A belt cleaning device for bamboo article characterized by: the wood-plastic composite floor board comprises a sliding rail, a sliding assembly, a wood rod and a containing device, wherein the sliding rail comprises a sliding-in rod piece, a buffering rod piece and a sliding-out rod piece, the sliding-in rod piece is connected with the buffering rod piece, the buffering rod piece is connected with the sliding-out rod piece, and the sliding-in rod piece and the sliding-out rod piece are arranged in parallel; the sliding assembly comprises a connecting plate and a buckling block, the buckling block is arranged on the sliding rail, the wood rod is arranged on the top surface of the connecting plate, and the containing device is arranged on the buckling block; the containing device comprises an external box body and an internal box body, sealing plates are arranged on two sides of the external box body, the internal box body is arranged in the external box body and symmetrically connected with the external box body, the internal box body comprises a containing frame and an cover plate, the cover plate is arranged at the top of the containing frame, a baffle is arranged on the side surface of the cover plate, the baffle is tightly attached to the side surface of the containing frame, a partition plate is arranged in the containing frame, the cover plate is provided with a mounting hole, and a moisture preservation layer is arranged in the mounting hole.

(a) placing the bamboo product: firstly, immersing a moisture retention layer into clear water, fixing the moisture retention layer in a mounting hole of a cover plate, inserting partition plates into a containing frame, then placing bamboo tubes between two adjacent partition plates one by one, clamping the cover plate on the containing frame, completing the storage of the bamboo tubes in an internal box body, then introducing a rotating rod on the side surface of the containing frame into a through hole of an external box body, integrally rotating the internal box body, leveling the internal box body, then screwing a clamping sleeve at the end part of the rotating rod, and sealing plates at two sides of the external box body;
(b) cleaning preparation: firstly integrally connecting a sliding-in rod piece, a buffering rod piece and a sliding-out rod piece, fixedly connecting a buckling block with a containing device, then injecting clear water into a cleaning pool, vertically and downwards placing a sliding rail into the cleaning pool, enabling the clear water liquid level in the cleaning pool to reach the middle position of the sliding-in rod piece, then sliding the buckling block into the middle position of the sliding-in rod piece, lifting the wood rod by a worker, transversely arranging a steel pipe in the cleaning pool, winding and fixing the steel pipe and the end part of the sliding-in rod piece by adopting an iron wire, then arranging a first spray head for spraying water from top to bottom and a second spray head for spraying water from bottom to top in the cleaning pool, wherein the first spray head is arranged above the containing device, and the second spray head is arranged on the left side of the buffering rod piece;
(c) cleaning the bamboo tube for the first time: firstly taking out the moisture retention layer from the cover plate, then taking out the sealing plate from two sides of the external box body, then opening the first spray head, directly cleaning a bamboo tube in the containing device by the first spray head, then fixing the moisture retention layer in the mounting hole of the cover plate, then sealing the sealing plate on two sides of the external box body, then stopping the first spray head, controlling the wood pole to move downwards, moving the containing device to the bottom of the rod piece in a sliding manner, then injecting clear water into the cleaning pool, wherein the liquid level of the clear water is over the containing device, a worker lifts the wood pole, and the containing device is kept at the bottom of the rod piece in the sliding manner for 6-8 min;
(d) and (3) cleaning the bamboo tube for the second time: the method comprises the following steps of firstly connecting a connecting rod to the end part of a wood pole, applying force to the connecting rod, sliding a containing device to the lowest position of a buffering rod piece, laterally arranging the containing device on the buffering rod piece, lifting the connecting rod by a worker, then opening a second spray head, accelerating the water flow speed at the containing device under the spraying action of the second spray head, cleaning a bamboo tube for the second time by clean water, and keeping the containing device at the lowest position of the buffering rod piece for 10-15 min;
(e) taking out and containing the device: applying force to the connecting rod, sliding the containing device to the bottom of the slide-out rod piece, standing the containing device for 1-2min, then applying force to the connecting rod again, moving the containing device out of the clear water liquid level, standing the containing device for 4-6min, then applying force to the connecting rod again, moving the buckle block out of the slide-out rod piece, and then taking the containing device out of the buckle block;
(f) draining and airing the containing device: the moisture preservation layer is taken out from the cover plate, the sealing plate is taken out from two sides of the external box body, then the clamping sleeve is loosened, the internal box body rotates in the external box body under the action of gravity, the bottom of the internal box body is placed on the inner side of the external box body, water in the internal box body is discharged, and then the containing device is placed in a ventilation position for airing for 20-30 min.
