The invention discloses a pump body conveying mechanism for splicing a pump body and a suction pipe of a perfume spray head, which comprises a rack, a conveying groove and a material supporting component, wherein the conveying groove and the material supporting component are arranged on the rack; the first supporting plate is used for sliding to a position between the inserting station and the waiting station and blocking the pump body positioned at the waiting station, or is far away from the position between the inserting station and the waiting station and enables the waiting station to be communicated with the inserting station. According to the pump body conveying mechanism, the pump body is conveyed by the conveying groove, and the pump body can be kept at the inserting station and perfectly butted with the suction pipe through the matching of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, so that the accuracy of inserting the pump body and the suction pipe is ensured.

Technical Field

Background
The perfume spray head is arranged on the perfume bottle and used for spraying perfume outwards, and comprises an outer cover, a pump body and a suction pipe, wherein the suction pipe extends into the perfume bottle, and the perfume is sprayed by pressing the pump body.
As is well known, to suck the perfume, the plugging tightness of the pump body and the suction pipe is crucial, and if the pump body and the suction pipe are not plugged tightly, the spraying effect of the perfume may be affected. However, in the inserting process, the pump body is continuously conveyed forwards, the suction pipe is inserted into the pump body in the conveying process, and the dynamic inserting process may cause the pump body and the suction pipe to be inaccurately butted, so that the inserting is not accurate enough.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a pump body conveying mechanism for splicing a pump body of a perfume spray head and a suction pipe.

Specifically, after the pump body 100 is conveyed to the inserting station 4, the second supporting plate 5b moves to the position below the inserting station 4 and supports the pump body 100 entering the inserting station 4, the first supporting plate 5a moves to the position between the waiting station 3 and the inserting station 4 and blocks the rest of the pump body 100 above the inserting station 4, so that an inserting area can be formed between the first supporting plate 5a and the second supporting plate 5b, and at the moment, a suction pipe can be conveyed to the position of the pump body 100 located in the inserting area and inserted; after the splicing is completed, the second supporting plate 5b resets backwards, the assembly of the straw and the pump body 100 which are spliced in the splicing station 4 falls downwards and is collected, then the second supporting plate 5b moves to the position below the splicing station 4 again, the first supporting plate 5a resets backwards at the moment, the pump body 100 of the waiting station 3 falls downwards to the splicing station 4, and then the first supporting plate 5a moves to the position between the splicing station 4 and the waiting station 3 again and blocks the rest of the pump body 100, so that circulation is realized.
In this example, the waiting stations 3 and the insertion stations 4 are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the conveying trough 2, and the insertion stations 4 are located on the movement path of the suction pipes. Thus, accurate docking of the suction tube with the pump body 100 can be achieved.
Further, the two conveying troughs 2 respectively include a first conveying trough 2a and a second conveying trough 2b, the first conveying trough 2a is arranged to be inclined downwards along the horizontal direction, and the second conveying trough 2b is communicated with the tail end of the inclined direction of the first conveying trough 2a and extends downwards along the vertical direction. The first driving module 5c and the second driving module 5d are both cylinders, and the end of a piston rod of each cylinder is connected with the sliding block 9. The piston rod of the first driving module 5c and the first supporting plate 5a are respectively connected to two opposite sides of one of the sliding blocks 9, and the second driving module 5d and the second supporting plate 5b are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the other sliding block 9.
In this embodiment, the first driving module 5c and the second driving module 5d are controlled by a PLC controller in an interlocking manner, so that the piston rods of the first driving module 5c and the second driving module 5d can be alternately extended and retracted, and the first supporting plate 5a and the second supporting plate 5b can alternately support materials.
The following specifically explains the working process of this embodiment: the pump body 100 is conveyed into the first conveying groove 2a through the vibration feeding plate 6, the pump body 100 sequentially passes through the first conveying groove 2a, the transition groove 2c and the second conveying groove 2b and then reaches the splicing station 4, at the moment, the second supporting plate 5b moves to the position below the splicing station 4 and supports the pump body 100 entering the splicing station 4, the first supporting plate 5a moves to the position between the waiting station 3 and the splicing station 4 and blocks the rest of the pump body 100 above the splicing station 4, so that a splicing area can be formed between the first supporting plate 5a and the second supporting plate 5b, and at the moment, a suction pipe can be conveyed to the position of the pump body 100 located in the splicing area and spliced; after the splicing is completed, the second supporting plate 5b resets backwards, the assembly of the straw and the pump body 100 which are spliced in the splicing station 4 falls downwards and is collected, then the second supporting plate 5b moves to the position below the splicing station 4 again, the first supporting plate 5a resets backwards at the moment, the pump body 100 of the waiting station 3 falls downwards to the splicing station 4, and then the first supporting plate 5a moves to the position between the splicing station 4 and the waiting station 3 again and blocks the rest of the pump body 100, so that circulation is realized.
