Specifically, in the rotary clamping mechanism, the driving assembly 33 includes a rotating shaft 331, a first connecting rod 332, a second connecting rod 333 and an oil cylinder 334. To prevent the product 100 from being shifted during the clamping process, guide plates 311 may be provided at both sides of the stopper 31.
The die cast gripping apparatus further includes a robot arm (not shown) for driving the carriage 10 to move in a three-dimensional space, for effecting movement of the product 100.
The die casting grabbing device provided by the invention has the working process that:
1) The product 100 taken out of the die-casting machine is placed on the placing frame 20 as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
2) Under the driving action of the cylinder 334 and the transmission action of the second link 333 and the first link 332, the rotating shaft 331 rotates relative to the bracket 10, drives each jaw 32 to rotate towards the stop 31, and clamps and fixes the product 100 under the cooperation of the stop 31, as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
3) The mechanical arm drives the support 10 to move in three-dimensional space, and drives the product 100 to move to a preset position.
4) Under the driving action of the oil cylinder 334 and the transmission action of the second connecting rod 333 and the first connecting rod 332, the rotating shaft 331 rotates in the opposite direction relative to the bracket 10, and drives each jaw 32 to rotate away from the stopper 31, so that the clamping of the product 100 is released, and the product 100 is taken out.
Therefore, the die casting grabbing device provided by the invention realizes stable grabbing of die castings, effectively avoids falling off in the die casting grabbing process, and is simple in structure and small in occupied space.
