The second rigid support 23 includes a second upper sidewall, a second lower sidewall, a second front sidewall, a second rear sidewall and a second bottom wall, the second upper sidewall is located at a side close to the display 13, the second lower sidewall is located at a side close to the double-sided adhesive layer 14, the second bottom wall is opposite to the second notch, the second upper sidewall is movably connected to the second bottom wall, for example, the second upper sidewall may be connected to the second bottom wall through a rotating shaft, but not limited thereto, a fourth locking structure is disposed on the second front sidewall or the second rear sidewall for locking the second upper sidewall.
Thus, when the display 13 needs to be assembled on the temperature sensing layer 12, the third locking structure and the fourth locking structure are unlocked, the first upper side wall and the second upper side wall can be opened, the first upper side wall and the second upper side wall are closed after the display 13 is assembled on the temperature sensing layer 12, the third locking structure is adopted to lock the first upper side wall, and the fourth locking structure is adopted to lock the second upper side wall.
In this embodiment, because the subsides of bringing down a fever include temperature sensing layer 12 and display 13, and display 13 is used for showing the temperature information that temperature sensing layer 12 detected, therefore, when using the subsides of bringing down a fever, temperature sensing layer 12 can detect temperature information, display 13 can show the temperature information that temperature sensing layer 12 detected, can avoid using other temperature measuring instrument to detect the inconvenience that temperature information arouses, for example, can avoid repeatedly measuring the condition that the action of body temperature arouses child's anxiety, also can show the temperature information that detects in real time, conveniently in time know the body temperature condition, the practicality of bringing down a fever subsides has been improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the fever reducing patch, which is used for preparing the fever reducing patch of any embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the preparation method of the fever reducing patch comprises the following steps 301-302:
in step 301, a display 13 is placed on the temperature sensing layer 12, and the display 13 is electrically connected to the temperature sensing layer 12, wherein the display 13 is used for displaying temperature information detected by the temperature sensing layer 12.
In step 302, a temperature-reducing layer 11 is prepared on a side of the temperature-sensing layer 12 remote from the display 13.
In this embodiment, because the subsides of bringing down a fever include temperature sensing layer 12 and display 13, and display 13 is used for showing the temperature information that temperature sensing layer 12 detected, consequently, when using the subsides of bringing down a fever, temperature sensing layer 12 can detect temperature information, and display 13 can show the temperature information that temperature sensing layer 12 detected, can avoid using the inconvenience that other temperature measuring instrument detected temperature information and arouse, has improved the practicality of bringing down a fever.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the fever reducing patch, which is used for preparing the fever reducing patch of any embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4, the preparation method of the fever reducing patch comprises the following steps of 401-407:
in step 401, a display 13 is placed on the temperature sensing layer 12, and the display 13 is electrically connected to the temperature sensing layer 12, wherein the display 13 is used for displaying temperature information detected by the temperature sensing layer 12.
In one embodiment, the display 13 may be electrically connected to the temperature sensing layer 12 by electrically connecting the first connector 17 to the second connector 18. Wherein, the first connector 17 is located on the side of the temperature sensing layer 12 close to the first rigid support 22, the first connector 17 is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, and the second connector 18 is electrically connected with the display 13.
In one embodiment, the adhesive layer 16 may be used to adhere the display 13 to the temperature sensing layer 12 and electrically connect the display 13 to the temperature sensing layer 12. Wherein, the adhesive layer 16 is an insulating material.
In step 402, the insulating and heat conducting layer 15 is adhered to the side of the temperature sensing layer 12 away from the display 13.
In step 403, a cooling layer 11 is formed on the side of the insulating and heat conducting layer 15 away from the display 13.
In one embodiment, the material of the temperature reduction layer 11 is a heat dissipation gel, and the heat dissipation gel may be coated on a side of the insulating and heat conducting layer 15 away from the display 13.
In step 404, the double-sided adhesive layer 14 is adhered to the side of the cooling layer 11 away from the temperature sensing layer 12, a first end of the double-sided adhesive layer 14 is adhered to a first end of the insulating and heat conducting layer 15, and a second end of the double-sided adhesive layer 14 is adhered to a second end of the insulating and heat conducting layer 15.
In step 405, the double-sided adhesive layer 14, the temperature reducing layer 11, the insulating and heat conducting layer 15, the temperature sensing layer 12 and the display 13 are fixed between the first rigid support 22 and the second rigid support 23.
In step 406, removably attaching a first end of the bandage 25 to the first rigid support 22 and a second end of the bandage 25 to the second rigid support 23, the bandage 25 forming a loop with the cooling layer 11; a battery 24 and a third connector 19 are arranged on the second end of the bandage 25, on the side remote from the second rigid support 23; the battery 24 is electrically connected to the third connector 19; the temperature sensing layer 12 comprises a temperature sensor, the fever reducing paste also comprises a flexible circuit board 21, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board 21; a first through hole is provided in the second rigid support 23 and a second through hole is provided in the second end of the bandage 25.
In step 407, the third connector 19 is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board 21 through the first and second through holes 253.
In one embodiment, the third connector 19 may be electrically connected with the flexible circuit board 21 using a conductive tape, but is not limited thereto.
The forming process adopted in the above process may include, for example: deposition, sputtering and other film forming processes and etching and other patterning processes.
It is noted that in the drawings, the sizes of layers and regions may be exaggerated for clarity of illustration. Also, it will be understood that when an element or layer is referred to as being "on" another element or layer, it can be directly on the other element or layer or intervening layers may also be present. In addition, it will also be understood that when a layer or element is referred to as being "between" two layers or elements, it can be the only layer between the two layers or elements, or more than one intermediate layer or element may also be present. Like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.

Claims (13)

1. A fever reducing patch, comprising:
a cooling layer;
the temperature sensing layer is positioned on the cooling layer;
and the display is positioned on the temperature sensing layer and used for displaying the temperature information detected by the temperature sensing layer.
2. The fever reduction patch as defined by claim 1, wherein the temperature sensing layer comprises a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature information, the temperature sensor being electrically connected to the display.
3. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 2, wherein the display is removably connected to the temperature sensor.
4. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 2, further comprising a first connector and a second connector;
the first connector is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the second connector is electrically connected with the display, and the first connector is electrically connected with the second connector.
5. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 4, further comprising a battery, a third connector and a flexible circuit board;
the battery is electrically connected with the third connector, the flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, and the third connector is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board.
6. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 5, further comprising a first rigid support and a second rigid support;
the temperature reduction layer, the temperature sensing layer and the display are fixed between the first rigid support and the second rigid support;
the first connector is positioned on one side, close to the first rigid support, of the temperature sensing layer, and the flexible circuit board is positioned on one side, close to the second rigid support, of the temperature sensing layer;
the battery is located on one side, far away from the temperature sensing layer, of the second rigid support, a first through hole is formed in the second rigid support, and the flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the third connector through the first through hole.
7. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 6, further comprising a bandage; the first end of the bandage is detachably connected with the first rigid support, the second end of the bandage is detachably connected with the second rigid support, and the bandage and the cooling layer form a ring;
the battery is located keep away from on the second end of bandage one side of second rigid support, be equipped with the second through-hole on the second end of bandage, flexible circuit board passes through first through-hole with the second through-hole with the third connector electricity is connected.
8. The fever reducing patch as defined in claim 1, further comprising a double-sided adhesive layer, wherein the double-sided adhesive layer is located on a side of the cooling layer away from the temperature sensing layer.
9. The fever reduction patch of claim 1, further comprising an insulating and heat conducting layer between the temperature sensing layer and the cooling layer.
10. The fever reduction patch as defined in claim 1, wherein the material of the cooling layer comprises a heat-dissipating gel.
11. A method for preparing a fever reducing patch, which is used for preparing the fever reducing patch as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, the method comprising:
placing a display on the temperature sensing layer, and electrically connecting the display with the temperature sensing layer, wherein the display is used for displaying temperature information detected by the temperature sensing layer;
and preparing a cooling layer on one side of the temperature sensing layer far away from the display.
12. The method for preparing a fever reducing patch as claimed in claim 11, wherein before preparing the cooling layer on the side of the temperature sensing layer away from the display, the method further comprises:
adhering an insulating heat conduction layer to one side of the temperature sensing layer, which is far away from the display;
the preparing of the cooling layer on the side of the temperature sensing layer far away from the display comprises:
preparing the cooling layer on one side of the insulating heat conduction layer, which is far away from the display;
after the temperature reduction layer is prepared on the side of the temperature sensing layer far away from the display, the method further comprises the following steps:
paste double-sided adhesive layer the cooling layer is kept away from one side of temperature sensing layer, just double-sided adhesive layer's first end is pasted the first end of insulating heat-conducting layer, double-sided adhesive layer's second end is pasted the second end of insulating heat-conducting layer.
13. The method for preparing a fever reducing patch as claimed in claim 11, further comprising, after preparing a cooling layer on a side of the temperature sensing layer away from the display:
fixing the cooling layer, the temperature sensing layer and the display between a first rigid support and a second rigid support;
removably attaching a first end of a bandage to the first rigid support and a second end of the bandage to the second rigid support, the bandage forming an annulus with the cooling layer; a battery and a third connector are arranged on one side, far away from the second rigid support, of the second end of the bandage; the battery is electrically connected with the third connector; the temperature sensing layer comprises a temperature sensor, the fever reducing patch further comprises a flexible circuit board, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board; the second rigid support is provided with a first through hole, and the second end of the bandage is provided with a second through hole;
and electrically connecting the third connector with the flexible circuit board through the first through hole and the second through hole.
