随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装性能的要求不断提高,制作服装的面料的手感、舒适度、版型修身效果等越来越受到人们的关注,针织面料是由线圈相互穿套连接而成的织物,是织物的一大品种。
在公开号为CN105799288A的中国发明专利申请文件中公开了一种防静电针织面料及其制备方法,一种防静电针织面料,由三层纱线复合而成;其中各层由不同的织物组份复合而成:其中内层由以下两种成分复合组成:a1聚氯乙烯纤维;b1腈纶纤维;中层由以下三种成分复合组成:a2纤维素纤维;b2锦纶纤维;c2羊毛混纺纤维;外层由以下三种成分复合组成:a3抗静电纤维;b3金属混纺纤维;c3蛋白质纤维;所述面料每平方米的重量为130-220g;所述面料的厚度为1.2-2.5mm。三层分别选择合适的织物纤维进行复合,再进行纱织而成,增强了面料内外层的导电性,很大程度降低了其由于摩擦而产生的静电现象的发生。

所述蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为720-800nm,阴离子交换容量为80-90mmol/100g,层间距为1.4-1.6nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:(2-4)进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,55-65℃下加热搅拌1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,对蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,先利用第一处理液中的蒙脱土沉积在蛋白质纤维表面或蛋白质纤维秒系空隙中,并发挥出良好的疏水特性,阻碍了水分向纤维内扩散及毛细管凝结水的产生,并阻碍蛋白质纤维表面亲水集团与水分子的结合;紧接着,利用第二处理液中的季铵盐能够是蛋白质纤维上形成有机蒙脱土,且与蛋白质纤维件的结合更加牢固。如此设置,大大提高了阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的阻水性,能够减少水分子对防静电织物的静电现象减弱影响,进而能够使阻燃防静电保暖针织材料在应用过程中保持良好稳定的防静电性能。
优选的,所述改性蛋白质纤维还经由功能原液加压浸渍处理0.5-1.5h,并取出后干燥至恒重得到;其中,功能原液包含以下重量份的原料:
荷叶蜡10-15份;
功能助剂3-6份;
溶剂50-70份。
通过采用上述技术方案,荷叶蜡为天然的疏水物质,且与改性蛋白质纤维之间具有良好的吸附性和结合性,不仅有利于降低水分对蛋白质纤维性能的影响,还能够起到良好的抗氧化作用,并提高改性蛋白质纤维的柔顺性。同时,功能助剂能够根据实际需求赋予改性蛋白质纤维相应的品质,进而提高阻燃防静电保暖针织材料整体的品质。

通过采用上述技术方案,渗透剂有利于使荷叶蜡能够更好的作用于改性蛋白质纤维;耐光剂能够提高改性蛋白质纤维的抗老化性能;柔顺剂使改性蛋白质纤维的质地变得更加柔顺;抗菌剂有利于减少改性蛋白质纤维被微生物沾污的侵蚀,提高穿着的舒适度。
优选的,所述功能原液中还加入有重量份数为0.5-0.9份的导电粒子。
通过采用上述技术方案,在功能原液中加入抗静电粒子,利用荷叶蜡的包覆性和成膜性,能够使导电粒子与改性蛋白质纤维具有良好的结合度,进而能够使最终得到的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的防静电稳定性大大提高。
优选的,所述导电粒子的粒径为40-60nm。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述粒径的导电粒子能够均匀的分散在有机蒙脱土颗粒间的缝隙处,并与改性蛋白质纤维的表面紧密贴合,有利于提高改性蛋白质纤维表面的顺滑性,并起到良好的防静电性能。
优选的,所述蛋白质纤维选用为羊毛、蚕丝和棉纤维中的任意一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述种类的蛋白质纤维具有良好的保暖性和柔软性,在与其他纤维混纺针织后得到的成品具有良好的舒适度。
优选的,所述合成纤维选用为涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、维纶和氨纶中的任意一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述种类的合成纤维强度高、弹性好、耐磨、耐化学腐蚀,使阻燃防静电保暖针织材料整体具有良好的品质。
第二方面,本申请提供一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维;
(2)蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:

综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请对蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,大大提高了阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的阻水性,能够减少水分子对防静电织物的静电现象减弱影响,进而能够使阻燃防静电保暖针织材料在应用过程中保持良好稳定的防静电性能;
2、本申请中优选采用荷叶蜡对改性蛋白质纤维进行处理,使荷叶蜡与改性蛋白质纤维之间具有良好的吸附性和结合性,不仅有利于降低水分对蛋白质纤维性能的影响,还能够起到良好的抗氧化作用,并提高改性蛋白质纤维的柔顺性;
3、本申请中在功能原液中加入抗静电粒子,利用荷叶蜡的包覆性和成膜性,能够使导电粒子与改性蛋白质纤维具有良好的结合度,进而能够使最终得到的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的防静电稳定性大大提高。

制备例2
称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡10份、功能助剂6份和溶剂70份,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为渗透剂,购自为润丰渗透剂OE-35;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
制备例3

称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡12.5份、功能助剂4.5份和溶剂60份,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为柔顺剂,购自超宝DFG010织物柔顺剂;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
制备例6
称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡12.5份、功能助剂4.5份和溶剂60份,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为抗菌剂,购自佛山科普茵生物科技有限公司的纺织防霉抗菌剂KP-MJ140;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
制备例7
称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡12.5份、功能助剂4.5份、溶剂60份和导电粒子0.7份,电粒子的粒径为50nm,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为渗透剂,购自为润丰渗透剂OE-35;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;导电粒子选用为金属粉镍;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
制备例8
称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡12.5份、功能助剂4.5份、溶剂60份和导电粒子0.9份,电粒子的粒径为40nm,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为渗透剂,购自为润丰渗透剂OE-35;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;导电粒子选用为金属粉镍;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
制备例9
称取以下重量份(kg)的原料,荷叶蜡12.5份、功能助剂4.5份、溶剂60份和导电粒子0.5份,电粒子的粒径为60nm,进行搅拌混合,300rpm下搅拌5min,得到功能原液。功能助剂选用为渗透剂,购自为润丰渗透剂OE-35;溶剂选用为聚乙二醇400;导电粒子选用为金属粉镍;荷叶蜡购自为南京百聚科技有限公司的荷叶蜡乳液MD-2340。
实施例
实施例1
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其各组分及其相应的重量份数如表1所示,且阻燃防静电保暖针织材料通过如下步骤制备获得:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维;
(2)蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为760nm,阴离子交换容量为85mmol/100g,层间距为1.5nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:3进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理1.5h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,60℃下加热搅拌1.5h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维;
(3)将改性蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维混纺形成纱线,再在针织机上编织,即可得到阻燃防静电保暖针织材料。
注:上述阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的门幅为165cm,每平方米重量为200g,厚度为2mm;蛋白质纤维选用为羊毛、蚕丝和棉纤维中的任意一种;合成纤维选用为涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、维纶和氨纶中的任意一种。
实施例2
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,通过如下步骤制备获得:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维
(2)蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为720nm,阴离子交换容量为90mmol/100g,层间距为1.4nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:4进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理1h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,65℃下加热搅拌1h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维;
(3)将改性蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维混纺形成纱线,再在针织机上编织,即可得到阻燃防静电保暖针织材料。
实施例3
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,通过如下步骤制备获得:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维
(2)蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为800nm,阴离子交换容量为80mmol/100g,层间距为1.6nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:2进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,55℃下加热搅拌2h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维;
(3)将改性蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维混纺形成纱线,再在针织机上编织,即可得到阻燃防静电保暖针织材料。
实施例4-5
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的重量份数如表1所示。

一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,步骤(2)具体设置为:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为800nm,阴离子交换容量为80mmol/100g,层间距为1.6nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:2进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,55℃下加热搅拌2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再经由制备例1中的功能原液加压浸渍处理1h,并取出后干燥至恒重得到改性蛋白质纤维。
实施例7
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例6的不同之处在于,功能原液选用为制备例2。
实施例8
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例6的不同之处在于,功能原液选用为制备例3。
实施例9
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例6的不同之处在于,功能原液选用为制备例4。
实施例10
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例6的不同之处在于,功能原液选用为制备例5。

S2:将蛋白质纤维浸渍到第二处理液中,60℃下加热搅拌1.5h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维。
对比例3
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,具体通过如下步骤获得:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维;
(2)将蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维混纺形成纱线,再在针织机上编织,即可得到阻燃防静电保暖针织材料。
对比例4
一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,与实施例12的不同之处在于,功能原液中不含有荷叶蜡。
性能检测试验试验样品:采用实施例1-14中获得的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料作为试验样品1-14,采用对比例1-4中获得的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料作为对照样品1-4。
试验方法:将试验样品1-14和对照样品1-4干燥至绝干,分别放入锡纸盒中,并放入相对湿度为100%的干燥器中,环境温度为25℃,经过12h后,取出称其质量,计算吸湿率。并根据标准GB/T24249-2009中的方法检测试验样品1-14和对照样品1-4是否符合标准。
试验结果:由试验样品1-5和对照样品1-3的测试结果对比可得,第一处理液和第二处理液对蛋白质纤维的配合改性,能够起到良好的复配增效作用,进而能够大大降低阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的吸湿率,提高防静电性能的稳定性。由试验样品1和试验样品6的测试结果对比可得,用功能原液进行处理改性蛋白质纤维,能够进一步降低低阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的吸湿率,并提高其整体品质。由试验样品6和对照样品4的测试结果对比可得,荷叶蜡为功能原液的主要成分,没有荷叶蜡的功能原液无法降低低阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的吸湿性能。

1.一种阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的原料制成:
蛋白质纤维 20-25份;
合成纤维 15-20份;
阻燃黏胶纤维55-65份;
静电纤维 3-5份;
所述蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为720-800nm,阴离子交换容量为80-90mmol/100g,层间距为1.4-1.6nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:(2-4)进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,55-65℃下加热搅拌1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维;
所述改性蛋白质纤维还经由功能原液加压浸渍处理0.5-1.5h,并取出后干燥至恒重得到;其中,功能原液包含以下重量份的原料:
荷叶蜡 10-15份;
功能助剂 3-6份;
溶剂 50-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于:所述功能助剂选用为渗透剂、耐光剂、柔顺剂和抗菌剂中的一种或几种的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于:所述功能原液中还加入有重量份数为0.5-0.9份的导电粒子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于:所述导电粒子的粒径为40-60nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于:所述蛋白质纤维选用为羊毛、蚕丝和棉纤维中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料,其特征在于:所述合成纤维选用为涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、维纶和氨纶中的任意一种。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述的阻燃防静电保暖针织材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维;
(2)蛋白质纤维进行改性处理,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将蒙脱土加入水中制成悬浮液,悬浮液粒径为720-800nm,阴离子交换容量为80-90mmol/100g,层间距为1.4-1.6nm,得到第一处理液;将季铵盐和二奎基二甲基氯化铵按重量比为1:(2-4)进行混合,得到第二处理液;
S2:将蛋白质纤维浸没在第一处理液中,进行加压浸渍处理1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,再浸渍到第二处理液中,55-65℃下加热搅拌1-2h,取出后干燥至恒重,即可得到改性蛋白质纤维;
(3)将改性蛋白质纤维、合成纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维和静电纤维混纺形成纱线,再在针织机上编织,即可得到阻燃防静电保暖针织材料。
