s2, preparing modified citric acid: preparing a citric acid aqueous solution, adding sucrose into the citric acid aqueous solution to react for a period of time to obtain a citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, adding glycerol into the citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, stirring and mixing, performing microwave treatment, heating at 180 ℃ for 15min, standing and cooling to obtain modified citric acid;
s3, preparing a Chinese herbal medicine preparation: taking raw materials according to parts by weight, washing with clear water, drying in the sun, treating with microwave for 30min, wherein the microwave frequency is 350MHz, putting the washed raw medicinal materials into a container, adding clear water, submerging the medicinal materials with water with the water level 2-3cm higher than that of the medicinal materials, boiling for 20-30min, filtering out the liquid medicine, submerging the residues with water, boiling for 20-30min, repeating the steps for three times, uniformly mixing the obtained liquid medicine, cooling, and standing at normal temperature for later use;
s4, mixing 60 parts by weight of cyantraniliprole, 60 parts by weight of pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate and 20 parts by weight of diatomite, stirring for 30-40min at the temperature of 40-45 ℃, adding 5 parts by weight of sodium sulfonate and 5 parts by weight of essence after stirring uniformly, adding water, stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, then adding 15 parts by weight of modified citric acid, gradually heating while stirring until the temperature is increased to 80 ℃, adding 30 parts by weight of Chinese herbal medicine preparation, continuing stirring, stirring for 1-1.5h, cooling, adding 4 parts by weight of dispersing agent and 4 parts by weight of wetting agent when the temperature is reduced to 40-45 ℃, and stirring uniformly to obtain the pesticide composition.

s1, preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise: cyantraniliprole, pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, diatomite, sodium sulfonate, essence, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, dalbergia wood, angelica, clove bud, evodia rutaecarpa, pseudo-ginseng, polygonum multiflorum, mint, citric acid and cane sugar;
s2, preparing modified citric acid: preparing a citric acid aqueous solution, adding sucrose into the citric acid aqueous solution to react for a period of time to obtain a citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, adding glycerol into the citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, stirring and mixing, performing microwave treatment, heating at 180 ℃ for 15min, standing and cooling to obtain modified citric acid;

The pesticides prepared in each example, comparative example and comparative example were used for experiments, and the following table was obtained by controlling the variable detection data.

Claims (9)

1. A green pollution-free pesticide composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-60 parts of cyantraniliprole, 20-60 parts of pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, 10-20 parts of diatomite, 20-30 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine preparation, 10-15 parts of modified citric acid, 3-5 parts of sodium sulfonate, 3-5 parts of essence, 2-4 parts of a dispersing agent and 2-4 parts of a wetting agent.
2. The green pollution-free pesticide composition as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
30-50 parts of cyantraniliprole, 30-50 parts of pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, 12-18 parts of diatomite, 22-28 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine preparation, 11-14 parts of modified citric acid, 4 parts of sodium sulfonate, 4 parts of essence, 3 parts of a dispersing agent and 3 parts of a wetting agent.
3. The green pollution-free pesticide composition as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of cyantraniliprole, 40 parts of pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, 15 parts of diatomite, 25 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine preparation, 13 parts of modified citric acid, 4 parts of sodium sulfonate, 4 parts of essence, 3 parts of a dispersing agent and 3 parts of a wetting agent.

A green non-polluting agricultural chemical composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3 wherein said dispersing agent is one or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, polycarboxylate, lignosulfonate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene pyrimidine formaldehyde condensate sulfate, calcium alkylbenzene sulfonate, and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene.
5. A green non-polluting pesticide composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3 wherein said wetting agent is one or more of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene styryl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene distyryl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene tristyryl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene styryl phenyl ether salt, polyoxyethylene distyryl phenyl ether salt.
6. A green, non-polluting pesticide composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3 wherein said herbal formulation includes the following components in parts by weight:
15-18 parts of dalbergia wood, 10-15 parts of angelica, 5-10 parts of clove, 5-15 parts of evodia, 2-4 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 2-7 parts of fleece-flower root and 5-15 parts of mint.
7. The green pollution-free pesticide composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation comprises the following steps:
s1: taking the raw materials according to the parts by weight, washing with clear water, drying in the sun, and treating for 30min by using microwaves with the microwave frequency of 350 MHz;
s2: putting the cleaned raw medicinal materials into a container, adding clear water until the medicinal materials are submerged by the water, wherein the water level is 2-3cm higher than that of the medicinal materials;
s3: boiling for 20-30min, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid, adding water to submerge the residue, boiling for 20-30min, repeating the above steps for three times, mixing the obtained medicinal liquids, cooling, and standing at room temperature for use.
8. The green pollution-free pesticide composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the modified citric acid is prepared by the following steps:
s1: preparing a citric acid aqueous solution;
s2: adding sucrose into the citric acid solution to react for a period of time to obtain a citric acid sucrose mixed solution;
s3: adding glycerol into the citric acid sucrose mixed solution, and stirring and mixing;
s4: performing microwave treatment, heating at 180 deg.C for 15min, standing, and cooling to obtain modified citric acid.
9. A process for the preparation of a green, non-polluting pesticidal composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3 comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise: cyantraniliprole, pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate, diatomite, sodium sulfonate, essence, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, dalbergia wood, angelica, clove bud, evodia rutaecarpa, pseudo-ginseng, polygonum multiflorum, mint, citric acid and cane sugar;
s2, preparing modified citric acid: preparing a citric acid aqueous solution, adding sucrose into the citric acid aqueous solution to react for a period of time to obtain a citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, adding glycerol into the citric acid-sucrose mixed solution, stirring and mixing, performing microwave treatment, heating at 180 ℃ for 15min, standing and cooling to obtain modified citric acid;
s3, preparing a Chinese herbal medicine preparation: taking raw materials according to parts by weight, washing with clear water, drying in the sun, treating with microwave for 30min, wherein the microwave frequency is 350MHz, putting the washed raw medicinal materials into a container, adding clear water, submerging the medicinal materials with water with the water level 2-3cm higher than that of the medicinal materials, boiling for 20-30min, filtering out the liquid medicine, submerging the residues with water, boiling for 20-30min, repeating the steps for three times, uniformly mixing the obtained liquid medicine, cooling, and standing at normal temperature for later use;
s4, proportionally mixing cyantraniliprole, pyrethrum emulsifiable concentrate and diatomite, stirring at 40-45 ℃ for 30-40min, uniformly stirring, adding sodium sulfonate and essence, adding water, stirring until the sodium sulfonate and the essence are completely dissolved, then adding modified citric acid, gradually heating, stirring while heating until the temperature is increased to 80 ℃, adding a Chinese herbal medicine preparation, continuously stirring, stirring for 1-1.5h, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding a dispersing agent and a wetting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the pesticide composition.
