The high-transparency high-refraction silicone elastomer gel according to claim 1, wherein the cyclic siloxane is any one or more of hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane; the straight chain siloxane is one or the combination of two of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 1-50cp and phenyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 1-50 cp; the isoparaffin is one or two of isododecane and isohexadecane.
6. The high transparency high refractive silicone elastomer gel according to claim 1, wherein the carrier fluid further comprises one or more of squalane, rosehip oil, nut oil, shea butter, aloe vera oil, olive oil.
7. the high transparent high refractive silicone elastomer gel according to claim 1, wherein the number of carbon atoms in the α -olefin is from 8 to 18.
8. The high transparent high refractive silicone elastomer gel according to claim 1, wherein the platinum catalyst is an isopropyl alcohol solution of chloroplatinic acid or a vinyl platinum complex.

A method for preparing the high-transparency high-refraction silicone elastomer gel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the steps of uniformly mixing phenyl hydrogen-containing MQ resin with a carrier fluid, heating to 40-90 ℃, adding phenyl vinyl MQ silicone resin, uniformly stirring, adding a platinum catalyst, uniformly stirring, preserving heat for 2-8 hours, heating to 90-100 ℃, dropwise adding α -olefin while stirring, preserving heat for 4-5 hours after dropwise adding is completed, and carrying out colloid milling on the obtained product to obtain the high-transparency high-refraction silicone elastomer gel.

The method for preparing a high-transparency high-refractive silicone elastomer gel according to claim 9, wherein the platinum catalyst is added in an amount calculated as the concentration of platinum metal in the preparation system, and the concentration of platinum metal in the preparation system is 5 to 20 ppm.
