The existing three-layer preprinting corrugated board production line comprises a surface paper transmission path for transmitting outer surface paper, a pit paper transmission path for transmitting double-layer corrugated paper, a pasting machine for coating paste on the pit surface of the double-layer corrugated paper and a paste paper device for laminating the outer surface paper and the pit surface of the double-layer corrugated paper, wherein the pasting machine is arranged between the surface paper transmission path and the pit paper transmission path, and the surface paper transmission path is positioned below the pit paper transmission path. The general production flow is as follows: the double-layer corrugated paper is processed and formed by a corrugating machine, a pit paper transmission path is transmitted to a pasting machine after forming, when pit surfaces of the double-layer corrugated paper enter the pasting machine, the pit surfaces face downwards, paste is coated on the pit surfaces through a sizing assembly, then the pit surfaces are bonded with outer-layer face paper positioned below the pit surfaces through a pasting device, then three layers of corrugated paper are formed, and the outer-layer face paper is continuously transmitted in a state of being positioned at the lowest position. Because the patterns are printed on the outer surface of the outer layer paper, and the pattern surface is always in contact with a bearing and transmission device and the like, the patterns are easily abraded, and the quality of the paper is affected after the paper is finally processed into packing materials such as cartons and the like.

referring to fig. 1 to 4, a three-ply pre-printed corrugated board production line includes a face paper conveying path for conveying outer face paper 5, a hole paper conveying path for conveying double-layer corrugated paper 4, a pasting machine 17 for pasting the holes of the double-layer corrugated paper 4, and a pasting device 18 for laminating the outer face paper 5 and the holes of the double-layer corrugated paper 4, wherein the pasting machine 17 is disposed between the face paper conveying path and the hole paper conveying path, the face paper conveying path is located above the hole paper conveying path, the pasting machine 17 includes a pasting assembly and a paper guide path, the paper guide path is located at the lower part of the pasting assembly and is communicated with the hole paper conveying path, and the pasting device 18 is disposed behind the pasting machine 17. The sizing assembly comprises a sizing tank 21, a sizing roller 34, a size control roller 33 and an adjusting mechanism 32, wherein the sizing roller 34 and the size control roller 33 are arranged on the sizing tank 21, the size control roller 33 is in transmission connection with the adjusting mechanism 32, and the distance between the size control roller 33 and the sizing roller 34 is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism 32. The outer side of the pulp groove 21 is extended from one side of the sizing roller 34, a plurality of paper guide rollers 20 are arranged on a paper guide path, and the paper guide rollers 20 guide the double-layer corrugated paper 4 to wind from the lower part of the sizing assembly to the position, where the sizing roller 34 extends out of the pulp groove 21, so that the pit surface of the double-layer corrugated paper 4 contacts with one side of the sizing roller 34 for sizing.
The facial tissue transmission path is also provided with a deviation correcting machine 8, the deviation correcting machine 8 is positioned behind the paper pasting device 18, and the deviation correcting machine 8 is arranged right above the pasting machine 17.
The facial tissue conveying path is also provided with an arc-shaped hot plate 9, and the arc-shaped hot plate 9 is arranged between the deviation rectifying machine 8 and the paper pasting device 18 in a swinging mode. The arc-shaped hot plate 9 is an electromagnetic heating arc-shaped hot plate 9.
A first raw paper frame 10, a first tractor 1 and an upper paper feeding frame 2 are arranged on the facial tissue transmission path along the conveying direction of the outer-layer facial tissue 5, the first raw paper frame 10 is used for placing a paper roll of the outer-layer facial tissue 5, the outer-layer facial tissue 5 is guided to the upper paper feeding frame 2 through the first tractor 1, and a deviation corrector 8 is positioned between the upper paper feeding frame 2 and the paper pasting device 18; and a second tractor 3 and a lower paper feeding rack 24 are arranged on the pit paper transmission path along the transmission direction of the double-layer corrugated paper 4, and the lower paper feeding rack 24 is positioned below the upper paper feeding rack 2.
The three-layer preprinting corrugated board production line further comprises a single-layer overbridge tensioning mechanism 6, a reverse overbridge air suction tensioning mechanism 19 and a two-layer hot cylinder 16, wherein the single-layer overbridge tensioning mechanism 6 is arranged on the facial tissue transmission path and is positioned between the upper paper feeding frame 2 and the two-layer hot cylinder 16, the reverse overbridge air suction tensioning mechanism 19 is arranged on the pit paper transmission path and is positioned between the lower paper feeding frame 24 and the two-layer hot cylinder 16, the two-layer hot cylinder 16 is provided with an upper heating channel and a lower heating channel, and the upper heating channel and the lower heating channel are respectively communicated with the facial tissue transmission path and the pit paper transmission path; the deviation rectifying machine 8 and the pasting machine 17 are both positioned between the two-layer hot cylinder 16 and the paper pasting device 18.
And the single-layer overpass tensioning mechanism 6 is provided with a friction roller 7 which is in contact with the inner surface of the outer-layer facial tissue 5.
As shown in fig. 5, a preprinting machine 31 for printing a pattern layer on the outer surface C of the outer-layer surface paper 5 is further provided between the first stock paper frame 10 and the first tractor 1, and the printing speed of the preprinting machine 31 is synchronized with the conveying speed of the outer-layer surface paper 5.
The three-layer preprinting corrugated board production line further comprises a corrugating machine 13 for producing double-layer corrugated paper 4, the double-layer corrugated paper 4 comprises inner-layer face paper 23 and core paper 22, the core paper 22 is processed into a corrugated shape by the corrugating machine 13 and then is bonded with one side of the inner-layer face paper 23, the corrugating machine 13 is provided with a face paper input end, a core paper input end and a double-layer corrugated paper output end, a second raw paper frame 11 for placing paper rolls of the inner-layer face paper 23 and a face paper hot cylinder 12 for preheating the inner-layer face paper 23 before entering the face paper input end are arranged outside the face paper input end, a third raw paper frame 15 for placing paper rolls of the core paper 22 and a core paper hot cylinder 14 for preheating the core paper 22 before entering the core paper input end are arranged outside the core paper input end, so that the double-layer corrugated paper 4 at the output end of the double-layer corrugated paper is led to the lower paper feeding rack 24 through the second tractor 3.
The rear part of the paper pasting device 18 is also sequentially provided with a hot plate part 25, a cold plate part 26, a paper feeding driving control mechanism 27, a slitting machine 28, a transverse cutting machine 29 and a paper plate conveyor 30.
