Description
本発明の高圧水素容器は、
高圧水素の貯蔵用の金属円筒と、
前記金属円筒の両端部をそれぞれ覆う蓋部材と、
前記金属円筒の円筒部の外周を取り囲む外側筒と、
前記蓋部材と前記外側筒とを固定した締結部材と、
を備え、
前記金属円筒は、クロムモリブデン鋼、ニッケルクロムモリブデン鋼、マンガンクロム鋼、マンガン鋼もしくはボロン添加鋼のうちいずれか1つを有するものとして構成され、
前記金属円筒の内周面は、脱炭層が除去されており、
前記蓋部材には、前記金属円筒の端面と対向する位置に、外部へ通じる漏洩水素放出孔が形成され、
前記漏洩水素放出孔の出口には、漏洩水素を検知する水素センサが設けられている。

前記金属円筒の外周と前記外側筒の内周との間には、前記金属円筒と前記外側円筒とを離間させた隙間が形成される。

前記外側筒には、前記隙間から外周側の外部に通じる流路が形成される。

[1]〜[5]のいずれか1つに記載の高圧水素容器は、
前記金属円筒と前記蓋部材とを嵌め合う第1嵌め合い構造を有する。

前記第1嵌め合い構造よりも内径側の前記金属円筒と前記蓋部材との間には、シール部材が設けられる。

前記外側筒と前記蓋部材とを嵌め合う第2嵌め合い構造を有する。

[1]〜[12]のいずれか1つに記載の高圧水素容器では、
当該高圧水素容器は、輸送用車両のカウンターウェイトの一部を兼ねる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るフォークリフト100を示す概略構成図である。図1に示すフォークリフト100は、燃料電池式の輸送用車両である。フォークリフト100は、車体101の前部に荷役装置102を備える。フォークリフト100は、車体101の中央部に運転席103を備える。
上述のようにフォークリフト100に高圧水素容器1が用いられる。しかし、これに限られない。その他の輸送用車両にも高圧水素容器1が用いられる。たとえば、輸送用車両としては、空港などで使用されるトーイングカーなどでも良い。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係る高圧水素容器1を金属円筒2及び外側筒4の筒延伸方向を表す断面にて示す説明図である。図2に示す高圧水素容器1は、高圧水素を貯蔵する。高圧水素容器1は、金属円筒2と、蓋部材3と、外側筒4と、を備える。蓋部材3は、外側筒4に対して締結部材であるボルト5によって固定されている。ボルト5は、一定間隔で同一円周上に複数箇所にて固定を行っている。ここで、外側筒4は、外側筒の一例である。外側筒4は、円筒形状の外側円筒を用いている。
金属円筒2は、両端部が開放された高圧水素の貯蔵用の円筒部材である。金属円筒2は、内部に貯蔵する高圧水素の漏れを防ぐため、継目無しの金属製円筒部材で構成されている。
蓋部材3は、金属円筒2の両端部にそれぞれ取り付けられて金属円筒2の両端部を覆い、金属円筒2を閉塞する。一対の蓋部材3は、円板部材である。少なくとも一方の蓋部材3には、図示しない水素通し孔に繋がった図示しないバルブが設けられ、高圧水素の封入又は放出に利用される。一対の蓋部材3は、金属円筒2と同様な金属製である。
外側筒4は、両端部が開放され、金属円筒2の円筒部の外周を取り囲む円筒部材である。外側筒4は、製造コストの低減を図るために溶接管などの継目を有する金属製円筒部材で良い。外側筒4は、金属円筒2よりも安価な鉄鋼材料の金属製である。外側筒4は、金属円筒2と同等以上の密度を有する材料であると好ましい。
金属円筒2の外周と外側筒4の内周との間には、金属円筒2と外側筒4とを離間させた円筒状の隙間6が形成されている。隙間6の半径方向の幅は、たとえば、1mm以上が好ましく、2mm以上がより好ましい。貯蔵する高圧水素に直接接触する金属円筒2には、水素が浸透する。しかし、隙間6を隔てた外側筒4には、金属円筒2からにじみ出た水素が隙間6に溜まって浸透しない。そのため、高圧水素容器1は、外側筒4及びボルト5の水素劣化を生じない。また、隙間6が金属円筒2の外周と外側筒4の内周との間に存在することにより、金属円筒2が貯蔵する高圧水素によって周方向に変形してもその変形応力が外側筒4及びボルト5に伝わらない。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係る高圧水素容器1の一部を図2のA部を拡大して示す拡大図である。図3に示すように、外側筒4には、隙間6から外周側の外部に通じる流路7が形成されるのが望ましい。隙間6に溜まった水素は、流路7から外部に流れることにより、隙間6に水素が高濃度に溜まらず、高圧水素容器1の安全が確保できる。なお、流路7は、設けられなくても良い。また、流路7は、1つ又は複数であっても良い。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例1に係る高圧水素容器1を金属円筒2及び外側筒4の筒延伸方向を表す断面にて示す説明図である。図5は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例1に係る高圧水素容器1を図4の矢印Bの方向から示す側面図である。ここでは、上記実施の形態と同様の事項の説明を省略し、その特徴部分のみ説明する。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例2に係る高圧水素容器1を図4の矢印Bの方向から示す側面図である。図7は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例2に係る高圧水素容器1の金属円筒2及び外側筒4を図4の矢印Bの方向からの断面にて示す説明図である。ここでは、上記実施の形態と同様の事項の説明を省略し、その特徴部分のみ説明する。
実施の形態によれば、高圧水素容器1は、高圧水素の貯蔵用の金属円筒2を備える。高圧水素容器1は、金属円筒2の両端部をそれぞれ覆う蓋部材3を備える。高圧水素容器1は、金属円筒2の円筒部の外周を取り囲む外側筒4を備える。高圧水素容器1は、蓋部材3と外側筒4とを固定した締結部材を備える。
Claims (13)
- 高圧水素の貯蔵用の金属円筒と、
前記金属円筒の両端部をそれぞれ覆う蓋部材と、
前記金属円筒の円筒部の外周を取り囲む外側筒と、
前記蓋部材と前記外側筒とを固定した締結部材と、
を備え、
前記金属円筒は、クロムモリブデン鋼、ニッケルクロムモリブデン鋼、マンガンクロム鋼、マンガン鋼もしくはボロン添加鋼のうちいずれか1つを有するものとして構成され、
前記金属円筒の内周面は、脱炭層が除去されており、
前記蓋部材には、前記金属円筒の端面と対向する位置に、外部へ通じる漏洩水素放出孔が形成され、
前記漏洩水素放出孔の出口には、漏洩水素を検知する水素センサが設けられている高圧水素容器。 - 前記締結部材には、ボルトが用いられる請求項1に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記ボルトは、前記蓋部材から前記外側筒に差し込まれ、
前記蓋部材には、前記ボルトの頭部を収納する凹部が形成される請求項2に記載の高圧水素容器。 - 前記金属円筒の外周と前記外側筒の内周との間には、前記金属円筒と前記外側筒とを離間させた隙間が形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記外側筒には、前記隙間から外周側の外部に通じる流路が形成される請求項4に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記金属円筒と前記蓋部材とを嵌め合う第1嵌め合い構造を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記第1嵌め合い構造よりも内径側の前記金属円筒と前記蓋部材との間には、シール部材が設けられる請求項6に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記外側筒と前記蓋部材とを嵌め合う第2嵌め合い構造を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記第2嵌め合い構造は、前記締結部材の締結部に設けられる請求項8に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記外側筒は、平坦な下面を有する請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記外側筒は、四角筒形状の外側四角筒である請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 前記外側筒は、円筒形状の外側円筒である請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
- 当該高圧水素容器は、輸送用車両のカウンターウェイトの一部を兼ねる請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の高圧水素容器。
