveyor belt 72, and the ninth conveyor belt 72 transports the carrier 8 to the beginning of the production line.
The implementation principle of the automatic production line of the leather sheath of the mobile equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the outer skin and the inner skin are cut by the cutter 1, and then the outer skin is manually attached to the carrier 8. Then the first conveyor belt 61 conveys the carrier 8 to the first hot press 2, the first hot press 2 sticks the plate to the outer skin, then the first conveyor belt 61 conveys the carrier 8 with the outer skin and the plate to the second hot press 3, the inner skin is installed on the carrier 8, and the second hot press 3 sticks the inner skin to the outer skin, so that the bonding process of the leather material is completed.
And then the first conveyor 6 sequentially conveys the carrier 8 to the cold pressing and setting machine 4 and the leather sheath cutting machine 1 to finish the processing of the leather sheath finished product.
Finally, the second conveyor 7 conveys the carrier 8 to the side of the starting end of the production line, i.e. the side of the cutting machine 1, and the carrier 8 is conveyed.

the transportation part comprises a first conveyor (6) which is used for conveying the carrier (8) to the cutting machine (1), the first hot press (2), the second hot press (3), the cold pressing forming machine (4) and the leather sheath cutting machine (5) in sequence.
