The blanking device comprises a fifth support and a eleventh air cylinder, the fifth support is fixed on the base, an output belt used for outputting coarse materials is mounted on the fifth support, the eleventh air cylinder is fixed on the fifth support, a piston rod of the eleventh air cylinder is horizontally arranged, and a third finger air cylinder used for clamping the coarse materials is fixed at the end part of a piston rod of the eleventh air cylinder.
Adopt this structure, after the electric claw resets the coarse fodder, clip the coarse fodder on the electric claw through finger cylinder three, drive finger cylinder three-dimensional output belt department through cylinder eleven and remove to can put the coarse fodder smoothly on the output belt, the unloading is convenient.
Compared with the prior art, the processing technology of the bamboo product has the following advantages:

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-12, the processing method of the bamboo product includes the following steps:
a. sawing: removing side branches of the bamboo, selecting the bamboo with a thick and straight main rod and a diameter of 8-9cm, and sawing the bamboo into coarse materials with the length of 20-30cm in each section by a sawing machine;
b. deburring: chamfering and deburring two ends of the sawn coarse material through chamfering equipment to enable the cut to be smooth and clean;
c. knocking through bamboo joints: knocking through bamboo joints in the deburred coarse material through a processing line, and reserving bamboo joints at the bottom of the coarse material;
d. polishing the inside: polishing the interior of the coarse material with good bamboo joint through a processing line to make the interior smooth;
e. cleaning and drying: pouring out waste materials in the coarse materials with the polished inner parts through a processing assembly line, cleaning the inner parts and the outer parts of the coarse materials, and drying the coarse materials to obtain bamboo tubes;
f. soaking: soaking the bamboo tube in the mildew-proof solution for 30-60min, in this embodiment, for 40 min;
g. drying: and (4) putting the soaked bamboo tube into a channel type drying oven for drying to obtain the required bamboo product.
In the step a, selecting bamboos with thick and straight main stems and 8cm diameters, and sawing the bamboos into coarse materials with the length of 25cm for each section through a sawing machine.
The grinding time in the step d is 10-30s, and in the embodiment, the grinding time in the step d is 15 s.
The washing time in step e is 40-60s, in this example, the washing time in step e is 40 s.
The blow-drying temperature in step e is 60-80 ℃, and in this embodiment, the blow-drying temperature in step e is 80 ℃.
The mould proof solution in the step f is as follows: according to the weight portion, 15-30 portions of radix sophorae flavescentis, 6-8 portions of pine branches, 20-40 portions of shaddock peel, 6-9 portions of tea bran, 2-6 portions of houttuynia cordata, 1-4 portions of alum, 4-6 portions of eucalyptus urophylla leaves and 200 portions of water are stirred and decocted for 1-2 hours, and the soaking solution is prepared after cooling, in the embodiment, 18 portions of radix sophorae flavescentis, 7 portions of pine branches, 25 portions of shaddock peel, 6 portions of tea bran, 3 portions of houttuynia cordata, 1 portion of alum, 4 portions of eucalyptus urophylla leaves and 180 portions of water are stirred and decocted for 1.5 hours according to the weight portion.
The drying temperature in step g is 100-120 ℃, and in this embodiment, the drying temperature in step g is 110 ℃.
The processing line comprises a base 1, wherein an annular track 3 is fixed on the base 1, a tooth part 3a is arranged on the track 3, in the embodiment, the annular track 3 adopts the existing products available on the market, a plurality of sliding tables 2 are arranged on the track 3, and in the embodiment, the number of the sliding tables 2 is eight; a guide rod 32 is horizontally fixed on the sliding table 2, a movable seat 31 is arranged on the guide rod 32, the movable seat 31 is rotatably connected with the lower end of a rotating shaft 38, the upper end of the rotating shaft 38 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of a placing turntable 28, an electric chuck 27 for positioning coarse materials is arranged on the upper surface of the placing turntable 28, and in the embodiment, the electric chuck 27 is an existing product available in the market; the side part of the placing turntable 28 is further provided with anti-skid lines 29 for transmission, a limiting block 35 is further fixed on the sliding table 2, the movable seat 31 can abut against the limiting block 35, a supporting spring I33 is further installed between the limiting block 35 and the movable seat 31, a power motor 37 is further fixed on the sliding table 2, an output shaft of the power motor 37 is vertically downward, a power wheel 36 matched with the tooth part 3a is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the power motor 37, and a feeding device, a knocking-through device, a polishing device, a cleaning and drying device and a discharging device are further sequentially arranged on the base 1.
The feeding device comprises a first support 26, a conveying frame 25, a feeding box 22, a buffer storage table 24, a first air cylinder 42, a second air cylinder 48, a third air cylinder 46 and a lifting table 47, wherein the first support 26 is fixed on the base 1, and in the embodiment, the first support 26 is fixed on the base 1 in a bolt connection mode; the conveying frame 25 is fixed on the first support 26, the conveying frame 25 is Y-shaped, a plurality of conveying rollers 43 for conveying coarse materials are horizontally arranged on the conveying frame 25, the feeding box 22 is fixed on the first support 26, the feeding box 22 is positioned above the large opening end of the conveying frame 25, a partition plate 39 is vertically fixed in the feeding box 22, the feeding box 22 is divided into two material storage parts by the partition plate 39, discharge openings communicated with the material storage parts are formed in the bottom of the feeding box 22, semicircular adjusting parts 40 capable of outputting the coarse materials one by one are horizontally and rotatably arranged at the discharge openings, the semicircular adjusting parts 40 are connected with a first driving motor 23, the caching platform 24 is fixed on the first support 26, the caching platform 24 is positioned between the feeding box 22 and the conveying frame 25, two placing grooves 24a for placing the coarse materials are formed in the caching platform 24, limiting pieces are fixed at two ends of the placing grooves 24a, an avoiding through groove is further formed in the middle of the caching platform 24, the first air cylinder 42 is fixed on the first support 26, a piston rod of the first air cylinder 42 is vertically upward, a sorting piece 41 is fixed at the end portion of the piston rod of the first air cylinder 42, the sorting piece 41 is in an isosceles triangle shape, the second air cylinder 48 is fixed on the first support 26, the piston rod of the second air cylinder 48 is vertically downward, the lifting table 47 is fixed at the end portion of the piston rod of the second air cylinder 48, the lifting table 47 is close to the small-opening end of the conveying frame 25, the third air cylinder 46 is fixed on the lifting table 47, the piston rod of the third air cylinder 46 is horizontally arranged, a first finger air cylinder 45 for clamping coarse materials is fixed at the end portion of the piston rod of the third air cylinder 46, and a material blocking piece 44 is further fixed on the lifting table 47.
The collision device comprises a second bracket 21, a guide strip 30, a driving block 59, a linkage block 54, a linkage piece 58, an extrusion piece 50, a collision rod 55 and a fourth cylinder 49, wherein the second bracket 21 is fixed on the base 1, and in the embodiment, the second bracket 21 is fixed on the base 1 in a bolt connection mode; the guide bar 30 is vertically fixed on the second bracket 21, the driving block 59 and the linkage block 54 are both arranged on the guide bar 30 in a sliding manner, a pushing spring 51 is further arranged between the linkage block 54 and the guide bar 30, the linkage piece 58 is horizontally arranged on the linkage block 54 in a sliding manner, a first auxiliary spring 53 is further arranged between the linkage piece 58 and the linkage block 54, a reset column 52 is fixed on the linkage piece 58, the extrusion piece 50 is fixed on the guide bar 30, an inclined extrusion surface matched with the reset column 52 is arranged on the extrusion piece 50, a fourth air cylinder 49 is fixed on the second bracket 21, a piston rod of the fourth air cylinder 49 is vertically downward, the end part of a piston rod of the fourth air cylinder 49 is connected with the driving block 59, a driving column 57 is fixed on the driving block 59, a horizontal contact surface and an inclined avoiding surface matched with the driving column 57 are also arranged on the linkage piece 58, the upper end of the impact rod 55 is connected with the linkage block 54, a crushing head 56 capable of knocking through the bamboo joints of coarse materials is fixed at the lower end of the impact rod 55, and the crushing head 56 can be located directly above the placing turntable 28.
The guide bar 30 is also provided with a limiting piece for limiting the striker 55; with this structure, the stopper rod can be used to perform the stopper motion when the striker 55 moves downward.
The crushing head 56 is a cone with an inner cavity.
The side surface of the crushing head 56 is provided with a plurality of slots 56a communicated with the inner cavity, and the slots 56a are uniformly distributed; by adopting the structure, the crushing head 56 can better knock coarse bamboo joints through.
An auxiliary rod 61 is arranged inside the ram 55 in a sliding manner, the upper end of the auxiliary rod 61 is rotationally connected with the lower end of a connecting rod 60, the upper end of the connecting rod 60 is rotationally connected with a linkage 58, the lower end of the auxiliary rod 61 is fixedly connected with a ball head piece 63, a plurality of discharging blades 62 are arranged on the crushing head 56, the discharging blades 62 are in one-to-one correspondence with the slots 56a, the middle part of each discharging blade 62 is rotationally connected with the crushing head 56, the lower ends of the discharging blades 62 are rotationally connected with the ball head piece 63, and the upper ends of the discharging blades 62 can extend out of the slots 56 a; by adopting the structure, after the coarse bamboo joints are knocked through by the crushing head 56, when the driving block 59 is reset downwards, the driving column 57 of the driving block 59 is in contact with the inclined avoiding surface of the linkage piece 58, so that the linkage piece 58 retracts, the linkage piece 58 enables the auxiliary rod 61 to move upwards through the connecting rod 60, the auxiliary rod 61 drives the discharging blade 62 to swing through the ball head piece 63, and the discharging blade 62 discharges the waste materials of the crushing head 56, so that the normal work of the crushing head 56 can be ensured.
The polishing device comprises a third support 20, a fifth cylinder 19, a sixth cylinder 66, a lifting seat 17, a speed reduction motor 18, a guide rail 68, a slide block 67 and a pushing pressure plate 70, wherein the third support 20 is fixed on the base 1, and in the embodiment, the third support 20 is fixed on the base 1 in a bolt connection manner; the cylinder five 19 is fixed on the support three 20, a piston rod of the cylinder five 19 is vertically downward, the lifting seat 17 is fixed at the end part of the piston rod of the cylinder five 19, the reducing motor 18 is fixed on the lifting seat 17, an output shaft of the reducing motor 18 is vertically arranged, a polishing roller 16 for polishing the inner wall of coarse material is fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the reducing motor 18, a guide rail 68 is horizontally fixed on the support three 20, a slide block 67 is arranged on the guide rail 68, a pushing pressure plate 70 is fixed on the slide block 67, the pushing pressure plate 70 can be contacted with the movable seat 31, a driving shaft 65 and a driven shaft 69 are vertically and rotatably arranged on the pushing pressure plate 70, the driving shaft 65 is connected with a driving motor two 64 capable of driving the driving shaft 65 to rotate, a driving belt 71 capable of enabling the placing turntable 28 to rotate is sleeved between the driving shaft 65 and the driven shaft 69, the cylinder six 66 is fixed on the support three 20, and the piston rod of the cylinder six 66 is horizontally arranged, the piston rod end of the cylinder six 66 is connected with a pushing pressure plate 70.
The cleaning and drying device comprises a support IV 8, a regulating shaft 89, a pressing block 100, a connecting cylinder 88, a connecting rod 82, an inner cleaning rolling brush 103, an outer cleaning rolling brush 98, an inner spray head 102, an outer spray pipe 78, a water bucket 76, a water pump 75, a cylinder VII 101, a cylinder VIII 72, a cylinder VII 93, a moving rod 92, an L-shaped air blow pipe 94 and an air pump 96, wherein a driving motor III 11 is fixed on a base 1, an output shaft of the driving motor III 11 is vertically upward, the end part of the output shaft of the driving motor III 11 is connected with a rotating shaft 12, the rotating shaft 12 is connected with the middle part of a rotating rod 13, a first push rod motor 14 is fixed at the end part of the rotating rod 13, a push rod of the first push rod motor 14 is vertically downward, a second finger cylinder 15 for clamping coarse materials is fixed at the end part of the push rod motor 14, the support IV 8 is fixed on the base 1, the regulating shaft 89 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the support IV 8, the end part of the regulating shaft 89 is connected with a gear 79, a rack 80 is horizontally arranged on the fourth bracket 8 in a sliding manner, the rack 80 is meshed with a gear 79, the rack 80 is connected with a second push rod motor 81 which can drive the rack to move back and forth, the middle part of a regulating shaft 89 is fixedly connected with a connecting cylinder 88, a connecting rod 82 is connected with the connecting cylinder 88 in a sliding manner, a second supporting spring is further arranged between the connecting rod 82 and the connecting cylinder 88, a positioning part 83 is further fixed on the connecting rod 82, the positioning part 83 is rotatably connected with one end of a positioning shaft 86, and an electric claw 87 for grabbing coarse materials is arranged at the other end of the positioning shaft 86; The blanking device comprises a support five 5 and an air cylinder eleven 10, the support five 5 is fixed on the base 1, an output belt 4 for outputting coarse materials is mounted on the support five 5, the air cylinder eleven 10 is fixed on the support five 5, a piston rod of the air cylinder eleven 10 is horizontally arranged, and a finger air cylinder three 9 for clamping the coarse materials is fixed at the end part of the piston rod of the air cylinder eleven 10.
The principle is as follows: the power motor 37 drives the power wheel 36 to rotate, and the power wheel 36 is meshed with the tooth part 3a, so that the sliding table 2 moves to a feeding, knocking through, polishing, cleaning and blow-drying station along the track 3;

Claims (8)

1. The processing technology of the bamboo product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. sawing: removing side branches of the bamboo, selecting the bamboo with a thick and straight main rod and a diameter of 8-9cm, and sawing the bamboo into coarse materials with the length of 20-30cm in each section by a sawing machine;
b. deburring: chamfering and deburring two ends of the sawn coarse material through chamfering equipment to enable the cut to be smooth and clean;
c. knocking through bamboo joints: knocking through bamboo joints in the deburred coarse material through a processing line, and reserving bamboo joints at the bottom of the coarse material;
d. polishing the inside: polishing the interior of the coarse material with good bamboo joint through a processing line to make the interior smooth;
e. cleaning and drying: pouring out waste materials in the polished inner coarse materials through a processing assembly line, cleaning the inner and outer parts of the coarse materials, and drying the coarse materials to obtain the bamboo tubes;
f. soaking: soaking the bamboo tube in the mildew-proof solution for 30-60 min;
g. drying: putting the soaked bamboo tube into a channel type oven for drying to obtain a required bamboo product;
the processing line comprises a base, wherein an annular track is fixed on the base, a tooth part is arranged on the track, a plurality of sliding tables are arranged on the track, a guide rod is horizontally fixed on each sliding table, a movable seat is arranged on each guide rod, the movable seat is rotatably connected with the lower end of each rotating shaft, the upper end of each rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the lower surface of a placing turntable, an electric chuck for positioning coarse materials is arranged on the upper surface of the placing turntable, anti-skid grains for transmission are arranged on the side part of the placing turntable, and a limiting block is fixed on each sliding table, the movable seat can be abutted against the limiting block, a first supporting spring is further arranged between the limiting block and the movable seat, a power motor is further fixed on the sliding table, an output shaft of the power motor is vertically downward, a power wheel matched with the tooth part is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the power motor, and a feeding device, a knocking device, a polishing device, a cleaning and drying device and a discharging device are sequentially arranged on the base; the cleaning and drying device comprises a fourth support, a regulating shaft, a pressing block, a connecting cylinder, a connecting rod, an inner cleaning rolling brush, an outer cleaning rolling brush, an inner spray head, an outer spray pipe, a water bucket, a water pump, a seventh air cylinder, an eighth air cylinder, a ninth air cylinder, a movable rod, an L-shaped air blowing pipe and an air pump, a third driving motor is fixed on a base, a third output shaft of the driving motor is vertically upward, the end part of an output shaft of the third driving motor is connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with the middle part of the rotating rod, a first push rod motor is fixed at the end part of the rotating rod, a second push rod of the first push rod motor is vertically downward, a second finger cylinder for clamping coarse materials is fixed at the end part of a push rod of the first push rod motor, the fourth support is fixed on the base, the regulating shaft is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the fourth support, the end part of the regulating shaft is connected with a gear, a rack is horizontally and slidably arranged on the fourth support, the rack is meshed with the gear, the rack and is connected with a second push rod motor capable of driving the second push rod to move back and forth, the middle part of the regulating shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting cylinder, the connecting rod is connected with the connecting cylinder in a sliding way, a second supporting spring is further arranged between the connecting rod and the connecting cylinder, a positioning part is further fixed on the connecting rod, the positioning part is rotatably connected with one end of a positioning shaft, an electric claw for grabbing coarse materials is arranged at the other end of the positioning shaft, a ratchet wheel is fixed at the middle part of the positioning shaft, a reset torsion spring is further sleeved on the positioning shaft, one end of the reset torsion spring is fixedly connected with the positioning The bamboo product processing technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mildew-proof solution in step f is: according to the weight portion, 15-30 portions of radix sophorae flavescentis, 6-8 portions of pine branches, 20-40 portions of shaddock peel, 6-9 portions of tea bran, 2-6 portions of houttuynia cordata, 1-4 portions of alum, 4-6 portions of eucalyptus urophylla leaves and 200 portions of water are stirred and decocted for 1-2 hours, and the soaking solution is prepared after cooling.
