本发明涉及一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,由管件接头、密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套和管道构成,管件接头为一字形壁厚相等的圆管,管件接头的内腔装配密封圈、齿形卡环和衬套,管道的端头依次穿越衬套、齿形卡环、密封圈的内径,使用卡压式夹具在管件接头的外径径向施压,在压力的作用下发生形变,管件接头的两端由管状形挤压成颈脖形;发明的有益效果是密封圈将管件接头内径与管道外径缝隙牢固的密封,齿形卡环上设有棘齿与管道外径紧密咬合卡紧,由此而来抗拉拔强度大幅度的提高,加装带有齿形的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套的抗拉拔强度是单独使用密封圈抗拉拔强度的1.5‑2.5倍,因此可以满足高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道强度指标和安全的要求。

一种带齿形环的卡压式管道连接件
技术领域
本发明涉及管道连接件技术领域,具体地说是一种带齿形环的卡压式管道连接件。
背景技术
目前,随着建筑技术水平的不断提高和土地利用率的有效增长,城镇房屋的高层建筑越来越多,罐装煤气已被管道煤气取而代之,传统的薄壁卡压式管道连接件达不到高层建筑对燃气、消防、热力管道强度指标,是显为突出的问题,因此为了保证城镇高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道安全的需要,研发强度达标安全可靠的卡压式管道连接件刻不容缓。
发明内容
为了确保城镇高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道强度指标和安全的要求,本发明的目的是提供一种带齿形环的卡压式管道连接件,采用普通的厚壁钢管,经过机械加工后形成管坯,再将管坯挤压成管件接头,管件接头内腔设有密封圈、齿形卡环和衬套,安装时将管道插入管件接头内腔装配的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套内径,使用卡压式夹具在管件接头的外径径向施压,在压力的作用下发生形变,管件接头的两端由管状形挤压成颈脖形,密封圈将管件接头内径与管道外径缝隙牢固的密封,齿形卡环上设有棘齿与管道外径紧密咬合卡紧,由此而来抗拉拔强度大幅度的提高,加装齿形的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套的抗拉拔强度是单独使用密封圈抗拉拔强度的1.5-2.5倍,因此可以满足高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道强度指标和安全的要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,包括管件接头1、密封圈2、管道5,管件接头1为一字形壁厚相等的圆管,管件接头1的中部设有环形凹槽段1a,环形凹槽1a的两端依次设有锥形管1b、圆管段1c, 密封圈凸环段1d和收缩卡口1f,其特征在于:还包括密封圈凸环段1d与收缩卡口1f之间增加了装配齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e,在密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e内腔并列装配密封圈2、齿形卡环3和衬套4,管道5的端头依次穿越收缩卡口1e、衬套4、齿形卡环3、密封圈2、圆管段1c、锥形管1b的内径到环形凹槽段1a,由卡压工具在圆管段1c、密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e外径径向施压,圆管段1c、密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e在压力的作用下发生由圆管形到颈脖形。
所述的密封圈2外径为半月形,密封圈2内径为一字锯齿形2a,密封圈2外径与密封圈凸环段1d内腔配合,密封圈2内径一字锯齿形2a与管道5配合。
所述的齿形卡环3设有棘齿3a,棘齿3a在齿形卡环3的内圈交错排列。
所述的管件接头1的口径从DN15-DN100,规格包括直通、弯头、三通及卡压式转换接头所包含的任一规格。
工作原理:采用普通的厚壁钢管,经过机械加工后形成管坯,再将管坯挤压成管件接头,管件接头内腔设有密封圈、齿形卡环和衬套,安装时将管道插入管件接头内腔装配的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套内径,使用卡压式夹具在管件接头的外径径向施压,在压力的作用下发生形变,管件接头的两端由管状挤压成颈脖形,密封圈将管件接头内径与管道外径缝隙牢固的密封,齿形卡环上设有棘齿与管道外径紧密咬合卡紧,由此而来抗拉拔强度大幅度的提高,可以满足高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道强度指标和安全的要求,管件接头的口径从DN15-DN100,规格包括直通、弯头、三通及卡压转换接头所包含的任一规格。
本发明的有益效果,由于采用上述的构造,使用普通的厚壁钢管,经过机械加工后形成管坯,再将管坯挤压成管件接头,管件接头内腔设有密封圈、齿形卡环和衬套,安装时将钢管插入管件接头内腔装配的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套内径,使用卡压式夹具在管件接头的外径径向施压,在压力的作用下发生形变,管件接头的两端由管状形挤压成颈脖形,密封圈将管件接头内径与管道外径缝隙牢固的密封,齿形卡环上设有棘齿与管道外径紧密咬合卡紧,由此而来抗拉拔强度大幅度的提高,加装齿形的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套的抗拉拔强度是单独使用密封圈抗拉拔强度的1.5-2.5倍。通常DN32薄壁卡压式钢管与管件连接最小抗拉阻力为6.42kN,DN32加装齿形的密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套的抗拉阻力可达到12.06 kN,由此可见加装齿形密封圈、齿形卡环、衬套起到了增大抗拉阻力、防止污水、雨水侵蚀的作用,满足了高层建筑的燃气、消防、热力管道耐压强度和安全使用的要求,管件接头的口径从DN15-DN100,规格包括直通、弯头、三通及卡压式转换接头所包含的任一规格。

说明书附图是本发明实施的优选方式,下面结合附图进一步地说明本发明的一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件。
如附图1—2所示:本发明的一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,由管件接头1、密封圈2、齿形卡环3、衬套4、管道5,管件接头1为一字形壁厚相等的圆管,管件接头1的中部设有环形凹槽段1a,环形凹槽1a的两端依次设有锥形管1b、圆管段1c, 密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e和收缩卡口1f,在密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e内腔并列装配密封圈2、齿形卡环3和衬套4,管道5的端头依次穿越收缩卡口1f、衬套4、齿形卡环3、密封圈2、圆管段1c、锥形管1b的内径到环形凹槽段1a,由卡压工具在圆管段1c、密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e外径径向施压,圆管段1c、密封圈凸环段1d、齿形卡环3和衬套4的凸环装配段1e在压力的作用下发生由圆管形到颈脖形。
如附图3所示:所述的密封圈2外径为半月形,密封圈2内径为一字锯齿形2a,密封圈2外径与密封圈凸环段1d内腔配合,密封圈2内径一字锯齿形2a与管道5配合。
如附图4所示:所述的齿形卡环3设有棘齿3a,棘齿3a在齿形卡环3的内圈交错排列。

1.一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,包括管件接头(1)、密封圈(2)、管道(5),管件接头(1)为一字形壁厚相等的圆管,管件接头(1)的中部设有环形凹槽段(1a),环形凹槽(1a)的两端依次设有锥形管(1b)、圆管段(1c), 密封圈凸环段(1d)和收缩卡口(1f),其特征在于:还包括密封圈凸环段(1d)与收缩卡口(1f)之间增加了装配齿形卡环(3)和衬套(4)的凸环装配段(1e),在密封圈凸环段(1d)、齿形卡环(3)和衬套(4)的凸环装配段(1e)内腔并列装配密封圈(2)、齿形卡环(3)和衬套(4),管道(5)的端头依次穿越收缩卡口(1f)、衬套(4)、齿形卡环(3)、密封圈(2)、圆管段(1c)、锥形管(1b)的内径到环形凹槽段(1a),由卡压工具在圆管段(1c)、密封圈凸环段(1d)、齿形卡环(3)和衬套(4)的凸环装配段(1e)外径径向施压,圆管段(1c)、密封圈凸环段(1d)、齿形卡环(3)和衬套(4)的凸环装配段(1e)在压力的作用下发生由圆管形到颈脖形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,其特征在于:所述的密封圈(2)外径为半月形,密封圈(2)内径为一字锯齿形(2a),密封圈(2)外径与密封圈凸环段(1d)内腔配合,密封圈(2)内径一字锯齿形(2a)与管道(5)配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,其特征在于:所述的齿形卡环(3)设有棘齿(3a),棘齿(3a)在齿形卡环(3)的内圈交错排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿形环卡压式管道连接件,其特征在于:所述的管件接头(1)的口径从DN15-DN100,规格包括直通、弯头、三通及卡压式转换接头所包含的任一规格。
