The organic silicon elastomer gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 134 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 23 parts of vinyl MQ resin, 35 parts of terminal vinyl silicone oil, 10ppm of platinum catalyst and 650 parts of carrier fluid; the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.8%; the vinyl MQ resin consists of 0.1 percent of vinyl, 0.3:1 of the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in a molecular structure, 3 percent of vinyl MQ resin with molecular weight of 3000 and 2:1 of the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in the molecular structure, and 20000 of the vinyl MQ resin according to the mass ratio of 1: 1; the molecular formula of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil is as follows: CH (CH)2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2Wherein n is 90; the platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution with the mass concentration of 0.5%; the carrier fluid is polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 300CS and an isoparaffin; the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the isoparaffin is 6: 1; the isomeric alkane consists of isomeric dodecane and isomeric hexadecane in a mass ratio of 2: 7.
The silicone elastomer gel was prepared similarly to example 3.
Unlike example 3, the vinyl MQ resin was composed of a vinyl content of 0.1%, a ratio of the amount of M mer to Q mer in the molecular structure of 0.3:1, a vinyl MQ resin having a molecular weight of 3000, and a vinyl content of 3%, a ratio of the amount of M mer to Q mer in the molecular structure of 2:1, a vinyl MQ resin having a molecular weight of 20000 in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
Comparative example 4A Silicone elastomer gel
The organic silicon elastomer gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 134 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 23 parts of vinyl MQ resin, 35 parts of terminal vinyl silicone oil, 10ppm of platinum catalyst and 650 parts of carrier fluid; the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.8%; the vinyl MQ resin is vinyl MQ resin with vinyl content of 0.1%, the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in the molecular structure of 0.3:1 and molecular weight of 3000; the molecular formula of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil is as follows: CH (CH)2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2Wherein n is 90; the platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution with the mass concentration of 0.5%; the carrier fluid is polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 300CS and an isoparaffin; the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the isoparaffin is 6: 1; the isomeric alkane consists of isomeric dodecane and isomeric hexadecane in a mass ratio of 2: 7.

The organic silicon elastomer gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 134 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 23 parts of vinyl MQ resin, 35 parts of terminal vinyl silicone oil, 10ppm of platinum catalyst and 650 parts of carrier fluid; the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.8%; the vinyl MQ resin is vinyl MQ resin with 3 percent of vinyl content, 2:1 of the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in the molecular structure and 20000 of molecular weight; the molecular formula of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil is as follows: CH (CH)2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2Wherein n is 90; the platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution with the mass concentration of 0.5%; the carrier fluid is polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 300CS and an isoparaffin; the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the isoparaffin is 6: 1; the isomeric alkane consists of isomeric dodecane and isomeric hexadecane in a mass ratio of 2: 7.

Test example I, sensory evaluation
1. Test materials: example 3, comparative examples 1-5.
2. The test method comprises the following steps:
10 experiential evaluation subjects are selected to score the silky feel, the matte feel, the smearing and spreading degree and the skin feel durability of the prepared silicone elastomer gel, and the higher the score is, the better the effect is.
3. The sensory evaluation results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the silicone elastomer gel prepared in example 3 of the present invention has higher scores for silky feel, matte feel, spread degree upon application, and skin feel durability; the silicone elastomer gel prepared in example 3 of the present invention had a higher rating for each index than comparative examples 1 to 5.
Test example two, Water resistance test
1. Test materials: silicone elastomer gels prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 3-5.
2. The test method comprises the following steps:
the static contact angle of the silicone elastomer gel was measured using a contact angle tester. Solidifying organic silicon elastomer gel into a transparent elastomer sheet with smooth upper and lower surfaces, placing the transparent elastomer sheet on a sample table, taking ultrapure water as test liquid, dropping the ultrapure water on the transparent elastomer sheet at the flat position, standing for 30s, then taking a picture, and analyzing the size of the water contact angle by adopting a system self-contained angle measuring software. The sample was measured for 5 different flat positions and averaged.
3. And (3) test results: the results of the water resistance test are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the contact angle of the silicone elastomer gel prepared in inventive example 3 was significantly higher than that of the silicone elastomer gels prepared in comparative examples 3 to 5, indicating that the silicone elastomer gel prepared in the present invention had more excellent water-repellent properties.

Claims (3)

1. The organic silicon elastomer gel is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 134 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 23 parts of vinyl MQ resin, 35 parts of terminal vinyl silicone oil, 10ppm of platinum catalyst and 650 parts of carrier fluid; the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.8%; the vinyl MQ resin consists of 0.1 percent of vinyl content, 0.3:1 of the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in a molecular structure, 3 percent of vinyl MQ resin with molecular weight of 3000 and 2:1 of the quantity ratio of M chain link to Q chain link in the molecular structure according to the mass ratio of 7: 2; the molecular formula of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil is as follows:
CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2wherein n is 90; the platinum catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution with the mass concentration of 0.5%; the carrier fluid is polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 300CS and an isoparaffin; the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the isoparaffin is 6: 1; the isomeric alkane consists of isomeric dodecane and isomeric hexadecane in a mass ratio of 2: 7;
the preparation method of the organic silicon elastomer gel comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning and drying a stirring reaction kettle, adding vinyl MQ resin, vinyl-terminated silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and carrier fluid into the stirring reaction kettle, starting a stirrer, stirring at a speed of 25r/min, adding a platinum catalyst into the stirring reaction kettle, and heating to 95 ℃ under the stirring condition;
s2, keeping the temperature for 7 hours after the temperature of the materials is raised to 95 ℃, introducing nitrogen in the process of keeping the temperature, and cooling after keeping the temperature;
and S3, cooling the gel obtained by the reaction to 30 ℃, continuing stirring for 3 hours, and carrying out vacuum defoaming to obtain the product.
2. Use of the silicone elastomer gel of claim 1 in the preparation of a cosmetic product.
3. Use of the silicone elastomer gel of claim 2 in the preparation of a cosmetic product, wherein the cosmetic product is an antiperspirant, a make-up, a sunscreen.
