Abstract

一种新型金属波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接方法。本新型金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接方法主要解决生产和使用中存在的安全引患(漏气漏液),提供一种全新管件连接方法,连接装置可以方便地对管件进行连接,使用安全方便、连接更加可靠、使用寿命周期长。本方法一种可以热熔材质的连接件接头(也可以通过注塑机加上其它工艺一次成型生产)。通过专用加热工具对连接装置和管件同时分别加热,加热到热熔材质所需温度时。把管件插入到热熔直孔接头内管相应的位置(限位)。再用专用工具夹在固定环上,施加压力使固定环受力,外径收紧变小迫使热熔料向管件外凹环内挤压,从而形成密封。同时把固定环把热熔管件与管件锁紧固定。

金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)领域。
背景技术
金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)常被用来运输气体或其他的流体物质,金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)在使用中往往要与其他结构进行连接,金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)自身的安装固定也需要相应的连接装置。现有的金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接起来不够方便,固定效果不太好,密封性能差,按装时易伤到管件,配件多且加工周期长。目前连接装置主要是由卡环、 内外螺母、密封橡垫等组合成,在生产上成本大、生产工序多、按装不方便,在使用过程中存在按装不到位、密封橡垫易损坏或老化所起漏气或水安全引患。因此结构简单、按装方便、使用安全的金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接装置是必备的。
发明内容
本新型金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接方法主要解决以上生产和使用存在的安全引患,提供一种全新金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接方法,该金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)连接装置可以方便地对管件进行连接,便于与其他结构的按装连接,使用安全方便、连接可靠、使用寿命周期长。本方法通过注塑机生产一种可以热熔材质的连接件接头。如图2一端嵌入金属螺纹接头一端直孔是可热熔管件,通过专用加热工具对直孔管件和金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)同时分别同时加热,加热到热熔材质所需温度时。把金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)插入到热熔直孔接头内管的底部同时用专用工具夹在固定环上(如附图4中的2号位置),施加力使金属固定环受力,内外径收紧变小迫使热熔料向金属波纹环型管(螺旋波纹管)凹环内挤压,从而形成密封。同时金属固环又把热熔管件与金属波纹环型管(螺旋波纹管)锁紧固定。按装好后效果如附图4,热熔管件加热前要先把金属固定环先按装好在热熔管件上一起加热。
金属固定环内外径收紧变小时把力传递到加热过的热熔直孔管件上,使管件受力变形缩小热熔料向凹环金属波纹环型管(螺旋波纹管)凹槽内挤压挤满热熔料包紧管件,这样就起到密封固定的作用,达到产品密封,按装方便,使用安全所需的目的,使用时间长,生产成本低环节少。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管) 热熔连接方法,其特征在于通过对可热熔接头附图1的一端可热熔材质管件加热,加热到所需要的温度时,通过外部的压力使热熔料无缝的包裹金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)外管上。
2.通过外部的压力使热熔料无缝的包裹金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)外管上起到密封固定作用。
3.在热熔接头外加装金属固定环,为更好的使热熔料无缝的包裹金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)外管上,同时起到加强锁紧力使其在使用当中不松动不漏气。
4.金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)和热熔连头两管件同时加热,使之间密封配合更加紧固。
5.金属固定环要先按装在热熔连接头上同时加热(也可以把金属固定环和热熔连头做成一体整件),外部工具扣压在金属固定环外径上,通过改变收缩金属固定环内外径的大小压迫热熔料向金属环型波纹管(螺旋波纹管)凹环内挤压从而形成密封。
