In the smoke and stove linkage control method of the embodiment, the fan is controlled to start or stop running by comprehensive judgment processing according to the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood, the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood, the working temperature value of the stove and the running state of the fan, so that comprehensive treatment and judgment are realized from the internal and external gas concentration value of the range hood, the running state of the fan and the working temperature value of the stove, a control instruction for judging whether the fan is started or not is obtained, the accuracy of the fan running control instruction and the timeliness of controlling the running work of the fan are improved, and the unreliability that the traditional smoke and stove linkage method depends on the working temperature of the stove alone to judge whether the fan is controlled to run or not is avoided.

and the controller 15 is respectively connected with the fan 11, the gas detection device 12, the temperature detection device 13 and the fan state detection device 14, and controls the fan 11 to start or stop running according to detection data of the gas detection device 12, the temperature detection device 13 and the fan state detection device 14.
Certainly, in order to obtain the external environment gas concentration value and the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood accurately, the range hood further includes a valve 16 for controlling whether the exhaust channel of the range hood is communicated with the external environment, and the valve 16 is connected to the controller 15. That is to say, the controller 15 can control the valve 16 to open, so that the exhaust channel inside the range hood is communicated with the external environment of the range hood, and the gas detection device detects the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood; when the controller controls the valve to be closed, the exhaust channel inside the range hood is communicated with the external environment of the range hood in a cutting mode, so that the gas detection device can only detect the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood at the moment, the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood cannot be doped, and the gas concentration detection result is more accurate.
The embodiment also provides a smoke stove linkage control system for realizing the smoke stove linkage control method. Referring to fig. 3, the smoke and range linkage control system comprises a kitchen range and a range hood shown in fig. 2. The temperature detection device on the range hood detects the working temperature of the kitchen range, the fan state detection device detects the running state of the fan, and the gas detection device of the range hood detects and processes the concentration value of the gas in the external environment and the concentration value of the gas in the exhaust channel, so that whether the fan is started or not can be controlled in time, the working state of the kitchen range can be responded timely and accurately, and the accuracy and the linkage response speed during the linkage control of the smoke stove are improved.
Of course, in the actual case of the smoke range linkage control system, other design situations are also possible. For example:

the temperature detection device is arranged on the kitchen range, and the controller is also arranged on the kitchen range, so that the kitchen range can detect the working temperature and comprehensively process and judge the detection data of the gas detection device, the temperature detection device and the fan state detection device through the kitchen range, a control instruction for the fan of the range hood to execute is formed, and the range hood can timely and accurately respond to the working state of the kitchen range.
Case two:
the temperature detection device is independent of the range hood and the kitchen range, and the controller is also independent of the range hood and the kitchen range, so that the controller which is independently arranged can comprehensively process and judge according to detection data of the gas detection device, the temperature detection device and the fan state detection device, a control instruction for the fan of the range hood to execute is formed, and the range hood is instructed to make timely and accurate response to the working state of the kitchen range.
In the above-mentioned various smoke range linkage control systems, the controller may be connected to the temperature detection device and the gas detection device by wireless communication or wired communication, respectively.

Claims (10)

step b, acquiring a gas concentration value in an air exhaust channel of the range hood;

d, detecting the running state of a fan of the range hood;
and e, controlling the fan of the range hood to start or stop running according to the external environment gas concentration value, the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel, the working temperature value of the stove and the running state of the fan of the range hood.

The smoke range linkage control method according to claim 1, wherein in the step e, according to the external environment gas concentration value, the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel, the working temperature of the kitchen range and the fan operation state of the range hood, the fan of the range hood is controlled to start or stop operating in the following steps S1-S10:
step S1, judging according to the running state of the fan:
when the running state of the fan is starting running, the step S2 is carried out; otherwise, go to step S6;
step S2, judging the current working state of the cooker:
when the current working state of the cooker is judged to be possible to be closed, the step S3 is carried out; otherwise, go to step S8;
step S3, judging according to the acquired external environment gas concentration value of the range hood:
when the concentration value of the external environment gas of the range hood rises, judging that the current working state of the kitchen range is possibly opened, and turning to the step S4; otherwise, after acquiring the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood again, the step S1 is executed;
step S4, starting timing for the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the cooker, and making judgment processing according to the timing result of the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the cooker:
when the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the kitchen range exceeds the preset duration, judging that the current working state of the kitchen range is recovered to be the closed state, resetting the timing result of the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the kitchen range at present, acquiring the concentration value of the external environment gas of the range hood and the concentration value of the gas in the exhaust channel of the range hood again, and then switching to the step S1; otherwise, go to step S5;
step S5, judging according to the acquired working temperature of the cooker:
when the working temperature of the kitchen range continuously rises, judging that the current working state of the kitchen range is open, controlling a fan of the range hood to start and operate, acquiring the concentration value of the external environment gas of the range hood and the concentration value of the gas in an exhaust channel of the range hood again, and then switching to the step S1; otherwise, after acquiring the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood again, the step S1 is executed;
step S6, judging the current working state of the cooker:
when the current working state of the cooker is judged to be possible to be opened, the step S7 is carried out; otherwise, go to step S8;
step S7, judging according to the acquired working temperature of the cooker:
when the working temperature of the cooker continuously drops, judging that the current working state of the cooker is possibly closed, and turning to the step S8; otherwise, after acquiring the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood again, the step S1 is executed;
step S8, starting timing for the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the cooker, and making judgment processing according to the timing result of the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the cooker:
when the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the kitchen range exceeds the preset duration, judging that the current working state of the kitchen range is recovered to be the open state, resetting the timing result of the waiting confirmation duration of the working state of the kitchen range at present, acquiring the concentration value of the external environment gas of the range hood and the concentration value of the gas in the exhaust channel of the range hood again, and then switching to the step S1; otherwise, go to step S9;
step S9, acquiring the current external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the current air exhaust channel gas concentration value of the range hood, and turning to step S10;
step S10, according to the acquired current external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the current gas concentration value in the exhaust channel, judging and processing:
when the gas concentration difference value between the current external environment gas concentration value and the current air exhaust channel gas concentration value is smaller than the preset gas concentration difference value, judging that the working state of the cooker is closed, controlling a fan of the range hood to stop running, and after the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the gas concentration value in the air exhaust channel of the range hood are obtained again, turning to the step S1; otherwise, after the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood and the gas concentration value in the exhaust channel of the range hood are obtained again, the step S1 is executed.

The smoke range linkage control method according to claim 2, wherein in step S3, when the continuous rising time of the acquired external environment gas concentration value of the range hood is greater than a first preset time value, it is determined that the external environment gas concentration value of the range hood is rising.

The smoke range linkage control method according to claim 3, wherein in step S5, when the continuous rising time of the acquired working temperature of the stove is greater than a second preset time value, the working temperature of the stove is judged to continuously rise; and in step S7, when the continuous falling time of the acquired working temperature of the cooker is larger than a third preset time value, judging that the working temperature of the cooker continuously falls.
5. The smoke stove linkage control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the step c, the working temperature of the stove is obtained by detecting infrared rays radiated from a flame of the stove or by detecting the stove with a heat-sensitive method.
6. The range hood which is matched with the range hood linkage control method of any one of claims 1 to 5 to realize the range hood linkage control method comprises a fan and is characterized by further comprising:
the gas detection device is used for detecting the concentration value of the external environment gas of the range hood and the concentration value of the gas in the exhaust channel of the range hood;
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the working temperature of the cooker;
the fan state detection device is used for detecting the running state of the fan;
and the controller is respectively connected with the fan, the gas detection device, the temperature detection device and the fan state detection device and controls the fan to start or stop running according to detection data of the gas detection device, the temperature detection device and the fan state detection device.
7. The range hood of claim 6, further comprising a valve for controlling the communication between the exhaust channel of the range hood and the external environment, wherein the valve is connected to the controller.
8. A smoke stove linkage control system for realizing the smoke stove linkage control method of any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
the range hood is provided with a fan;
a cooker;
