技术领域
本发明涉及储藏高压氢的高压氢容器。
背景技术
以往,公开有在燃料电池型的搬运用车辆中,使用将高压氢的出入口设置于在圆筒部的一端部形成的穹顶状的顶部的高压氢容器的技术(例如,参照专利文献1)。
专利文献1:日本专利第6120017号公报
然而,在专利文献1的技术中,在搭载于搬运用车辆的高压氢容器的使用中假定存在高压氢的反复压力周期,因此以减少应力水准的方式在躯体部分使用厚壁的圆筒部,在该圆筒部的一端部形成穹顶状的部分。因此,存在安全的高压氢容器的制造麻烦,且制造成本变高的课题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述课题而完成的,其目的在于以简易的结构提供制造不麻烦,且能够减少制造成本的安全的高压氢容器。

本发明的高压氢容器具备:
高压氢的储藏用的金属圆筒;
盖部件,其分别覆盖上述金属圆筒的两端部;
外侧筒,其包围上述金属圆筒的圆筒部的外周;以及
紧固部件,其对上述盖部件与上述外侧筒进行固定。

根据本发明的高压氢容器,盖部件通过紧固部件相对于外侧圆筒固定。因此,通过紧固部件将分别覆盖金属圆筒的两端部的盖部件固定于将金属圆筒的圆筒部的外周包围的外侧圆筒而能够制造高压氢容器。因此,能够以简易的结构提供制造不麻烦,且能够减少制造成本的安全的高压氢容器。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的蓄压器的优选的实施方式详细地进行说明。此外,以下叙述的实施方式是本发明的优选的具体例,因此添加有在技术上优选的各种限定,但本发明的范围只要在以下的说明中没有意在特意限定本发明的记载,即并不限定于这些形态。
<叉车100的结构>
图1是表示本发明的实施方式的叉车100的简要结构图。图1所示的叉车100是燃料电池型的运输用车辆。叉车100在车体101的前部具备装卸装置102。叉车100在车体101的中央部具备驾驶席103。
叉车100在驾驶席103的下方具备燃料电池104。燃料电池104具有:发电单元105、和高压氢容器1。发电单元105使空气中的氧与从高压氢容器1供给的氢发生化学反应并产生电力。
叉车100在车体101的前部具备作为驱动轮的一对前轮106,在车体101的后部具备作为转向轮的一对后轮107。一对前轮106被未图示的电动马达驱动。从发电单元105向电动马达供给电力。一对后轮107被搭乘于驾驶席103的驾驶员转向操纵。
叉车100在车体101的后部具备配重108。配重108实现车辆重量调整和车体101中的重量平衡。叉车100在车体101的前部不具备配重。设置于叉车100的车体101的中央部的高压氢容器1具有辅助配重108的重量。即,高压氢容器1兼做叉车100的配重的一部分。因此,燃料电池104收容于轻型且容易加工的未图示的壳体。壳体不兼做配重的一部分。
<其他的运输用车辆>
如上所述在叉车100中使用高压氢容器1。但是,并不限定于此。在其他的运输用车辆中也使用高压氢容器1。例如,作为运输用车辆,也可以是在机场等使用的牵引车等。
<高压氢容器1的结构>
图2是以显示金属圆筒2和外侧筒4的筒延伸方向的截面来表示本发明的实施方式的高压氢容器1的说明图。图2所示的高压氢容器1储藏高压氢。高压氢容器1具备:金属圆筒2、盖部件3、以及外侧筒4。盖部件3通过作为紧固部件的螺栓5相对于外侧筒4固定。螺栓5以恒定间隔在同一圆周上且在多个位置进行固定。这里,外侧筒4是外侧筒的一个例子。外侧筒4是圆筒形状的外侧圆筒。
<金属圆筒2>
金属圆筒2是使两端部开放的高压氢的储藏用的圆筒部件。金属圆筒2防止储藏在内部的高压氢的漏出,因此由无缝的金属制圆筒部件构成。
金属圆筒2例如由低合金钢构成。即,金属圆筒2作为例如具有铬钼钢、镍铬钼钢、锰铬钢、锰钢或硼添加钢中的任一个的金属圆筒而构成。
金属圆筒2的内周面被除去脱碳层。另外,对于金属圆筒2的内周面而言,在除去脱碳层后,通过质量较大的喷丸的照射来给予内表面残留压缩应力。
此外,也可以在金属圆筒2的外周卷绕有碳纤维强化树脂部。碳纤维强化树脂部是为了确保金属圆筒2的需要的耐压性亦即机械强度而设置。碳纤维强化树脂部是对强化材料使用碳纤维,使它浸入树脂中并提高强度而得的复合材料,例如使用PAN系碳纤维或者PITCH系碳纤维等。
<盖部件3>
盖部件3分别安装于金属圆筒2的两端部并覆盖金属圆筒2的两端部,而封闭金属圆筒2。一对盖部件3是圆板部件。在至少一个盖部件3设置与未图示的通氢孔相连的未图示的阀,在高压氢的封入或者放出中加以使用。一对盖部件3是与金属圆筒2相同的金属制。
在一对盖部件3形成有多个供螺栓5插通的插通孔3a。在盖部件3的插通孔3a形成有收纳螺栓5的头部5a的凹部3b。此外,也可以不形成凹部3b。在没有凹部3b的情况下,螺栓5的头部5a向盖部件3的外侧突出。
<外侧筒4>
外侧筒4是两端部开放,且包围金属圆筒2的圆筒部的外周的圆筒部件。为了实现制造成本的减少,外侧筒4也可以是焊接管等具有接缝的金属制圆筒部件。外侧筒4是比金属圆筒2便宜的钢铁材料的金属制。外侧筒4优选是具有等于或高于金属圆筒2的密度的材料。
在外侧筒4形成有供螺栓5拧入的螺孔4a。螺栓5从盖部件3插入并螺纹固定于外侧筒4。在盖部件3的凹部3b与螺栓5的头部5a之间插入扳手等工具而将螺栓5螺纹固定。另外,也可以在头部5a具有供六角扳子等工具嵌入的插入孔而将螺栓5螺纹固定。
<圆筒状的间隙6>
在金属圆筒2的外周与外侧筒4的内周之间形成有使金属圆筒2与外侧筒4分离的圆筒状的间隙6。间隙6的径向的宽度例如优选为1mm以上,更优选为2mm以上。氢渗透到与储藏的高压氢直接接触的金属圆筒2。但是,从金属圆筒2渗出的氢积存在间隙6而不渗透到隔着间隙6的外侧筒4。因此,高压氢容器1不产生外侧筒4和螺栓5的氢劣化。另外,间隙6存在于金属圆筒2的外周与外侧筒4的内周之间,由此即便金属圆筒2因储藏的高压氢而在周向上变形该变形应力也不传递给外侧筒4和螺栓5。
<高压氢容器1的一部分的详细结构>
图3是将本发明的实施方式的高压氢容器1的一部分且将图2的A部放大来表示的放大图。如图3所示,在外侧筒4优选形成从间隙6与外周侧的外部相通的流路7。积存在间隙6的氢从流路7向外部流动,由此氢不高浓度地积存在间隙6,而能够确保高压氢容器1的安全。此外,也可以不设置流路7。另外,也可以设置一个或者多个流路7。
金属圆筒2与盖部件3通过第一嵌合构造8嵌合。第一嵌合构造8是将形成于金属圆筒2的两端部的外周部的凸部8a与形成于盖部件3的内侧面的凹部8b嵌合的构造。凸部8a和凹部8b是圆环状。另外,凸部8a和凹部8b也可以在同一圆周上分布多个。此外,第一嵌合构造8也可以以其他的形状嵌合。
在比第一嵌合构造8靠内径侧的金属圆筒2与盖部件3之间设置作为密封部件的第一O型环9a和第二O型环9b。第一O型环9a配置于比第二O型环9b靠内周侧的位置。第一O型环9a将金属圆筒2与盖部件3之间密封。第二O型环9b是第一O型环9a劣化且氢泄漏的情况下的密封部件。
在第一O型环9a与第二O型环9b之间且在盖部件3形成有泄漏氢放出孔10。泄漏氢放出孔10与盖部件3的外侧的外部相通。在泄漏氢放出孔10的出口设置氢传感器11。氢传感器11监视泄漏氢的漏出。
外侧筒4与盖部件3通过第二嵌合构造12嵌合。第二嵌合构造12是将形成于外侧筒4的两端部的中央部的凸部12a与形成于盖部件3的内侧面的凹部12b嵌合的构造。凸部12a和凹部12b是圆环状。另外,凸部12a和凹部12b也可以在同一圆周上分布多个。此外,第二嵌合构造12也可以以其他的形状嵌合。
第二嵌合构造12设置于螺栓5的紧固部。螺栓5在通过第二嵌合构造12将外侧筒4以高精度的定位与盖部件3进行了组合的部分处紧固。
<变形例1>
图4是以显示金属圆筒2和外侧筒4的筒延伸方向的截面来表示本发明的实施方式的变形例1的高压氢容器1的说明图。图5是从图4的箭头B的方向显示本发明的实施方式的变形例1的高压氢容器1。这里省略与上述实施方式相同的事项的说明,仅对其特征部分进行说明。
如图4和图5所示,在盖部件3的插通孔3a不形成收纳螺栓5的头部5a的凹部。螺栓5的头部5a向盖部件3的外侧突出。在头部5a具有供六角扳子等工具嵌入的插入孔5a1而将螺栓5螺纹固定。
<变形例2>
图6是从图4的箭头B的方向显示本发明的实施方式的变形例2的高压氢容器1的侧视图。图7是以从图4的箭头B的方向的截面显示本发明的实施方式的变形例2的高压氢容器1的金属圆筒2和外侧筒4的说明图。这里省略与上述实施方式相同的事项的说明,仅对其特征部分进行说明。
如图6所示,盖部件3具有平坦的下表面。盖部件3是板状部件。外侧筒4具有与图示的盖部件3同样平坦的下表面。如图7所示,外侧筒4是配合盖部件3的外周形状而具有同形状的四边的四方筒形状的外侧四方筒。外侧筒4通过组合4张板状部件4b而构成。在4张板状部件4b的固定中使用螺栓4c等固定部件。
此外,外侧筒4也可以是与外侧四方筒不同的具有平坦的下表面的形状。例如,外侧筒4也可以是U字形状、圆锥台状或者四方锥台状等多边形状的筒部件。此时,盖部件3只要配合外侧筒4的外周形状地是同形状的板状部件即可。
<实施方式的效果>
根据实施方式,高压氢容器1具备高压氢的储藏用的金属圆筒2。高压氢容器1具备分别覆盖金属圆筒2的两端部的盖部件3。高压氢容器1具备包围金属圆筒2的圆筒部的外周的外侧筒4。高压氢容器1具备对盖部件3与外侧筒4进行固定的紧固部件。
根据该结构,通过作为紧固部件的螺栓5将分别覆盖金属圆筒2的两端部的盖部件3固定于将金属圆筒2的圆筒部的外周包围的外侧筒4而能够制造高压氢容器1。因此,能够以简易的结构提供制造不麻烦,且能够减少制造成本的安全的高压氢容器1。
根据实施方式,针对紧固部件使用螺栓5。
根据该结构,通过螺栓5将分别覆盖金属圆筒2的两端部的盖部件3固定于将金属圆筒2的圆筒部的外周包围的外侧筒4而能够制造高压氢容器1。
根据实施方式,螺栓5从盖部件3插入到外侧筒4。在盖部件3形成有收纳螺栓5的头部5a的凹部3b。
根据该结构,螺栓5在高压氢容器1的两端部不突出,能够在有限的设置空间内最大限度地增大设置于高压氢容器1的双方的盖部件3之间的圆筒部,能够增加高压氢容器1储藏的高压氢的量。特别是,对能够在车辆上的有限的设置空间内最大限度地增大搭载于运输用车辆的高压氢容器1有效。
根据实施方式,在金属圆筒2的外周与外侧筒4的内周之间形成有使金属圆筒2与外侧筒4分离的圆筒状的间隙6。
根据该结构,氢渗透到与储藏的高压氢直接接触的金属圆筒2。但是,从金属圆筒2渗出的氢积存在间隙6而不渗透到隔着间隙6的外侧筒4。因此,对于高压氢容器1而言,不产生外侧筒4和作为紧固部件的螺栓5的氢劣化,是安全的。另外,间隙6存在于金属圆筒2的外周与外侧筒4的内周之间,由此即便金属圆筒2因储藏的高压氢而在周向上变形,该变形应力也不传递给外侧筒4和作为紧固部件的螺栓5。
根据实施方式,在外侧筒4形成有从间隙6与外周侧的外部相通的流路7。
根据该结构,在间隙6不断积存从金属圆筒2渗出的氢。积存在间隙6的氢从流路7向外部流动,由此氢不高浓度地积存在间隙6,而能够确保高压氢容器1的安全。另外,不产生外侧筒4和作为紧固部件的螺栓5的氢劣化。
根据实施方式,高压氢容器1具有将金属圆筒2与盖部件3嵌合的第一嵌合构造8。
根据该结构,通过第一嵌合构造8将不利用紧固部件等固定于盖部件3的金属圆筒2以高精度的定位与盖部件3组合。由此,金属圆筒2无需相对于盖部件3使用紧固部件等固定。因此,能够减少制造工时,且能够减少制造成本。另外,防止金属圆筒2相对于盖部件3使用紧固部件等进行了固定的情况下的紧固部件的氢劣化。并且,金属圆筒2与盖部件3通过第一嵌合构造8进行位置固定,因此金属圆筒2不与外侧筒4接触,而不堵塞圆筒状的间隙6。
根据实施方式,在比第一嵌合构造8靠内径侧的金属圆筒2与盖部件3之间设置作为密封部件的第一O型环9a和第二O型环9b。
根据该结构,对于第一嵌合构造8的部分而言,金属圆筒2与盖部件3之间的形状变化复杂,密封性不好。作为密封部件的第一O型环9a和第二O型环9b设置于比第一嵌合构造8靠内径侧的金属圆筒2与盖部件3之间,由此在比密封性不好的部分靠内径侧处作为密封部件的第一O型环9a和第二O型环9b将金属圆筒2与盖部件3密封。由此,能够防止在内部储藏的高压氢的从比作为密封部件的第一O型环9a和第二O型环9b靠外周侧的位置的漏出。
根据实施方式,高压氢容器1具有将外侧筒4与盖部件3嵌合的第二嵌合构造12。
根据该结构,通过第二嵌合构造12将利用作为紧固部件的螺栓5固定于盖部件3的外侧筒4以高精度的定位与盖部件3组合。由此,外侧筒4相对于盖部件3使用作为紧固部件的螺栓5能够容易地固定。因此,能够容易地进行利用作为紧固部件的螺栓5的紧固的制造工序,能够减少制造成本。

根据实施方式,外侧筒4具有平坦的下表面。
根据该结构,外侧筒4利能够借助平坦的下表面在下方设置于设置面。由此,具有平坦的下表面的外侧筒4的针对设置面的设置稳定。
根据实施方式,外侧筒4是四方筒形状的外侧四方筒。
根据该结构,外侧筒4具有平行的上下表面和平行的两侧面,且将上下表面和两侧面构成为正交平面。由此,构成为外侧四方筒的外侧筒4在外周面不具有额外的凸部,而能够在一个高压氢容器1的上下左右方向邻接配置其他的具有外侧四方筒的高压氢容器1,而能够不浪费空间地层叠多个高压氢容器1。
根据实施方式,外侧筒4是圆筒形状的外侧圆筒。
根据该结构,构成为外侧圆筒的外侧筒4相对于整周方向具有均衡的耐压性。由此,提高构成为外侧圆筒的外侧筒4的刚性。
根据实施方式,高压氢容器1兼作运输用车辆的配重的一部分。
根据该结构,高压氢容器1的重量因金属圆筒2和外侧筒4的双层的圆筒部件而变重。因此,能够减少运输用车辆的配重的搭载总量,能够减少运输用车辆的部件个数。由此,能够减少运输用车辆的制造成本。

Claims (13)
1.一种高压氢容器,其特征在于,具备:
高压氢的储藏用的金属圆筒;
盖部件,其分别覆盖所述金属圆筒的两端部;
外侧筒,其包围所述金属圆筒的圆筒部的外周;以及
紧固部件,其对所述盖部件与所述外侧筒进行固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
对所述紧固部件而言使用螺栓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
所述螺栓从所述盖部件插入到所述外侧筒,
在所述盖部件形成收纳所述螺栓的头部的凹部。
4.根据权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
在所述金属圆筒的外周与所述外侧筒的内周之间形成使所述金属圆筒与所述外侧筒分离的间隙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
在所述外侧筒形成从所述间隙与外周侧的外部相通的流路。
6.根据权利要求1~5中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
具有将所述金属圆筒与所述盖部件嵌合的第一嵌合构造。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
在比所述第一嵌合构造靠内径侧的所述金属圆筒与所述盖部件之间设置密封部件。
8.根据权利要求1~7中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
具有将所述外侧筒与所述盖部件嵌合的第二嵌合构造。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
所述第二嵌合构造设置于所述紧固部件的紧固部。
10.根据权利要求1~9中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
所述外侧筒具有平坦的下表面。
11.根据权利要求1~10中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
所述外侧筒是四方筒形状的外侧四方筒。
12.根据权利要求1~9中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
所述外侧筒是圆筒形状的外侧圆筒。
13.根据权利要求1~12中的任一项所述的高压氢容器,其特征在于,
该高压氢容器兼作运输用车辆的配重的一部分。
