step three, removing the heat transfer film: putting the paperboard unit in the step two into a cooling device for cooling, wherein the temperature of the paperboard unit is cooled to 20-25 ℃ within 3-5min, tearing off the heat transfer film of the paperboard unit, and keeping the printing ink on the surface of the paperboard unit;
step four, drying treatment: putting the paperboard unit with the heat transfer film removed in the third step into a drying box to dry and remove moisture in the ink on the surface of the paperboard unit;
step five: taking out the paperboard unit dried in the fourth step, and cooling to form the paperboard unit with the heat transfer film;
step six: and D, gluing the paperboard unit with the heat transfer film in the step five into a paper bag to obtain the packaging paper bag with the decorative sticker.
