Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用电介质加热的毛发造型设备。
背景技术
US 2017/0360174公开了一种使用电介质加热操纵毛发的形状的设备。通常,设备包括相对的第一电极和第二电极,分别设置在可朝向彼此和远离彼此移动的第一臂和第二臂。驱动电路向第一电极和第二电极提供电能,以在使用的电极附近产生交变电场,从而导致放置在使用的电极之间的毛发进行电解质加热。在毛发的加热过程中,感测电路感测从交变电场到头发的能量的耦合的变化。控制电路控制驱动电路以根据感测到的耦合变化改变向第一电极和第二电极提供的电能。
频率范围优选地是从约1MHz到约100MHz。更优选地,频率范围是从约10MHz到约100MHz。甚至更优选地,频率范围是从约20MHz到约40MHz,这些频率非常适合消费性产品,因为它们具有有限的波传播(不像微波),因此不会对健康造成风险或存在不良的EMC(电磁兼容性)效果。使用约50V AC的电压。
发明内容
除其他外,本发明的目的是提供一种使用电介质加热的改进的毛发造型设备。本发明由独立权利要求定义。有利的实施例在从属权利要求中被定义。
本发明的实施例是基于这样一种认识,即在低于40MHz的频率范围内,如现有技术US 2017/0360174所优选的,损耗正切(loss tangent)和热发生显著依赖于水分含量。因此,利用低于40MHz的频率,如现有技术所优选的,功率级别需要根据毛发的水含量进行调整。此外,由于在造型过程中水含量变化显著,热控制需要实时准确地监测水含量,以提供最佳的加热效果,防止产生不良的过热效果和因处理不足而差的效率。从这个意义上说,需要有一种对水含量的依耐性较小并且对处理参数的关键感测和控制要求较少的方法。根据本发明的目的,这可以通过使用范围从50MHz到90MHz的频率来实现,这将使处理更少地依赖于水含量,并且同时为干毛发提供与约1MHz相同的效率。优选地,射频信号的电压不超过30V,而不超过10V的电压在应用另一热源加热毛发直到不超过150℃(并且因此低于毛发角质层损害将发生的临界温度)的第一温度的配置以及用于与来自其他热源的热量相结合选择性地将毛发皮层加热到超过第一温度且足够高以用于毛发造型的第二温度的射频电极中很好地工作。

具体实施方式
图1分别示出了湿毛发W和干毛发D的损耗正切与频率的图表。图表示出了对于低于40MHz的频率湿毛发W和干毛发W之间的损耗正切的较大差异,而对于高于50MHz的较高频率,差异就小得多,使得在这种较高的频率下,在对毛发进行造型时没有必要准确和不断地测量毛发的水分含量。虽然图表示出了在高于90MHz的频率下也会出现同样的优势,但是在超过90MHz的频率下,RF加热的效率较小。
图2示出了根据本发明的毛发造型设备100的实施例,类似于我们先前的应用WO2017/080957(律师的诉讼事件表2015PF01581),不同的是,在图2的实施例中,使用射频(radio-frequency,RF)加热,而不是光。毛发造型设备100包括两个夹钳101,这两个夹钳铰接以捏住几缕毛发。每个夹钳101都包括RF电极或大面积电极102的阵列,这些电极将选择性地将毛发皮层加热到造型所需的约170℃的温度。该温度可以被控制,以防止其他不理想的加热效果,诸如分别在250℃和1200℃下期望的熔化和汽化。
每个夹钳101都可选地包括另一个热源103,该热源可以直接或间接将毛发预先加热到不超过150℃,优选地不超过140℃(例如120℃)的第一温度,以增强毛发的介电性能。其他热源103和RF电极102的组合加热效果将导致造型所需的约170℃的温度。
附加的毛发传导性感测控制器104可以用于测量毛发介电性能并且通过调整功率来优化处理。附加的热控制系统105可以用于调节温度设置和处理时间。为了对毛发进行拉直/造型,将几缕毛发插入板之间并且使其移动直到毛发定型。
对于消费者主张,接触电阻式RF加热比非接触电容式RF加热优选,因为后者需要高电压和功率或较长的切割时间。在图2的实施例中,低于10V的电压适合于与范围在50MHz和90MHz之间的高频率一起使用。

Claims (3)
1.一种毛发造型设备(100),包括:
电极(102),用于将射频信号应用于毛发,
其特征在于,所述射频信号的频率是在50MHz和90MHz之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛发造型设备(100),其中所述射频信号的电压不超过30V。
3.根据权利要求2所述的毛发造型设备(100),其中所述毛发造型设备(100)还包括不同于所述电极的热源(103),用于加热毛发直到不超过150℃的第一温度,以及其中所述射频信号的电压不超过10V。
