Abstract
一种样本吸光度差的测量方法、样本分析仪和存储介质。该方法包括以下步骤:获取样本对象的吸光度数据;根据吸光度数据应用两点法计算第一吸光度差,根据吸光度数据应用速率法计算第二吸光度差;将第一吸光度差和第二吸光度差代入用于计算最终吸光度差的预设的加权平均函数;根据预设函数关系确定满足所述加权平均函数的第一吸光度差的权重和第二吸光度差的权重以及最终吸光度差。还具有样本分析仪,包括光源(132)、检测器(134)、处理器(136)。
